He recommended replacing a few things that he had noticed were rusted and needing some upgrade (it's an older home), and most of all we got the clog fixed! So happy to finally be able to enjoy our kitchen! I attached a photo of our new pipes and Studer vent hope I spelt that right!

On 26 July 2022 we received outstanding, quality, and professional service from Andre's Pro Plumbing. They replaced two water heaters at our home. Joaquin , the owner of the company, was involved with the project from start to finish. Joaquin and his professional support team were very knowledgeable, very customer-oriented, very honest, and pleasant to work with. Joaquin made sure the job was done correctly, that the project was completed on time, and with no additional cost. Joaquins's crew did an excellent job of cleaning up at the completion of the project. We would highly recommend Andre's Pro Plumbing to anyone that wants high quality and very professional work.

My experience with contractors has been a consistent story of disappointment until I contacted Henry at Plumbit. He was quick to come out and promptly identified the source of my leak and addressed the issue. His price was reasonable, if not better than expected, and he was transparent in everything he did. I recently did a shower remodel and the contractor wanted to have their plumber come out to install the new valve; I called Henry instead and he was there the next day. I thought I had taken a photo, but the work was very professional in both function and form.
I may not have a reliable contractor for anything else, but when it comes to all things plumbing, I'll be calling Henry.

My kitchen facet needed to be replaced asap because it had a bad leak. I called Dave because I read the awesome reviews and told him I needed to go pick up a facet and have it installed the same day. He said no problem text me as soon as you get it and he quoted me a way better price then a bigger company I called the night before. He came installed my new facet right away. Did an awesome job and even checked my hot water heater at no additional cost when I told him I had concerns about it. From now on I will only be calling Dave for my plumbing needs.

I needed my water softener installed so made an appointment to have this done. it was a replacement of an old one. Chris and Tim were professional and friendly and did a great job on the install. They installed and programmed my new unit and also installed a whole home sediment filter. This is the second time I have used Big City Plumbing and I highly recommend them.

We called at 8 with water pouring out of our shower, so we turned off the water to the whole house. They said they'd be out by 9:30, called at 9:40 no one answered so I left a message. Called again at 10 was told plumber had difficulty at previous job couldn't show up until some time between 12-1, still no one shows up and no one calls, so we call again and they had pushed us back to 7:30 AM. All this waiting and no water and no call from them and they aren't willing to help they just say, well sorry. So much for 24 hour service or any service for that matter.

Called for emergency hot water tank leaking. Received great customers service from both office staff and plumber. Came same day. Installed new tank. Very professional

We first met Jaime about 8 years ago when he was hired by our contractor to do the plumbing for a new addition on our central Austin home.  He did all the work for a new master bath, added a tankless water heater and removed old cast iron plumbing from our 1940s home.  Two years later he came back to reroute the plumbing in our guest bath.  He did great work with both jobs and we never had any issues while we lived there.

In 2019, I referred him to a friend who was experiencing a plumbing emergency at his rental.  My friend was super impressed with Jaime's responsiveness and work and was incredibly thankful to have found an honest, trustworthy plumber to help out during an incredibly stressful time.

And in February 2021, we had a pipe break in our new home after the major freeze.  We were panicked that we wouldn't be able to get it fixed timely since it seemed like everyone else in Austin was dealing with the same issue, but Jaime came to the rescue the next day and fixed the busted pipe.

In the 8 years we have called on Jaime, every single experience was top notch. I don't know what I appreciate the most about him: his professionalism, the prompt communication, the excellent work or how wonderfully nice and pleasant he is. The fact that we have been able to call on him to work on every single home we have owned in Austin really speaks volumes about the quality of his business and his work.  Thank you, Jaime, for always being there for us when we need you. We moved into a new home and tried to install our washer, the back up drain wasn't set up properly so there wasn't room for the hoes and Theo came out extended the back drain line and installed a new pan. He even check to make sure there was no obstruction in the drain.  Theo also made sure everything was running properly. He has came to our rescue before and always saves the day.

Had a leaking garbage disposal. Purchased a new one and called Blue Dragon on Friday after 5pm. He texted me at 7pm and we scheduled the installation for 2:30pm on Saturday (and said he'd charge weekday rates). He called at about 1:30 and said he was on his way. He arrived at 2:04pm and was done in about 35 minutes. He was fast, precise, and very professional. Because it was so fast he gave me 10% off!!! Thanks Gilbert for a job well done!

I bought a 100 year old house that had plumbing issues and no working water. They came out to give me a quote and suggested flushing the pipes because they could be clogged. Two hours later we had running water! I got quotes from other places who wanted to redo all plumbing for thousands of dollars. I will definitely be using George for all my plumbing needs.

This company charges a very ridiculous high price!!! First, you have to pay $89 just for them to come out and give an estimate. Then the technician find the opportunity to find other things in order to charge more on other services they will push! I Do Not recommend this company unless you want to throw money away..

During the snow storm of 2021 a water pipe busted in my home. I called Roto-Rooter on a Monday and pleasantly found they were scheduling me for the next day.  Winter conditions continued and no show.  I called them at the end of the day and was told all scheduled appointments were moved to next day.  Next day no show, no call.  It's Friday and still no show, but what disturbs me most is no notice this whole time.  I only heard from them once and that's bc I called them.  Luckily my neighbor called A.L. Plumbing and after talking to their plumber he squeezed me in right there on the spot and fixed my problem.  A.L. Plumbing, 210-269-6346.  

I can't speak to R-Rs quality of service, but I can speak to their disregard for customer notification, time, and general courtesy.
