Alec 10+ years experience, Jared solid apprentice helper.  Had a difficult job, called these guys, and obtained an estimate at 50% the price of other estimates ... the guys worked quick and did a QUALITY job AND they stayed with the estimate price - wow.  Honest and capable, no complaints, I'll will call these guys back no question.

Andre and Joaquin did several jobs (mostly unfinished & sloppy work by our contractor) for our home. We were very pleased with their professionalism, responsiveness, doing plumbing the legit way (permits and all), and attention to detail. They are a smaller business so it may take them a little longer to finish the job - but they do great work! I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a good plumbing company.

This small upstart company replied quickly. When they arrived they acted courteous and professional.  They evaluated the issue and gave me the best possible recommendation.  I had initially asked for a more expensive solution, and they were honest and knowledgeable, if I ever have issues again i will make sure that they are the primary candidate. Peoples choice plumbing had a very complicated job to do at our space. We have a rough industrial space and they needed to find a sewer line for our sinks. This was a very complicated job that many plumbers couldn't figure out. Peoples choice plumbing came out and diagnosed the situation (for free), then figured out a solution to the situation and fixed it up perfectly. I would recommend peoples choice plumbing to anyone that needs either a residential plumbing issue fixed or a commercial plumbing issue fixed. They pulled all of the permits required and had the inspector come out immediately to issue the green card. I am very happy with my decision and would call them again for any issues that might arise. Unbelievably fantastic service!  We moved into a 1940's home today (a Sunday) and while installing our washer, a water pipe cracked. This meant we had to turn the water off to the house, a very concerning situation given we would not be able to shower in the morning to get ready for work.  We called A&A and within less than 45 minutes, Patrick arrived at our doorstep.  Patrick was on call and was on his way to dinner with his family but you would have never guessed we had interrupted his plans.  He was extremely courteous and completed the work with the utmost care.  We were back up and running and back to our move-in with no additional care.  Patrick could not have been nicer or done a better job.  We were extremely impressed and hope that if you call A&A, Patrick gets assigned to your job!  Thanks Patrick and A&A!

Came across a small water leak on the main line coming into the house...I was happy to see that Jamie lives in my neighborhood, I mean...how much more local can you get...He showed up in about 30 minutes, gave me what I thought was a very fair quote and got to work...job was wrapped up in about 4-5 hours and was please with the whole process...Looks like we have a new Plumber that I wouldnt hesitate to call for my needs.

After being stood up/treated rudely by two other plumbers I finally found Blue Dragon/Gilbert. Gilbert picked up my call on the second ring, let me know he could come help me out as soon as he finished the call he was on at the time, and then showed up 45 minutes later after calling me to let me know he was on his way.

He quickly assessed that my disposal was blown and was able to replace it on the spot. He took extra time to show me how to do basic maintenance myself. He's an all-around lovely guy - very kind and very knowledgeable.

I will absolutely call him if I ever have any plumbing needs again - he's the best!

I have used Big City Plumbing on three separate occasions and have had a positive experience each time. Phone calls have been answered promptly, a plumber has been dispatched quickly (same day I called for my 3 requests), and I have been pleased with the work. We will never use this company again. My 84 year old dad had them install at new faucet a few weeks ago. Then over the weekend one of the faucet handles came off and started spewing water everywhere. They don't have weekend service, so we had to turn off the water, since there was no off valve under the sink. When they came back out today to fix it they said it wasn't under warranty cause we bought the faucet. They charged him for travel time to and from his house without telling him. 45 minutes of work and they gave him a bill for $350. Outrageous! They were rude when I called them for an explanation. I asked them if it happened again was it under warranty and they said yes, cause they fixed it. So they don't warrant their initial work, but they do warrant it if they fix it? That's rich!

The only people who answered my call and showed up at 1 am when my Water heated decided to bust and flood my upstairs. Was so thankful he came as soon as possible. He turned everything off so water wasn't pouring out anymore but set me up so we still had water usage for the night. They came first thing the next morning and fixed everything!! Always need honest and great people that are your go to and they have become my go to !

I made an appointment with them and they didn't show. I called and they seemed to forget my appointment but insisted I was on the list. They offered to reschedule, without apology.  I went with another plumber and saved some money.

I scheduled a simple consult with AAA Auger. 3 DAYS IN A ROW they didn't show up, calling in the late afternoon to cancel. Never again.

A/C went out last night and we called them and we had an appointment window of 2 pm til 6pm.  They called me at 5:30pm and said they were running late. Then at 7pm they called and said they would not be out today. I am very mad. They said between 8am and noon tomorrow. No compassion on there part. We even have a contact with them for maintenance.

They quoted my plumbing to be $3000 for 40ft of pipe work to be done and they only did 5 feet of pipe and my wife didn't check because we have a baby and I was at work so they made her sign without telling her they changed the plan, and still charged us $3000. Watch out for these scammers
They charged me for 35 ft and only did 5ft of pipe, I did not get my money back.
