had some hiccups at the beginning. it can be difficult to find good help these days. Dakota & Frank listened to my concerns and addressed them all. this company will get the work done and are determined to have their clients satisfied. had the house replumbed and a water softener installed in an older home. they had some challenges with the archaic build of the home, but they got it done. not disappointed in my choice of plumbers. thank y'all

Andre's Pro Plumbing responded right away to my question on yelp. Looking at the ratings I figured I would give them a chance, and sure glad I did. Joaquin called and said he finished a job early and would come early if I was available. He showed and completed the work making sure to not leave a mess. He was very considerate and made sure we were comfortable by having PPE equipment  cause of Covid-19 going on right now. After the work was complete he double checked to make sure everything was operating properly which led me to inquire about replacing my water softener. He explained that I had more options then to just replace by calling the manufacturer ( brand name ) and having a rebuild done on it to work again and would be cheaper then replacing, and that is what put it over the top for me. Instead of trying to take my money for a quick job he gave me options and wasn't pushing his product. I booked a appointment for him to come install one in a few days. Henry is amazing! He responded within an hour to my request for a garbage disposal installation, quoted a fair price and set an appointment with me the next day. He communicated updates on timing via text and arrived on the earlier side of the service time window (much appreciated). Payment and checkout was easy as well. Professional and friendly, I would absolutely hire Henry and Plumbit again!

Every single person at this company makes you feel like you are their only customer. The tech that came to my house was super knowledgeable and explained the issues he found...then fixed them the same day! They charge fair prices and are all so nice and kind. Called and set an appointment.  Receptionist failed to tell me there was a $180 diagnostic fee.  Plumber said maybe he could help me out.  Didn't want to pay $180 and then have him tell me he couldn't do anything.

I moved into a new home which came with a type of water softener and reverse osmosis system I was unfamiliar with. Jeff from AWS inspected the systems throughout and assured me it was in good working order. He also gave me a good overview on how and when the system should be maintained. Also, I learned some really important things like which outdoor faucets have softened water (I incorrectly assumed none of them had). I'll more than likely use this company in the future for any water problems I may experience.

This company did an awesome job repairing our kitchen sink and the leaks under it. Very courteous & professional.  No hidden fees.  Up front pricing got the job done and we are confident they did an excellent job.  Will call them anytime we need plumbing repairs.

We had them out recently to try and figure out why we had a puddle in our yard. He was quick to get back to us, and we loved that he was located in Manor. We also appreciated his knowledge and honesty when he correctly stated that it was a problem with the city's water line. We will for sure hire him again if we ever have another need for a plumber.

We have been using EZ Flow for several years and are always happy with the work they provide.
Today I had to call them to help with a dishwasher that was leaking.even after I called Bosch last week to have my machine evaluated.  Bosch sent a repair man who looked at my situation and told me that I needed a new washer but did not help me to mitigate the leak that was the result of the broken machine.  So, I then called EZ Flow to come out to make sure the leak was not from a pipe.  They came out quickly and went right to work.  They concluded that my machine was indeed broken and leaking so they stopped the leak, and removed the washer so the water that was standing could dry and not cause any further damage.  
They always do great work, but what makes them stand out is their character. Terrance and Henry cared about the problem left by the Bosch repairman and did what needed to be done to keep my home from experiencing water damage. While they worked they were kind, respectful and concerned about my home.  I highly recommend them.  They are fair in their pricing and just a really reliable company.

The five stars are not a fluke.  This guy is the awesome.  

I had a leak in my ceiling from the shower.  First guy I had out from another company poked at the shower for five minutes then wanted to rip my ceiling open.  I decided to go for a second opinion.  Glad I did.

Glibert showed up and instead of gouging me with a complicated solution right away, did the smart thing and tried the simplest solution first.  He replaced my fixings in the bath/shower and that was that.  No tearing apart of my ceiling.  Problem solved.

Gilbert is honest, efficient, and affordable.  He is great at communicating, and shows up on time as scheduled.  And he's friendly to boot.  Can't think of anything more you'd want out of a plumber.

These guys are awesome! Came over with no issues to inspect my system and pointed out CO2 problem & were able to fix the system same day! Great service, great customer service, and great value! Noel & Jesse were professional, quick, and clean. Answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about the HVAC system and explained why there was a problem & what it took to fix it. Very transparent about what they were suggesting and why. Recommend services!

Josh from Mr. Rooter came out promptly when I had a busted shower valve that forced the water to stay on and prompted me to shut off water to the entire house. He was thorough and efficient in providing an analysis of the problem and conveying it in an understandable manner.

I was back up and running quickly and the valve works better than I ever remember it working.

It's worth noting that although Josh operates as Mr. Rooter, he's still a local business that is 100% Veteran owned and a native of the area. This is the only guy I'll ever call for my plumbing needs in the future.

This is the second time I have had to use Guarantee for service and both times we have received excellent service by the technician Bill. This time he had an assistant with him. We had a clogged drain and he listened carefully to my description of the problem and you could see him thinking as I was talking. Because we live in a mobile home, Bill has a unique perspective because he has lived in one, too, so he is familiar with the issues of mobile homes. He then went out to our clean out plug and started his investigation and easily saw that the problem was downstream of that point and it was the park's problem. He then went over to the park office, explained everything to them and got a commitment from them to fix the problem. Then he came back in to my wife and I, explained everything to use, told us we were only liable for the service diagnosis charge of $39.95. We gladly paid him, chit-chat for a minute or two and said we'd see him in two more years. Don't hesitate to use this company.

I called AAA Auger due to a clog we experienced in our upstairs bathroom, the toilet would not flush and the shower would not draining either. The plumbing technician Mr. Charles was here in less than one hour and ready to work; he was courteous and professional. Mr. Charles was very persistent in unclogging the main drain line with the plumbing snake before considering removal of the toilet. His persistence unclogged the main drain line, thereby saving us a lot of money.  Thank you AAA Auger and Mr. Charles.

My housemate came up with another plan, but Pete got back to me right away and gave a very reasonable quote. I would highly recommend Elite Plumbing based on that alone. I have a feeling I'm going to be telling my housemate I told you so.

The tech that came out to install a water faucet for my kitchen did a horrible job it started to leak again 2 days after he left I called the office in which the lady was rude question me asking how come I didn't bring it to their attention sooner and then she smacked her lips on the phone saying she let someone know but didn't give me no time frame of what's going to happen .. Now I gotta bigger problem the water got into the wall from the kitchen faucet leak causing my wall to mold big headache thanks John Wayne for the screw up

During the snow storm of 2021 a water pipe busted in my home. I called Roto-Rooter on a Monday and pleasantly found they were scheduling me for the next day.  Winter conditions continued and no show.  I called them at the end of the day and was told all scheduled appointments were moved to next day.  Next day no show, no call.  It's Friday and still no show, but what disturbs me most is no notice this whole time.  I only heard from them once and that's bc I called them.  Luckily my neighbor called A.L. Plumbing and after talking to their plumber he squeezed me in right there on the spot and fixed my problem.  A.L. Plumbing, 210-269-6346.  

I can't speak to R-Rs quality of service, but I can speak to their disregard for customer notification, time, and general courtesy.
