Pete has consistently provided excellent customer service and quality work. He has installed faucets, spigots, toilets, showers, and disposal at my house. I trust his work will last for the long term, and he is overall just friendly guy and good communicator. Would highly recommend for someone who needs a reliable plumber at a fair price.

A friend called Tsanko about putting in gas pipes in a kitchen. The place is not in Fremont, so it is out of his way. But he was super nice to agree to take a look before turning down the job. Atfer the visit, he agree to take on the job, and because of the location, he even agreed to work on it on a Sat. Wonderful guy! Long story short, the best and most important feedback about Tsanko  is he did a FANTASTIC job. He is PUNCTUAL (on both visits), THOROUGH, CLEAN, CAREFUL. And he gives you a peace of mind that the job is well done.

10/10.  Would recommend and use Andre's Pro Plumbing again. Had an electric water heater replaced.  On-time arrival. Professional, courteous, and friendly behavior (almost like hiring a trusted family member). Thoroughly communicated to me before the appointment and during the appointment what work will be done. Asked me questions about my setup/home to make sure the work they were going to do was appropriate and the time to complete the work was accurate.  Gave me a reasonably-priced quote. No surprises when the final bill came.  As they were performing the work, I was inspecting. They were VERY ADEPT. I felt very confident the work was being done correctly and they made me feel at ease that if anything happened after they left, to just call them, and they will make it right, but given how well I saw the work being performed, I know I won't have any issues.

They also mentioned they do tankless water heater installs, water softener installs, water filtering. Both residential and commercial clients.

This small upstart company replied quickly. When they arrived they acted courteous and professional.  They evaluated the issue and gave me the best possible recommendation.  I had initially asked for a more expensive solution, and they were honest and knowledgeable, if I ever have issues again i will make sure that they are the primary candidate. I recommend them 100%.

The water valve in my front yard needed to be replaced. The problem, it's rusted on and I couldn't get it off nor could my neighbor. I contacted Blue Lion and received the lowest quote of the five other plumbers I contacted.

The plumber, Martin, was here on time and was friendly. He had my valve replaced in no time and the price charged was the price quoted.

Called about a hot water heater issue, told me it needed to be replaced before even going to look at it. Had another plumber go out to check it out, it actually does not need to be replaced and can easily be fixed for far less than this guy was trying to tell me.  You can't diagnose the problem when you haven't even looked at the issue dude!

*update, the problem was that the tenant hadn't switched the pilot light from pilot to on. but yes, that would require a brand new water heater.  highly recommend looking elsewhere for plumbing services.

Great response time to my inquiry and set the appointment immediately. A little late to the appointment but did keep me updated about arrival time. Cody did a great job and was in and out quickly. Will use them again.

As a realtor, I have met many great tradesmen.  Today, I met the best plumber I have ever had the pleasure to pay.  It is Christmas Eve.  I am baking, cooking and have family in town. I will admit it, someone put a bunch of apple cores (apple pie making in full swing) in the sink and most were in the disposal.  I thought about digging them out, but I was busy and thought that it would be okay.  NOPE, IT WAS NOT.  My hubby took sink apart and determined it was in the drainpipe.  We needed a plumber.  It was 6 pm on Christmas Eve.  I found Gilbert and believe it or not HE ANSWERED HIS PHONE!!!!  I told him quickly what was going on and that I didn't know what to do.  I apologized for the timing and asked if he could help.  I did not know that he was already closed, but he said yes, but I just sat down to supper, I just would like the chance to eat supper and I will be right out.  I emailed him my information and got out everything that I thought he would need: work lights, extension cords, flashlights, towels, buckets, etc.  He arrived in about 45 minutes and assessed the problem in about 10 minutes, determined the clean out line that was the culprit and began working.  We had a doozie of a clog, yet he got it cleared and everything back in working order in an hour or so.  He was so nice, polite, prompt, professional and pleasant...it made this awfully timed emergency not so bad at all.  We were actually nervous about the invoice...we have had a plumbing emergency before and have been seriously gouged, but were in a tight spot, so we just paid.  We were SHOCKED.  Not only did he not gouge us by extra charges (like travel time or equipment use, etc), he did not charge us some crazy holiday rate or after hours.  Maybe he did this because it was Christmas Eve (also my birthday), or maybe because he and my husband chatted about marching bands/drum corps intl or MAYBE HE JUST IS A DECENT HUMAN NOT TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE PUBLIC!!!!  Do not use another plumber.  He knows what he is doing.  He is professional.  He is nice and honest.  I only gave him 5 stars because there is no 6 stars.  Wow, Merry Christmas and Happy Birthday to me....wish I had met him years ago.

