they were quick to respond, repaired the pipes in timely manner,  very reasonable in price....will definitely use them again and absolutely recommend  them for  all your plumbing needs!!!

I had a leak and blue line plumbing responded to my service query quickly and came out and repaired the issue the same day.

Arrived on time, professional, and did a good job replacing 12 angle stops beneath the sinks sinks in our house.  He uses premium parts that should last longer but just be prepared to pay a premium for those parts. For instance, angle stops at Home Depot cost $7-10 each while Brad B's are $35 each. You can provide your own parts, but you will not receive a warranty for the work performed.  Yes, I requested a copy of what he paid for the parts, but considering the price difference between these parts at Home Depot vs his charges, I don't think my request was unreasonable.

I have just had a plumbing repair done at my home by PlumbSmart. This was the first time I've used them, and I intend to be a repeat customer! I don't think I have ever experienced such amazing Customer Service. Everyone I dealt with at PlumbSmart was skilled, caring, and professional. I highly recommend them! Their glowing reviews on Yelp are legitimate and well-deserved.
I reached out to them about my plumbing problem, and within minutes, Roger called me and let me know that a technician would be scheduled.  Joe was right on time. He was very knowledgeable -- diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. I didn't feel pressured to have additional diagnostics or additional work done. Joe was sympathetic and caring. And even though the problem was simple for Joe to fix, I was truly amazed that the cost was so low.

I called BG Plumbing because I can hear water drops sometimes  from my bathroom, especially at night time. Tsanko answered the phone right away, and arrived in 30 mins as he promised.  

He checked the bathroom, nothing is wrong there. And there's no water drops sound too. Tsanko explained the sound might not be from a leaking. But my water usage is way too much more than my neighbors of the same family size.  I was suspicious of what he said. Then, he showed me the water meter.   It's still.  I stared at it for a minute and it's  not moving at all. It should be moving if there was a leaking going somewhere. There is no sense the leaking stops from time to time. It should always be there.. OK, now he completely convinced me.  I should look somewhere else for my big water bill but definitely not leaking.  Tsanko left his business card and we said good bye to each other. No charge.

That's  my experience with Tsanko and his BG Plumbing. Tsanko is very honest, efficient, and willing to help. I will definitely call him again if there really  is a plumbing issue.  Thank you Tsanko!

They charged $250 to fix the toilets and one of them did not work.
Also, the appointment was in the morning and we were told that they didn't get the message.
We talked to a lady, they change our appointment.
Can't believe that they charge a lot ay the toilet doesn't work.
They were supposed to come over today and mentioned they had an emergency.
Well, the kitchen had an emergency...they should have extra men...
The appointment was done a week ago.The company chose the day , not us.

This company is awesome! We recently moved to San Antonio and we're lucky to find them. David is simply the best. His knowledge is fantastic but more than that is how he treats his customers is top notch. We couldn't be happier with their service and especially David. Would recommend to anyone

I woke up to both of my bathrooms flooded and Santana plumbing company squeezed me in and within an hour found and fixed the problem. Prices arent bad, he finished in a timely manner,  and he even gave me info to help in the future. I'm so glad that I called them and they're local. They were great.

I had a plumbing issue at my home.  After receiving a quote over the telephone Andrew was out to my place within 3 hrs.  It only took him 10 min. to resolve the issue.  He was very professional.  It's not everywhere you get same day service, especially on the weekend.

These guys are awesome! Came over with no issues to inspect my system and pointed out CO2 problem & were able to fix the system same day! Great service, great customer service, and great value! Noel & Jesse were professional, quick, and clean. Answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about the HVAC system and explained why there was a problem & what it took to fix it. Very professional and for a great price. Arrived at estimated time given. Tech gave explaination of the problem in a way that I could understand and fixed it in a timely manner. When I called to see about getting someone, the lady was very friendly and helpful and very understanding. You dont find that any where any more. I will recommend them to my family and friends. I made an appointment to have a leak repaired. On the day of the appointment I noticed the leak wasn't there anymore so I texted the gentleman I had been texting the entire time to set up the appointment to cancel. He instructed me that next time I should call instead of text because his technician was already at my residence (He wasn't) and that's how they keep costs down. Well he had already estimated the repair to be $175 without even knowing what was wrong. These people are money hungry. He sent me an invoice. I guess I will put it in the neighbors mailbox.

We had a leak on our shower dial that we had overlooked for a bit. It started leaking behind the wall and into the first floor kitchen. Not fun! Searched online and found many great reviews for this company. Of course, a little wary since we'd been burned before by online reviews, we hoped for the best. It paid off! David arrived promptly after we scheduled on the same day. I liked that he and his assistant used disposable shoe covers (just an extra courtesy that we appreciated). He diagnosed the problem and told us what needed to be fixed. He was very honest and explained everything that would be done. He returned after he ordered the necessary parts, again on time, quickly made the repairs and cleaned up dust. We were beyond impressed! Everything is working with no complaints. His card is stuck on our fridge now :-) many thanks for great customer service and a great job!

Gerald and his helper Tim just finished replacing my water heater and they were great! This is the second time they've been here already this year (different issues) and both times, they've been professional, extremely friendly, diligent and thorough! I also want to say thank you to Rafaela for guiding me through the estimate for services. I had received a quote from another company that seemed high so when I called Big City, Rafaela talked me through what the price would be through them and it ended up being almost half the other quote! Thank you to everyone at Big City Plumbing!!

Very poor service. Waited 3 days for appointment. On the day they were supposed to come they called four times...but never showed up. Wasted a day waiting for them. All this to snake a shower drain.

I have paid 36.95 a month for 4 yrs to have Jon Wayne come out twice a year to do maintenance and keep the system that we paid 10k for in condition. They changed the contract without telling us and now say it is once a year. Now my compressor is out and I called to get a service tech out. I had to leave a message and no one called me back. An hour later I called again. She, Christine said she would have someone out and call me back and tell me when they were coming. With no call back I called again. Josh now says no one can come out until tomorrow. I will be filing with better business bureau. Don't pay for the rescue servicemonthly fee!  Total rip off!

During the snow storm of 2021 a water pipe busted in my home. I called Roto-Rooter on a Monday and pleasantly found they were scheduling me for the next day.  Winter conditions continued and no show.  I called them at the end of the day and was told all scheduled appointments were moved to next day.  Next day no show, no call.  It's Friday and still no show, but what disturbs me most is no notice this whole time.  I only heard from them once and that's bc I called them.  Luckily my neighbor called A.L. Plumbing and after talking to their plumber he squeezed me in right there on the spot and fixed my problem.  A.L. Plumbing, 210-269-6346.  

I can't speak to R-Rs quality of service, but I can speak to their disregard for customer notification, time, and general courtesy.
