The service I received today from start to finish was outstanding! They dispatched Pete Katauskas as their service representative. I love how I received a text letting me know Pete was on his way AND sent a pic of him. Soon after, Pete called me to provide his estimated arrival time. He did a super job in assessing the issue with the water heater. He quickly made the repair and explained what he found. He also provided estimates for replacement. I highly recommend this business, you won't be disappointed! Top notch all the way!!

Wonderful service. Called Andre on recommendation from a friend & great online reviews on Yelp. As a first time customer, wasn't expecting same day service to replace old leaking water heater. Matthew did a great job & all was accomplished by the evening of that day. One of the best responses we have ever had & will definitely use them again.

Had a great experience with Martin! He was the best quote we received and he was able to replace the water heater by himself! Other companies were trying to charge me extra because they said they needed 2 guys to replace a 75 gal water heater. Amazingly Martin did it all by himself. He was able to come fix it in a day and answered all of my questions. We even had him come back and put a drain in for a second job. He is my go to plumber now!

He does not services East Austin (Pleasant Valley area). He was polite on the phone. Just want to save him and you the time to call if you live in this area. He referred me to PDQ Plumbing for this area.

BG Plumbing solved a problem nobody else could solve.

Ever since my remodel there have been problems with my plumbing -  loud noises in the wall, shower valve cartridges cracking and leaks in my RO system.  Obviously something was causing stress to the system but the plumbing contractor couldn't find the cause.  I hired another plumber who stayed for two days, charged several hundred dollars to try experiments and ultimately failed to resolve the issues.  A friend recommended BG so I gave him a call.  He quickly diagnosed the problem (a low quality check valve near the water heater) and replaced it; he also found and corrected a few other problems with my system, and I've had no problems ever since.

This guy is smart, honest, and hard working.  He did such a good job I have no more need for a plumber, but if I ever do, I know who I will call.

David came out this morning to do an assessment on some water damage in our kitchen for our insurance. He was on time, very professional, and quickly diagnosed the issues he found! We will definitely be calling him again. Thank you!

Dave, our technician, contradicted what other plumbers were advising and saved us from having to shell out $2,500 - $3,000 for a new system. He was able to repair the existing water softener which was already 11 years old, and give us another 5+ years on life. He finished the process in under two hours and was very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this firm.

Watch your jewelry. 2 A&A plumbers came into my house, the next day I went to put on my wedding ring that was in a tray on my bathroom counter was gone.

We had them out recently to try and figure out why we had a puddle in our yard. He was quick to get back to us, and we loved that he was located in Manor. We also appreciated his knowledge and honesty when he correctly stated that it was a problem with the city's water line. We will for sure hire him again if we ever have another need for a plumber.

Had a leak in the water heater closet that showed up. I looked at the pipes and water heater and saw a pipe was leaking and the water going down on the heater and inside it. Called EZ Flow that evening around 7pm and told them what I found and to see if they could have some there in the morning. Greeted with a friendly voice and told them what I found and he said they would have someone there right away in the morning. Emilio and another young man (wished I could remember his name) came by at 830am took a look and gave a price for the pipe fix. I asked about the water heater and he said it is ok, We decided to replace it anyway since it was 8 years old and probably going ta fail soon anyway. Their work was like an artist painting. Everything that they replace was done like they were doing it for them selves. This is the second time I have used this company and will continue to use them for any plumbing needs that may arise. Guarantee Plumbing & AC was available when I needed someone quickly to repair a broken pipe during my foundation repair. Luis even showed up earlier than expected and was able to quickly repair the broken pipe. I greatly appreciate their responsiveness, timeliness and ability to completely resolve my water woes in time of need. I will certainly contact Guarantee in the future for my plumbing needs.

I just drove behind one of their vehicles and they had a large, open, clear barrel of (plumbing liquids) that were spilling out the top  and landing on the road and cars if they weren't careful. I stayed way back until I could pass them.

I needed a quote for a sewer line to be fixed. They came out that day and suggested SAWS might be responsible for fixing my problem. He still took the time and gave me a quote. Turns out SAWS was responsible for fixing my issue. I was very grateful for his suggestion even though he knew he might not get my business. Will use in the future and highly recommend.

Scheduling of appointments is the worst. EXTREMELY inconvenient. When you choose the last service appointment of the day, be prepared to not hear from them, until you call asking where the tech is. Then they try to apologize and tell you that the tech scheduled for you is still working on another site and will probably arrive late.

They quoted my plumbing to be $3000 for 40ft of pipe work to be done and they only did 5 feet of pipe and my wife didn't check because we have a baby and I was at work so they made her sign without telling her they changed the plan, and still charged us $3000. Watch out for these scammers
They charged me for 35 ft and only did 5ft of pipe, I did not get my money back.