These guys are awesome! Came over with no issues to inspect my system and pointed out CO2 problem & were able to fix the system same day! Great service, great customer service, and great value! Noel & Jesse were professional, quick, and clean. Answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about the HVAC system and explained why there was a problem & what it took to fix it. I had an emergency water leak that was getting worst. After getting the run around by other plumber I decided to contact Elite Plumbing Solutions via Yelp since they had good ratings. Thank god! They came and fix the problem the same day, the price was reasonable and they were very attentive to answer any questions I had.

Ryan and Matt provided exceptional service today when they fixed my sink faucet. I called and was lucky enough to get same day service. Within minutes I got a text that notified me with the plumbers information and his estimated arrival. Ryan's explanation on my faucet leak was very detailed and he gave me all the facts I needed to decide on how to proceed with the repair. I would definitely recommend their service to anyone, and when I have another plumbing issue I will be calling A & A. Their service was so great I am considering the VIP program they offer.

We first met Jaime about 8 years ago when he was hired by our contractor to do the plumbing for a new addition on our central Austin home.  He did all the work for a new master bath, added a tankless water heater and removed old cast iron plumbing from our 1940s home.  Two years later he came back to reroute the plumbing in our guest bath.  He did great work with both jobs and we never had any issues while we lived there.

In 2019, I referred him to a friend who was experiencing a plumbing emergency at his rental.  My friend was super impressed with Jaime's responsiveness and work and was incredibly thankful to have found an honest, trustworthy plumber to help out during an incredibly stressful time.

And in February 2021, we had a pipe break in our new home after the major freeze.  We were panicked that we wouldn't be able to get it fixed timely since it seemed like everyone else in Austin was dealing with the same issue, but Jaime came to the rescue the next day and fixed the busted pipe.

In the 8 years we have called on Jaime, every single experience was top notch. I don't know what I appreciate the most about him: his professionalism, the prompt communication, the excellent work or how wonderfully nice and pleasant he is. The fact that we have been able to call on him to work on every single home we have owned in Austin really speaks volumes about the quality of his business and his work.  Thank you, Jaime, for always being there for us when we need you. You are the best!!!

EZ Flow Plumbing is extremely reliable and trustworthy. They respond quickly to calls and work fast too. We've called them several times over the years and have always gotten the same great service. We wouldn't use any other plumbing company.

Unprofessional, incorrect information given by operator on initial call. Didn't fix the issue with the first visit, had to come out again and wanted to charge an additional amount for something that was still broken. Peter and his helper that came out today didn't even want to stay to try and help the issue while I was on the line with the operator trying to understand the wrong quote given on the phone. During which, the guys outside were in a hurry to leave and didn't want to wait while we sorted out the price details. When Travis, the owner, called after the fact he said that the operator doesn't have the correct information because she isn't the technician. Hmm, but she is the front line of your company right? He wanted to argue and be unprofessional. I understand it's Christmas Eve, people want to be home with their families but do not give out incorrect information to begin with, don't schedule your workers to work when the don't want to and don't argue with customers *after* the fact. I am well aware that services aren't free as Travis so *professionally* stated, but if the issue is still not working after they've attempted to fix the drain with a snake (even though we told them we already did that), a little ownership and good business ownership should at least be felt and offered try to help the situation and understand where the customer is coming from instead of arguing to try and keep their pride.

Jayson, one of the plumbers from AAA Auger, just left after doing some good work. Our kitchen faucet was leaking pretty badly, so he pinpointed the issue and was able to replace the so-called nipples that connect the internal pipes to the faucet and install a brand new faucet. He worked pretty quickly and didn't take all day like other plumbers said they would need to, and the price seemed reasonable compared to other quotes I had received from competitors. Additionally, he was able to honor the coupon right here on Yelp which was great. I would definitely have Jayson come back out for any other plumbing issues that we may come across down the road!

We had to have a water line rerouted. They had to go crawling around in both of our attic spaces and cut multiple holes in sheetrock to do this. They were so good at explaining everything they did, and they kept the holes to the minimum they could get by with. They were very professional and neat with their work. I would highly recommend Jon Wayne!

During the snow storm of 2021 a water pipe busted in my home. I called Roto-Rooter on a Monday and pleasantly found they were scheduling me for the next day.  Winter conditions continued and no show.  I called them at the end of the day and was told all scheduled appointments were moved to next day.  Next day no show, no call.  It's Friday and still no show, but what disturbs me most is no notice this whole time.  I only heard from them once and that's bc I called them.  Luckily my neighbor called A.L. Plumbing and after talking to their plumber he squeezed me in right there on the spot and fixed my problem.  A.L. Plumbing, 210-269-6346.  

I can't speak to R-Rs quality of service, but I can speak to their disregard for customer notification, time, and general courtesy.
