Our shower hot water stopped working and I needed a new water heater.  The company responded first in my Yelp request for help and came out the following day to fix my shower and replace the water heater.  They also installed a new water softener in the house which was badly needed.  I really was impressed with the work that Kameron Joseph and his team provided for my house and will be going back to them for all services.  Due to amount of work, the job was pricy but I expected that due to what was needed.  The company offered easy financing and I was able to get all my problems fixed and now have a peace of mind about my water issues with the older home I have.  I definitely recommend this company for plumbing services.

I recently had a new water heater installed as my last one kicked the bucket. At that install, the plumber advised that I should invest in a water softener.
Prior to this recommendation, I'd been thinking about investing in a water softener for some time. This is because living in a home with hard water has left scale and buildup on my appliances and fixtures as well  as has aggravated my son's eczema. Two days ago, I was doing my Yelply duties and giving shout outs to my fellow Yelpers and noticed one of my Yelp peeps left a glowing review for PlumbSmart.

I was contacted by Cody who asked what my needs were to determine what type of water softener system I required. During the conversation, I never felt soldor pressured to buy the most expensive product. After the decision was made on which system I intended to purchase, to my surprise, Cody was able to get Roger (the installer)  to my home within 24 hours to do the install. After the install, Cody called to ask if I had any questions and if I was satisfied. The level of customer service I received from PlubSmart is unparalleled.

Backed up sink after New Years Eve, and stuff I was buying At Lowe's or Home Depot was not working. I needed my sink & kitchen back. After 2 days of me trying to fix it I finally gave in and called a professional. Andre's Pro Plumbing responded to my distress call and showed up the very next morning. Very professional, very informative, showed me what the problem was and Very reasonable. Having A plumbing problem didn't create a financial problem. I used People's Choice Plumbing to install a water softener a couple of months ago.  The plumber arrived on-time and did an excellent job with the installation and answering any of my questions.

The installation ended up being complicated, and he handled the situation swiftly and the right way.  They followed up multiple times to ensure I was satisfied and having no issues.

I will 100% be using them again for any future plumbing issues!

These guys are awesome! Came over with no issues to inspect my system and pointed out CO2 problem & were able to fix the system same day! Great service, great customer service, and great value! Noel & Jesse were professional, quick, and clean. Answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about the HVAC system and explained why there was a problem & what it took to fix it. Our plumber arrived on the early side of the timeframe given, was pleasant and professional, and got the damaged toilet switched out for a new one in less than 30 minutes. He asked me to inspect the job, I saw that the seat was a little crooked, and he adjusted that in about 2 minutes.

This is our second experience with Mr. Rooter of New Braunfels, and both have been great.

Why aren't there more stars!!  Big City Plumbing is simply the Best!! (Queue song).  I found them via Nextdoor recommendation and they have co e out twice to fix plumbing issues.  This last time they out did any repair service I have ever had or imagined.  The men were professional and personable.  I had a number of things I needed addressed and they took care of every single one on a timely manner.  In other words-they didn't milk the clock so they could charge me for more hours than needed.  They explained what the issues were and how they were going to fix them-and verified with me that things were fixed before they left.  
The customer support staff is on point as well.  When you call you get a professional, pleasant person on the other end. Not someone who seems annoyed that you called.  They are willing to answer what you might think are dumb or annoying questions- and totally work with you to schedule a time that works with your schedule.  
Obviously I don't wish for any future plumbing problems, but when they inevitably arise- there is. NO question who I am callin!

