We were having issues with our PRV, some drain issues and an issue with our  water softener. On the initial visit with Pablo and Jerson, I was informed about all the options to fix the issues I brought to them. I discussed things with my wife, had a couple other companies come out for estimates and ultimately was just a lot more confident with Pablo and Jerson than anyone else we talked to. Contacted BG Plumbing after reading good reviews in Yelp. Tsanko picked up the phone immediately and was in my home in less than an hour. The job was to connect the gas line to the newly installed gas cooktop and install the regulator, shut-off valve, piping etc., He quickly went to Homedepot after doing the initial inspection and was back in a zip and finished the job in no time. He was very professional and knowledgable. Honest person and the quote was very very reasonable for the job. This plumber is only concerned about his pocket book.  Without even looking at the job, he was convinced the cost would be the HIGH price he quoted.  Yeeeahhh, okay.  I'll find someone who is interested in helping the client and figuring out a solution vs. some dude who is trying to overcharge on a whim.

I am so impressed with this company. I reached out on a Saturday for assistance via Yelp and the manager, Cody responded within a few minutes.
He explained to me over the phone what needed to be done and was very upfront and honest regarding price and materials needed.
The manager gave me a date and really worked around my schedule as my husband and I work in schools.
On the date provided, his plumbers got stuck on a job and so he himself came out because he promised me a date and delivered.
You can tell he's just a very honest guy trying to do honest business.

We just had a new water softener installed this morning and we were very pleased with the install process. Jonathan and his assistant arrived on time and they gave us a call to advise us of their arrival time. They were very courteous and they explained everything to us. David, our salesman, also did a great job of explaining the different products. I would highly recommend Alamo as their systems are reasonably priced and they're very efficient.

I couldn't ask for more in a plumber.  Gilbert responded extremely quickly via both phone and email, and always took the time  to thoroughly answer my questions.  When he couldn't do work I needed, he was quick with a recommendation for someone who could.

Andrew came and replaced our toilet today.  He was fast, professional, and just an all-around great guy.

Our plumber arrived on the early side of the timeframe given, was pleasant and professional, and got the damaged toilet switched out for a new one in less than 30 minutes. He asked me to inspect the job, I saw that the seat was a little crooked, and he adjusted that in about 2 minutes.

This is our second experience with Mr. Rooter of New Braunfels, and both have been great.

Over the weekend, we had our first solid freeze in San Antonio. Christmas Eve, I was out delivering presents and Christmas Dinners to family members. Sitting there enjoying a football game with my brother in law, I get this feeling that I better go home. I said my fair wells and left. I get home to a geyser in my front yard. As I go to the back yard to get my water cutoff tool from the shed I see a second geyser in my back yard. I get my water cutoff tool and shut off the water from the main. I spent the next few hours calling every plumbing company I could think of that I have done business with or seen commercial from with either phone services not working properly or not answering calls even though they advertised 24/7 availability. I don't know how I ended up on The Yelp service request but I had a few replies with availability in 7 to 10 days.
Pete from Elite plumbing sent me a message stating he could have one of his guys at my house house on Monday at 8:00AM. I asked him about if I could put that on the calendar and he said yes. This is now Saturday evening and I'm like ok, Monday is not bad. I decided to try several other places and apparently San Antonio had a lot of broken pipes during this freeze because Monday was the soonest I could find. I thanked Hod for that. Cleaned up the mess as best I could and waited fir Monday. This Morning, Monday, I get a message from Pete, ELITE Plumbing, my service repair guy will be there between 9:45 to 10:45 AM if that is ok. At this point I'm just glad to get verification that someone has is coming. At 9:45, a young man by the name of Ezekiel, drove up and introduced himself. He was very pleasant and professional. I showed him where the damaged pipes were, he accessed the damage parts and said, I have everything I need to get this taken care of. I asked him if he was by himself and he said yes. I asked him if he needed anything, he said no, I'll just get my tools and get to work. In less than two hours, he was done with the repairs, cleaned up and said give me a few minutes and I'll have this written up.
I was very impressed with Ezekiel and Elite Plumbing. Not only were they prompt, professional and delivered great service, they were very reasonable as well. I can tell you that Elite Plumbing, 210-468-0770, number, is going to be my first call for any plumbing need I have in the future and my best recommendation anytime someone asks for a  reliable plumbing company.

We had them out recently to try and figure out why we had a puddle in our yard. He was quick to get back to us, and we loved that he was located in Manor. We also appreciated his knowledge and honesty when he correctly stated that it was a problem with the city's water line. We will for sure hire him again if we ever have another need for a plumber.

Quick response.  Hourly labor rate on the high side for Austin area but work was first rate and all charges clearly explained before hand.

Came out on time,two guys were very polite,got it done quickly and neatly,not the cheapest around, but the work is excellent, try them if you have serious issues and to get it done the first time .

Not a good company for electrical work. More expensive than it should be. Work done is not to the home owners expectations. Completely dissatisfied and unhappy!

During the snow storm of 2021 a water pipe busted in my home. I called Roto-Rooter on a Monday and pleasantly found they were scheduling me for the next day.  Winter conditions continued and no show.  I called them at the end of the day and was told all scheduled appointments were moved to next day.  Next day no show, no call.  It's Friday and still no show, but what disturbs me most is no notice this whole time.  I only heard from them once and that's bc I called them.  Luckily my neighbor called A.L. Plumbing and after talking to their plumber he squeezed me in right there on the spot and fixed my problem.  A.L. Plumbing, 210-269-6346.  

I can't speak to R-Rs quality of service, but I can speak to their disregard for customer notification, time, and general courtesy.
