Best Pipe Repair in San Antonio TX

Our toilet overflowed twice in the middle of the night on a Saturday night. We had previously used Anchor Plumbing Services after a bottle was flushed down the toilet (thank you my toddler boys) and we had been impressed and called them back for service to our plumbing system. Again, they did not disappoint. They were here within 12 hours of our initial issue (or 3 hours within the phone call). They were thorough, friendly, and most importantly, honest. I will continue to use Anchor each time I have plumbing issues while in San Antonio.

My experience with contractors has been a consistent story of disappointment until I contacted Henry at Plumbit. He was quick to come out and promptly identified the source of my leak and addressed the issue. His price was reasonable, if not better than expected, and he was transparent in everything he did. I recently did a shower remodel and the contractor wanted to have their plumber come out to install the new valve; I called Henry instead and he was there the next day. I thought I had taken a photo, but the work was very professional in both function and form.
I may not have a reliable contractor for anything else, but when it comes to all things plumbing, I'll be calling Henry.

The water valve in my front yard needed to be replaced. The problem, it's rusted on and I couldn't get it off nor could my neighbor. I contacted Blue Lion and received the lowest quote of the five other plumbers I contacted.

The plumber, Martin, was here on time and was friendly. He had my valve replaced in no time and the price charged was the price quoted.

I am a picky Circle C homeowner, and I've come to expect some level of disappointment with home repairs and services.  Not so with Brad B Plumbing. It is wonderful to find a person who still takes pride in their work.  Tsanko is just that person!  We were doing a bathroom remodel and he did both the rough-in and the finish work.  He was thorough and paid attention to the details.  I would definitely recommend Tsanko and we will definitely use his services again.

The service from these guys was outstanding! I called them & David showed up in no time & knocked out our toilet issue. Super nice & efficient. I'll definitely call them anytime we have plumbing issues.

UPDATE: I called David again after my water heater busted & began leaking. As always, he moved quick/efficiently & got my water heater replaced. His communication w/me was excellent as well since my plumbing issue was in San Antonio but I had to work w/him from Albuquerque, NM where I'm currently stationed. David took care of me & my tenants in no time & continued to go above/beyond. Thanks again David!

So glad I called Alamo Water crew. Trevor came out n was very knowledgeable n helpful and explained how bad the water was. He helped me purchase a new system as well as great financing terms. Then Jerry n his crew came out did a great job installing the unit as well as the under cab drinking system. Great bunch if guys also did an excellent cleanup job and Jerry made some great suggestions. Ms Trudy the office wizard (she's Trevor's very helpful mother), helped setup my install and credit information and got me a great financial plan. Patrick and Mathew did a great job on replacing our water heater in the attic. A down pour hit SA today which put them behind schedule but they were committed to getting the project completed and stayed till 7:30 PM to get it done.

We had them out recently to try and figure out why we had a puddle in our yard. He was quick to get back to us, and we loved that he was located in Manor. We also appreciated his knowledge and honesty when he correctly stated that it was a problem with the city's water line. We will for sure hire him again if we ever have another need for a plumber.

Called EZ Flow after i did not get any response from 2 other plumbers ( i gave them a week to get back to me as both said they were slammed with work) and EZ Flow came out in less than 1 hour. :)  Both Emilio and Jeff were courteous, efficient and professional. Reasonable price for doing multiple jobs around my house and rental property. Emilio also recommended ways for me to save time and money in the future. If i could i would rate them with 10 stars. Gilbert replaced the garbage disposal in our house, he was very quick to give us a quote, helped us to pick the right products, and he finished the job very fast. Reasonably priced, great job.

Home emergency repairs can be scary when they happen, especially when it comes to water. How bad is the issue? How much will it cost to fix? Who should I call?

I'm glad we stumbled across these guys. They really are the best. We've used them several times over the past year and a half, since the beginning of glorious 2020. Everything from a leaking water heater, leaking toilet, busted pipe in our wall, faucet installations, and water heater install. They do it all and each time they came through the quality of service has been outstanding. They have this friendly-neighbor feel to them. Whenever we have a water issue we do not hesitate to call them. Each of these guys perform consistent quality work.

I went on yelp to look for assistance with my tub spout issues... it's stop working.   That's the diverter that changes the water from the tub to shower.
I looked at several people and companies but chose GUARANTEE PLUMBING & A/C they came and assessed the situation for $39 which they will apply to the overall cost ... (if you continue to use them).

They came in assessed what items they needed .. left to get the materials, returned promptly and replaced it and was out in less than 15 minutes. (yay)
Problem diagnosed, solved and fixed.

The technicians were friendly and courteous.
They were mindful of the CDC requirements.
In addition, I had a toilet seat that needed tightening and they tighten it for me.
I just want to give them a YELP and say you can use them I think that they will do you right with your plumbing and air-conditioning needs.

In keeping with being transparent at first I was a little bit skeptical because I had read a couple of reviews that were negative about this company however,  I forged ahead and received positive results. I am sure you will as well. :)

AAA AUGER IS TERRIFIC! We had the BEST experience with them yesterday and we highly recommend them to all!  if you need help and guidance and expertise, give the a call! We have found our plumbing company!  Unlike most other plumbing companies who are just looking for bucks!

DO NOT CALL - WORK NOT UP TO CODE  Over the 2021 winter freeze, our hot water heater gave out plus the overflow pipe froze - what a mess. Elite did come out to replace the heater but knew they had us over the barrel - charged $1000 more than any other service ( who were not able to come out over the freeze). We then had another plumber come out a week later to check to see if overflow pipe had cracked - and they took pictures and wrote up an explanation showing how the connections were not up to code ( with a gap so that could leak!), the heater and overflow pan were all banged up ( with the glass insulation of a heater, there could be cracks on the inside), and the overflow pan was not centered correctly - so that if water did come out of the pipe, it would drip down on out floors and walls)!!!!!!!!!!! We are looking into taking ELITE to court for this scam.

Jon Wayne and team are always very professional and courteous. They do top notch work every time they come and always provide great details on how to continue keeping our A/C in great shape. I appreciate that they don't pressure me in any way to buy something and break it down it what should probably be done soon and what is nice to have.

During the snow storm of 2021 a water pipe busted in my home. I called Roto-Rooter on a Monday and pleasantly found they were scheduling me for the next day.  Winter conditions continued and no show.  I called them at the end of the day and was told all scheduled appointments were moved to next day.  Next day no show, no call.  It's Friday and still no show, but what disturbs me most is no notice this whole time.  I only heard from them once and that's bc I called them.  Luckily my neighbor called A.L. Plumbing and after talking to their plumber he squeezed me in right there on the spot and fixed my problem.  A.L. Plumbing, 210-269-6346.  

I can't speak to R-Rs quality of service, but I can speak to their disregard for customer notification, time, and general courtesy.
