Best Electric Water Heater Inst… in San Antonio TX

We just moved into our new home and Anchor Plumbing quoted me a reasonable price to switch out my builder grade kitchen faucet for a upscale Kohler faucet. They were fast and did an awesome job!!

Our water heater was making lots of popping noises and the water pressure in the house was not great. I talked to Adam on the phone about all my available options. Cody came out the next day and checked everything and again went over all my options and pricing. We decided to get the water heater replaced along with the water pressure regulator and Carlos came out and did a fantastic job. It all went smoothly and efficiently. Everyone was extremely polite and friendly...couldn't have been a better experience...will definitely use again!

We are remodeling our bathroom and needed a plumber. After calling a recommended plumber, and fainting over his quote and attitude, - we turned to Yelp to find another plumber. How could we pass up on one that gets 5 stars? We couldn't, and now we know why. Tsanko gave us a quote over the phone. He came out twice to complete our job. Both times he came when he said he would and did an outstanding job. He knows his craft. He has high integrity and is a honest man. His word is good as gold. We will not hesitate to call him when the need arises. 5 stars is the least we could give him. Thanks Tsanko!

Joaquin did a fabulous job!  Great customer service and quality work!  He took care of multiple things from snaking drains, changing out a pipe and drain in kitchen sink and commode parts. Kept the areas clean as he worked. They were referred by our neighbors who were very pleased with their work and so are we!  We highly recommend Andre's Pro Plumbing.

Braulio came out when he said he would and got my kitchen sink repaired and bathroom toilet.  All is working well again!  I would definitely recommend.  He's a nice and professional plumber!  And he's not far away from my house as I understand it.  We had a nice conversation about how loud the trains are in downtown Buda.

We are remodeling our kitchen and needed a plumber to install our new  sink and plumbing. I contacted Abel and explained what needed to be done. He was able to schedule an appt around our work schedule with no issues. When he arrived he noticed the drain n to my new sink was on there opposite side of where the plumbing was. Abel did what needed to be done to make a new outlet for the plumbing hook up with no problem at all. It took about an hr to get everything done. Abel is very polite, courteous, and professional The cost was even more reasonable that other plumbing companies that I called. I would definitely recommend him

Set up an appointment with Mr. Rooter plumbing after emailing Aaron back and forth a few times. Previous estimates for my bathroom problem were in the 2-3k range and Aaron was the only person to recommend other options. Tony was our technician and was nice and professional. He was able to fix our problem and it only cost us a fraction of the previous estimates. Would definitely be going through Mr. Rooter in the future.

One The only plumbers in the entire 5 county residence.He's fair and honest. A  plumber who made us feel as if we were life long friends... Dependable good  plumber with  experience I have come to rely on!!!

I used Jim at Republic Pipeworks to handle the gas line plumbing for my restaurant.

I can't say enough good things about Jim and his work. He is a Master Plumber in every sense. He was prompt, reliable and extremely knowledgeable. His pricing was very fair and his pride in his work in evident in the results. Jim also took the time to explain what he was planning prior to starting, answering all my questions to MY satisfaction every step of the way. Further, instead of plumbing everything simply as he saw as best, He took the time to present me with my options and advised me as to what he thought was the best course of action. I truly felt as a customer, I was a priority to him and he has earned my respect both as a customer and as a fellow businessman.

From now on, Republic Pipeworks will be the only company I trust to handle my commercial plumbing, as well as, the plumbing in my own home.

This is the second time I have had to use Guarantee for service and both times we have received excellent service by the technician Bill. This time he had an assistant with him. We had a clogged drain and he listened carefully to my description of the problem and you could see him thinking as I was talking. Because we live in a mobile home, Bill has a unique perspective because he has lived in one, too, so he is familiar with the issues of mobile homes. He then went out to our clean out plug and started his investigation and easily saw that the problem was downstream of that point and it was the park's problem. He then went over to the park office, explained everything to them and got a commitment from them to fix the problem. Then he came back in to my wife and I, explained everything to use, told us we were only liable for the service diagnosis charge of $39.95. We gladly paid him, chit-chat for a minute or two and said we'd see him in two more years. Don't hesitate to use this company.

Always use these guys for my plumbing needs, and recommend them to friends whenever someone is looking for a plumber.

These guys tried to gouge me something fierce today. I had a leaky condensate pump, simple replacement of the pump was solution confirmed by the technician.

I looked up the part by model number on amazon, $45. He wanted $600 for the part and install. I politely asked him to breakdown the price of the repair for the part and labor, HE REFUSED! I asked him to show me the pump he was going to install, again HE REFUSED! He could not and would not justify his $600 price tag for this job.

I went to Lowe's, bought a replacement pump for $72, and it took all of 15 minutes to install (The technician quoted me 1.75 hrs for labor on this replacement) /facepalm.

I think he wanted me to pay him $300/hr to go watch Netflix in his truck!

I had the worst experience with Goettl on Jan 27th. The service technician and his manager were dishonest. They are liars.
It was time for the heating system tune up. I was contacted by a somewhat panicked sounding technician who wanted to ensure I was on a personal phone because he had very concerning news and he also said he didn't want the tenant to hear.
He said my furnace was leaking carbon monoxide and the reading went from 9-19 then 26 & I was probably looking at a furnace exchange. When I asked why  fire detector/carbon monoxide monitors hadn't gone off he said they're set at 70... He had an answer for everything. He told me the system was 12 yrs old, poorly maintained, & filters not changed often. He also said the thermostat settings it has been run on contributed to the issue.
I told him it's 10 yrs old ( the house is 10 years old, I had it built), has routine tune ups and filters are changed regularly.  I told him I needed to get an immediate 2nd opinion and he tried to dissuade me and asked if I lost trust in him. He sent tons of pictures and a very urgent video. He said he had to report the readings to his manager who would call me if I wanted that. Sure, I said. The manager called immediately, same song and dance, said no time to wait. I need to get a new furnace he said. He also said, when I questioned why the detector hadn't gone off, that it goes off between 40 -70 when the danger requires evacuation.  He said in the meantime, people in the house are breathing in these high levels of carbon monoxide. Again, I said I need a 2nd opinion because you want to replace the furnace which will be very costly. He tried to dissuade me but I was adamant. I told the technician another company was on  the way. The Goettl technician texted me a bit later and said to keep him posted and again, he  added, he didn't tell the tenants. These  2 were like used car salesman.
I called SHERLOCK HOMES AC/HVAC for a 2nd opinion.  I've used them on another rental....sooooo honest. He arrived an hour after Goettl left. He spent a little over 2 hours  there. He said the furnace, for a Carrier, is in excellent condition, no leak detected just dirty flame sensors. He said all of his monitors were reporting every thing as being perfect. He explained how CO is expelled through the flue and not going into the house and about how the whole exchange works.
I called Goettl the same day and filed a complaint and canceled the service contract which had 1 week left on it. I directed them not to renew it.
The property is a long term executive rental. I'm the only owner and the property is above and beyond well maintained.  Even the tenant said the Goettl technician was lying.  I guess she overheard him .
I am so disappointed in these men who concocted such a terrible lie.
Shame on you,  you know who you are.

I received a text apologizing and voicing concern about 2 days later that their goal is a positive customer experience and what can we do to make it right blah blah blah. I responded, since my service contract expired the following week and I directed customer service not to renew it, could they reimburse the $200 I had to spend on a 2nd opinion d/t the dishonesty of their employees. Crickets.

This company has NO INTEGRITY whatsoever. Fortunately I can easily afford $200 and write it off but what about the family that can't.
Shame on you Goettl for taking advantage of hard working people.
