We just finished with our technician and I am so happy we called them. Our AC went out last night, and we called another company to come and check it. They sent some kid who had no idea what he was doing, and tried to sell us some part worth over a grand to fix it. Luckily, I held off until the next morning and called Evenflow for another opinion. Our technician, Cecilio, could not have been more courteous, and solved our issue in under an hour. He gave us options, fully explained what was wrong and was so professional! This company does annual maintenance on AC units, and also does plumbing as well. We plan on using them from now on, so thank you Evenflow!

We had a new AC / heater installed going on 3 years ago. The heater never really worked right from the beginning so we called 1st call and they sent someone out. The tech shrugged off the issue, told us the heat pump will freeze up during below freezing temps but will return to normal function when the sun comes up and the pump is able to defrost. Shortly after that visit we had the south Texas snow storm. With the rolling brown outs the heater wouldn't keep up anyway so no one was called again. We started having issues again this year. Any time the temp got close to freezing the heater would stop working. Waking up to a 55 degree house got old so we finally called someone out again. They sent Chris Ricketts. Within 10 minutes he found the issue. The wires that control the Aux heat were not making a good connection. He fixed the connection, reprogrammed our thermostat and now we have heat. He made a 5 star review customer out of a customer that would have recommended anyone go anywhere else. Give that man a raise! Thanks again Chris!

So I rent/own a condo. ABC is contracted by the condo association HOA and the property management to control rodents and pests at the condos. This will be the 4th the fourth time I've had rodents in my attic! Seriously! If I could patch these entry points myself I would but since you are contracted to do a job you need to do it right/correctly the first time! So I get woken up at 2:45ish AM 2 weeks ago by loud banging in my attic because this is the 4th time and no one has done crap about it including the HOA and the Property management co REALMANAGE so I call ABC and leave a message after being woken up because I haven't heard from anyone since I first reported this on 1/5/17. Well low and behold David the inspection guy calls me and tells me I can't call them that the property management has to! Well they did and he states oh now he's come out here and did and inspection and turned it into Realmanaageand claims Amber told him to hold off! Well sure I believe all this so I call her no reply email her no reply! Wtf is going on with the company that needs to fix my attic entry points!?! What is wrong with the property management co REALMANAGE!?! Seriously do your jobs! I'm contacting the health department as this is a health and safety concern and no one is doing their jobs to remedy the issue! Good luck! I wouldn't hire you to kill a fly pathetic company that does shotty work patching holes! You should patch from the inside out and that has never been done so there you go this is the 4th time I've had rodents and I'm sick and tired!

Greg is a great service repair man. I've had the pleasure of having him come out to my home twice now. He is very clear about what the problem is, what he can do, and what options you have. When he did my bi-annual service check the first time he was very thorough in all he did and was helpful about telling me things that I can do in the future to keep my A/C running efficiently.
When I needed a repair man today for my now very loud A/C unit I asked for Greg to come back again. I was happy with what he'd down before and now that I had a repair? I wanted him to handle that also.
Today my blower motor needed to be replaced and it was done in less than two hours. He even called about the part that wasn't replaced by them initially to see what warranty was left on it! He went the extra mile so my $500 bill was only $200.
Shafer is a very easy company to work with and they are upfront when it comes to warranties and what is or isn't covered. I have their service plan right now and plan to upgrade when this one renews in May. :)

We had our outside water spicket crack at the seam because we were trying to remove our hose. The soft copper and us messing with it caused the crack. They sent Shawn to fix it and he was awesome! My mother has cognitive issues and likes to talk to people, so she talked his ear off and he never complained and never got snippy with her. He was a great sport and did a beautiful job!

Dear potential Goettl customers. I retract most of my former hateful review and bump this from a 1 star to a 3 star. I would have given them 5 stars except for 2 issuesThat goettl as a company should address. upon those being addressed i will add the last 2 stars to my review and give them the 5 stars they deserve
. Even though they couldnt fix it same day (which i expect when i spend 14k on an a/c.) It was an easy to fix issue, my gripe is they could have EASILY helped me troubleshoot it over the phone and our house would have been habitable yesterday and there would have been no need for hateful reviews. So goettl take notes... triage and troubleshoot when someone calls and save everyone the heartache tell them if its just a simple floatswitch issue 1 star off for no basic troubleshooting by phone. Also 1 star off for your stupid recorded hold message it is enough to make me puke. It says youre going to make it right do things the right way not the easy way and all that crappy msg effectively did was piss me off way worse. You need to discontinue that for sure. Its not funny its not reassuring , its condescending and trivilaizes your customers and their needs. It was probably the owners idea. Do not listen to him, its a bad idea and im not the only person it pisses off. Dont trivialize the customer. You would do much better with soothing hold music. Kens voice is awful for that kind of thing and i cant stress enough how much i hated listening to it. Switch to hold music and do triage and basic troubleshooting by phone amd i will add those last 2 stars. Alex was top notch, super understanding and walked me through everything he really diffused the tension and was super polite. He gets 5 stars

They were awesome!! They came the same day I called and fixed one of our units within an hour - it was Saturday! They had a team out first thing Monday to repair the second unit. All of this after the first company I called said we needed an entire new unit for $8500 which would have only fixed half our problem. Thank you for being honest and ethical! I will never call anyone else!!
