The team was very prompt and professional.  I loved that they had such great advice on some of the new renovations we are pursuing.  They did the job extremely well and even took time out to provide us with the information we needed for making more improvements.  They even helped me with another small job.  They did the job the very day they came to provide me with a quote, which I was  extremely happy about since I needed the job done before our guests arrived.

It's hard to find a contractor that will give you an honest estimate and a fair price with out compromising quality of work. Chris prides himself on his honesty and quality. After talking to Daniella who call her selfthe boss  explained all I needed is an electration to come by and show me where is the PGFI outlet due to no power in couple of my plugs. She said there will be no charge unless something needs to be done which before we do anything we give out an estimate. Literally it took less than couple minutes for the electrician to find the outlet then they wanted to charge me $135 when I called back with complain I spoke to Daniella again who called herself she is the boss of the company very rudely said that you have to pay and this is the charge and hang up the phone.

My A/C had stopped cooling during a week of 100+ degree weather.  Simon's was able to come out within hours when many others were scheduling days out.  They listened and ask questions before scheduling.  They showed up at the beginning of the time window with an army of technicians and resolved the problem in less than an hour (replace compressor parts).  The service call fee is higher than others, but the prompt and thorough service without the added sales hassles you get from larger companies is worth it.  Highly recommend and will be leaning on them for my A/C and other needs down the road.

We own a rental home and discovered - the night before we had a family arriving and in a terrifically bitter cold snap - that our heater wasn't working.  Fox - and Eric D. - literally saved us (and the family - who were blissfully unaware that there was ever a problem!).  We called around 2:00, and were grateful that Fox had an after hours appointment they could give us that evening (6:00).  But about 30 minutes later we got a phone call from Eric saying that one of his earlier clients had cancelled, and would it be convenient for us if he came then.  It was incredible - and he was incredible.  Super friendly and knowledgeable - figured out the problem in no time at all and promptly fixed it.  We couldn't have been more grateful and we couldn't have asked for better service.  Thanks so much ya'll at Fox!!!

I feel a little taken advantage of!  My husband requested they come out to give us an estimate to get a residential generator, and for that they would require $250(our fault for agreeing).  Had never heard of this before,  but my husband agreed to it.  On the day he came I had a lot of questions, I thought he would at least have the answers and detailed explanations of how it worked.  Most of which should have been answered over the phone and would have saved us $250.  Also multiple questions I had,  he did not seem to have the answers too.  Save your $250 and call someone else!!  He certainly was not an expert.  And also did not even know what the product warranty was.  For my $250 literally got a load test and that was about it.  They know there is a demand (6 month waiting list) and can make a quick buck, oh yeah and want most of the money up front.  Do your due diligence, ask if you will need another propane tank, ask how much that will cost, ask how much it will be to run existing line from a propane tank?  My husband I guess read good reviews about other services they perform, but I promise you, save your $250, I agree with a previous post, ridiculous!!!  All they do is sell you the generator and hook it up to house, they don't do anything else.  Wish I could make that kind of money for doing nothing.  Live and learn.  Like I said, a few quick questions over the phone would have saved us $250.  How would we know we would need a second propane tank( no way HOA would allow it), also a huge added expense on top of  $16,000 he wanted.  He could have asked this over the phone! Also make sure you have a place to put it and that they can get it there easily.  Seems to me just an electric Company jumping on the band wagon of people desperate to get a generator and making a quick buck.  Anyone that wants to charge you $250 to sell you something from $15,000-$17,000 should be your first clue.  Just trying to save others from our bad decision :-(.

They were able to come soon. Replaced/installed light fixture. Installed new fan. Replaced light switch and stabilized kitchen faucet that came loose. Recommend.

Called to have service on a faucet that was leaking. Job was done fine. It Needed a cartridge replaced. cost for the part was $97.00. Did research for the part, although I was unable to locate the exact same item, I did find ones that looked like the replaced cartridge for $12.95. I can understand a mark-up, but Wow! Lesson learned.

These guys are crooks. Stay away from them. Do not let them touch your AC. If you don't have a serious problem when they arrive, they will certainly manufacture one and charge you 10+ times for parts. I encourage anyone who has used them to look at their receipt and google the price of the parts.

Do your homework BEFORE they do any work.  The markup was 900% for some straightforward lighting that was done recently.  I believe the technician took advantage of the fact that I was on phone meetings while the deal was being set up.

If you want electrical work done go elsewhere!