David C., Your people already let me know in no uncertain terms that I will never win in court because I can't prove they did anything.  I'm really glad you put in writing that they turned off my water. When we parted ways your manager was screaming that I had done it myself. I've read your other bad reviews. I guess this is just par for the course with your business.  Your people were late more than once, they were disrespectful, and I did have to have another company come fix what your guys caused. I don't see how my review is unfair.  By the way, I HAD to get my water fixed. Your guys blew up my softener (4 years old) and left us with 0 running water in the entire home.  All pipes were clogged with resin.  He thought we had a main break. He went from faucet to faucet turning them on and watching them clog because he had no idea what he had done by cranking on and off my water 15-20 times.  He even told me he couldn't believe my softener didn't have a bypass valve. Well it does. The next 2 plumbers I called knew what had been done within 30 seconds.  They showed me how to put the bypass on and how the original repair could have been done by turning the water off at the h20 heater itself. He never needed to turn the water off at the street.  I had 0 water for 2 days. Your crew of bullies blamed me and wanted to charge $700 to clear the lines. They said I would need to buy the new water softener and heaters that were then filled with Resin!  The tiny little repair turned into one big nightmare.  Your guy said it was just a coincidence that my water softener blew up on their second visit!  While they were turning my water on and off!  Why on earth would I PAY your guys to repair it?  Is that the scam?  Break stuff and charge to fix it?  Your comments about shirking responsibility just aren't true. All y'all had to do was fix it. If I hadn't told your plumber what was wrong, he still wouldn't have known. He was at my house for 7 hours using a compressor to blow out my lines individually. Problem was when he would turn the water on, they would re fill with resin. He hadn't bypassed the now broken water softener. It was a night of madness. They made a huge mess of water in every room they were in. Knowing what I know now, their blowing efforts were futile! Other plumbers laugh when I tell them how your 2 guys blew line after line not knowing Resin was in the lines.  It literally took the next plumber 30 seconds to know what was going on.  The next plumber after that took 30 seconds. I wanted to see if he could figure it out. How does a licensed plumber not know this???  Y'all keep challenging me to take you to the plumbing board. I will file a complaint because I'm not sure your guys were really licensed plumbers. We have filed with the BBB.  Your guy let me know that I'll never win because I can't prove you did anything. At least you now agree your guy shut the water off. They literally screamed at me saying I did it myself. That I had turned off and on my water. I don't even know how to do that!

As an update to our review regarding A&A Plumbing written on 8/31/22, why would it take a business 2 months to respond and attempt to justify their
exorbitant charges.  Suffice it to say that their delinquent response validates the very reason we will never use their services again.  In business, honesty, integrity and credibility mean everything ... once it's sacrificed, consumer trust and confidence are lost.

We first met Jaime about 8 years ago when he was hired by our contractor to do the plumbing for a new addition on our central Austin home.  He did all the work for a new master bath, added a tankless water heater and removed old cast iron plumbing from our 1940s home.  Two years later he came back to reroute the plumbing in our guest bath.  He did great work with both jobs and we never had any issues while we lived there.

In 2019, I referred him to a friend who was experiencing a plumbing emergency at his rental.  My friend was super impressed with Jaime's responsiveness and work and was incredibly thankful to have found an honest, trustworthy plumber to help out during an incredibly stressful time.

And in February 2021, we had a pipe break in our new home after the major freeze.  We were panicked that we wouldn't be able to get it fixed timely since it seemed like everyone else in Austin was dealing with the same issue, but Jaime came to the rescue the next day and fixed the busted pipe.

In the 8 years we have called on Jaime, every single experience was top notch. I don't know what I appreciate the most about him: his professionalism, the prompt communication, the excellent work or how wonderfully nice and pleasant he is. The fact that we have been able to call on him to work on every single home we have owned in Austin really speaks volumes about the quality of his business and his work.  Thank you, Jaime, for always being there for us when we need you. You are the best!!!

EZ Flow plumbing is reliable, dependable, hard working and honest.  They were able to fix a stopped up drain at our house with a minimum of time and effort.  We'd had another plumbing company out that couldn't figure the problem out and wanted to charge us hundreds of dollars to diagnose where the problem with no guarantee they could find it or fix it.   EZ Flow Plumbing did a great job for a very reasonable price.  I highly recommend them!

What everyone else has said.  Gilbert is the man to call if you need help with your plumbing.  Not only was he fast, efficient and friendly, I got some free technical training and advice along the way :-).

Doug came out to repair some plumbing issues in my father's house. My father has recently passed away and we are selling the home and needed a quick resolution to be able to sell the home. He was great at communicating and making the process as smooth as possible. He did was was requested and was efficient and professional.

Corey, Eddie & their team did an Awesome job. They removed our old A/C SYSTEM & replaced it with A new A/C Larger, Better system. The guys were very knowledgeable,  helpful & Cleaned up after they finished. I recommend Jon Wayne to Anyone who needs Any type ofA/C work.

During the snow storm of 2021 a water pipe busted in my home. I called Roto-Rooter on a Monday and pleasantly found they were scheduling me for the next day.  Winter conditions continued and no show.  I called them at the end of the day and was told all scheduled appointments were moved to next day.  Next day no show, no call.  It's Friday and still no show, but what disturbs me most is no notice this whole time.  I only heard from them once and that's bc I called them.  Luckily my neighbor called A.L. Plumbing and after talking to their plumber he squeezed me in right there on the spot and fixed my problem.  A.L. Plumbing, 210-269-6346.  

I can't speak to R-Rs quality of service, but I can speak to their disregard for customer notification, time, and general courtesy.
