One day we walked into the office and our carpet was saturated. I immediately started looking for plumbers and messaged a few, but decided to go with Andre's because they were prompt in responding, kind and accommodating to our situation. They came the same day! Turns out we had a slow leak in the wall between the master bath and office, that had been leaking for awhile. I think the first tech was Nick. He did a great job. Well not too long after, our AC went out because our P-trap got clogged, so my husband had to drain the AC pan. He wasn't able to reattach the pipes under the sink. So we called Andres and Joaquin called back and said he had availability the next day in the morning! He called about 30 mins before he showed up and finished the job fast! He was very communicative the whole time, explaining what he did. He was kind and professional and gave us some info on how to fix it if it gets clogged again or we could just call them back directly if we had any issues! Even recommended an AC tech! But to be honest we will probably just call Andres again! Highly recommend 12/10! Best prices you will find! Very fair! professional and prompt service! Blue Lion Plumbing was recommended to me through Next Door app when I asked for plumbing recommendations. They did not disappoint. They are price competitive, genuine, reliable company. The plumber who came out both times actually did little tweaks that weren't part of the original job. He fixed my faucet so it wasn't spraying all crazy even though he was there to replace the bath and shower fixtures. I will definitely be using them here on out for all my plumbing needs!

We had draining issues with our bathtub, called Brad and he came over the next day. He cleaned out the drain, adjusted the pipe and did one other thing, which I can't remember what he called it. He also adjusted the stoppers in our sinks so that they work when we actually want them to, not when they want to. Overall, our experience with him was prompt, professional and reasonably priced. If we ever need any plumbing issues taken care of in the future, we will definitely call upon him again.

Adam and Cody are great. They were quick to respond and quick to take care of all our needs. They were very informative and explained everything very well. Our Alamo Water System has been in for about one year (RO & Whole House). We had Caleb out today for our first RO filter change and a main softener check.  He is super knowledgeable about the systems. I mentioned offhand that I had a few hard water marks appear on some black pants, and he knew the adjustment to fix that for us right away.  He also spent time with the hubs explaining the recharge cycle to us again too.

Shout out to Caleb! He's super friendly and knows literally everything about how the Alamo Softeners work. We really appreciated his excellent customer service during our appointment today.

We have had good experiences with Alamo, from installing and servicing our water softeners and filters. If you are on the fence about getting one, it's a top improvement for our house. In Lakeway/Austin we have really high chlorine levels in the muni water and high ammonia from time to time too. Our family loves the clean drinking and cooking water from the reverse osmosis filter faucet and the lack of hard water stains in the sinks and fixtures. (Also, no more chlorine smell)

My dad called them to their house this morning. Last night we noticed a leak in the pipe at the front of my parents' house. Based on the good reviews on yelp, I told my dad to call this company. They didn't disappoint. They said they would be out within 1 1/2 to 2 hours. They arrived as expected. They quickly fixed the issue as well as a water pressure issue that my parents have been having. Which they were previously told by another company that it was common in there area. We are grateful for the good work, good timing and additional fix to my parents plumbing at their house. We first met Jaime about 8 years ago when he was hired by our contractor to do the plumbing for a new addition on our central Austin home.  He did all the work for a new master bath, added a tankless water heater and removed old cast iron plumbing from our 1940s home.  Two years later he came back to reroute the plumbing in our guest bath.  He did great work with both jobs and we never had any issues while we lived there.

In 2019, I referred him to a friend who was experiencing a plumbing emergency at his rental.  My friend was super impressed with Jaime's responsiveness and work and was incredibly thankful to have found an honest, trustworthy plumber to help out during an incredibly stressful time.

And in February 2021, we had a pipe break in our new home after the major freeze.  We were panicked that we wouldn't be able to get it fixed timely since it seemed like everyone else in Austin was dealing with the same issue, but Jaime came to the rescue the next day and fixed the busted pipe.

In the 8 years we have called on Jaime, every single experience was top notch. I don't know what I appreciate the most about him: his professionalism, the prompt communication, the excellent work or how wonderfully nice and pleasant he is. Texas All Cash Home Buyers have used Josh and his team at Mr. Rooter for over hundred service calls and renovation projects.  There friendly, scheduling when needed and very fair pricing.  They have become our preferred plumber of choice and would recommend them to anyone.

I called Guarantee late on a Friday to help diagnose a low water pressure issue. They had someone out first thing Monday morning.

When they knocked on the door, the technicians were wearing masks and made sure it was ok for them to enter. While one checked the pressure outside, another allowed me to show them what was happening inside.

The technician told me the pressure was low and there were a few things it could be. He walked me over to the water line boxes near the curb and showed me the water pressure regulator valve. He explained that it could be that it just needed to be adjusted. He talked me through everything he was doing while he did it. Meanwhile, as he made adjustments, the other tech was taking reading at the hose bib.

After he righted the pressure to 70 PSI, he said he wouldn't charge me the full amount and only charged $45!

They were gone and my problem was fixed in 20 minutes! I felt like they were very transparent about what needed to be done.

Once again AAA Auger to the rescue! After going with a different plumbing company that was underprepared, uncommunicative, and lacked the wear with all to do the job he started AAA Auger came in within 1 hour, found the main line and spent the next day finishing up why the previous plumber couldn't seem to manage. Thank you AAA Auger. We will have you to the top off next!

Good, plumbers at a fair price. I can't give them 5 stars because they were late and didn't call before they came as promised. Their plumbers were good people and informative.

Incredibly disappointed with this company! I had a service appointment scheduled ahead of time, over three days, and on the day of the service, at 3:46, after I had already left work, since there estimated time for service was between 2-6, I received a phone call asking me if it would be OK to reschedule. I informed the representative that I couldn't continue to leave work to accommodate their service technician since I had already left to attend to this appointment. I was then informed that the technician would continue to work and make it to our appointment but it would be closer to 6pm. At 630pm I received another phone call tell me that the technician would not show up after all. I requested to speak to management as I did not feel that my time was valuable to them. I was refused the opportunity to speak to a manager. I don't understand what serious company would do this to their customers. Why can't they call the customer before they set appointment timeframe to avoid wasted time and money? This is really frustrating and ridiculous. It shows this company has no regard for their customers time and employment. Very disappointed!

Update: as of Saturday morning I still have no resolution to my complaint. This company continues to disappoint! Jon Wayne Service Company I have been waiting for over 48 hours to hear from your management team. So far my experience with your company is so disappointing. You have shown zero concern for the interests of your customers. What a joke!

They quoted my plumbing to be $3000 for 40ft of pipe work to be done and they only did 5 feet of pipe and my wife didn't check because we have a baby and I was at work so they made her sign without telling her they changed the plan, and still charged us $3000. Watch out for these scammers
They charged me for 35 ft and only did 5ft of pipe, I did not get my money back.
