Best Gas Furnace Installation in San Antonio TX
We hired them to install some outdoor lighting. David and Robert did a fantastic job and were very professional. They also worked their schedule around ours as we had a restricted time schedule. They were terrific and we would definitely hire them again

Fantastic customer service. Honest and transparent, Noel explained the entire reason as to why our AC system wasn't functioning properly. We so appreciated the honesty and lack of pushy ness and fabrications. We'll be calling again... thank you..!

First time I used them. Asked price to install smart thermostat and got whole system check and install for $189. Not bad. On time. Very professional. Not pushy to sell you services.

What an amazing experience! We were looking for someone to replace 2 light fixtures and a chandelier. We also had problems with the electrical wiring so we need that to be fixed as well.
Xiaoyu responded in minutes, came out to check everything out and had everything scheduled to be fixed the same week. Service was amazing and he was super helpful to me. The pricing is great. Best experience I've had with an electrician!
10/10 recommend and will be reaching out in the future! Thank you!

Called them to replace an HVAC System as they quoted the best price. There were some miscalculations that complicated the job and created some issues, but, they returned as necessary to correct all problems.
Only complaint I have is that they neglected to tell me that there was a 3% credit card charge fee.

Had a plumbing sewer line backup that impacted the kitchen. Called Fox on Friday night. Got the callback on Saturday morning. Was told they had no availability until Tuesday! When I asked if they could provide any suggestions for other plumbers since this cannot wait 4 days, I was told they would not make suggestions. My suggestion is if you can't help, be helpful with referrals. I will NEVER use Fox for any services since they will only help if it benefits them with $$$.

Let me start by saying, we have had a number of BAD experiences with AC companies. We were really on guard when contacting, yet another, company to fix what had been broken by a number of others. Champion AC turned everything around.
The office was responsive and professional. She answered the questions she could and had a tech call us back when we asked things she could not answer. The tech, Gerald, was at the house within a couple hours of our first call. He was great! He quickly identified the problems we had and came up with a plan to get us cooled that day! The fan we needed was none standard and it took a bit of digging to find one that would work but he was great at keeping us in loop on his search and had the unit up and running that day; JUST AS HE PROMISED!
Gerald did not try to sell us a bunch of stuff we don't need but did let us know where we might see problems in the future so we could start planning.
I could not be more pleased with the service and competence Champion provides and will not call anyone else in the future.

Worst company- called for help wanted 159 trip charge for plumbing and 199 for one side of my house for special to clean lines and filter - I have two units so twice that - $400 for both - so much for special and 159 for plumbing + repairs so $559 before work- better watch these people!!!!!!!!

First off let me say that their technicians are super professional and courteous. Probably the best interaction with service techs you'll ever have. No issues there.
The problem is they use a pricing sheet for their services regardless of how hard or easy the work is. And it rarely works to the customer's advantage. I had a couple of outside outlets that were out and a outside light that was out. I suspected a breaker issue. It was a gfci breaker and I know those can cost a little more than a basic breaker, but they take a split second to install. So I expected 2-300 for that repair. I had a Salt technician come out look at the outlets for a second, plug a tester in that showed no power to the outlets and then quote me 550ish for the repair. Didn't check power at the breaker box or anything. So it wasn't really a diagnosis of what was really going on since they didn't trace back where in the circuit the power was still working. It would've take another couple of seconds to do that, but I wasn't done.
So it could've been a bad breaker, a bad outlet in the circuit, bad wiring, etc. But they just priced it as the most expensive possible fix and would've charged me that much regardless of how hard or easy the fix truly was.
Since I wasn't ready to drop that much without knowing what was really wrong, I went out and bought an outlet tester and a voltage tester and checked the outlet, which of course didn't have power. But the breaker that I thought was the culprit was hot. I pulled off the outlet and the wires were hot, so I knew it was either a bad outlet or a miswired outlet.
It ended up being an incorrectly wired outlet that was affecting the rest of the circuit, so that's why the other outlets weren't working. It ended up taking me about 30 minutes of diagnostic time and 10 minutes to fix. No cost in materials. Not exactly what I would call an over $500 job like they were planning on charging me...
Again, the techs are super friendly and the service is professional. But the flat rate charging they do is a complete rip off and they definitely lost a customer. Which is unfortunate for them because I used them previously for a hot tub job that got them over $1,000 in business, and had planned on using them for other things in the future.
If you have money to burn and care mainly about customer service and a good quality job, then they're great. But if your like me and you live paycheck to paycheck and care about service, but also care about not being overcharged, then find another service provider.

A friend of mine recommended the owner Steven Fikes to me so I went in and asked for him specifically for some work I have been looking into getting done. I was told by a colleague that he was out on a sick day so I thanked him and left.
Later that morning I'm notified by a family member that he had posted a video in a Facebook group in our community from his security footage of me walking back to my car in the parking lot, stating that someone sent their pregnant wife in regards to her husband doing illegal work and slandered me in the comments. As I am an 8 month pregnant wife, I have no idea what that was in regards to and believe he has me confused with someone/something else.
Either way, this is by far the most unprofessional thing I have ever encountered and I am still in disablief how something so insignificant got recorded and put on social media. If I could give zero stars I would. I'm confused and embarrassed to say the least.
If this is any indication of how this man conducts business, I would steer clear and far from this establishment.
