OMG...I'm so impressed with the service I received from this company. John & Will were amazing technicians. They were punctual, polite, & professional. They diligently worked on replacing my water heater....and refused to leave until they were sure everything was working properly. They even had the NERVE to clean up afterwards....now that's service at it's best! It's so refreshing to see young folks dedicated to their work & pleasing the customer. No doubt they're valuable members of a great team.

I had a leaking outside faucet and couldn't get another plumber out the day before. I was concerned about not only a high water bill but a possible frozen pipe. I called Brad and he came the same day. He was professional, answered all my questions and took care of a running toilet while he was at it. He was efficient, knowledgeable (asked him what my Michigan in laws were talking about a product that goes in the pipe to keep it from freezing) and fast. He was exactly what I needed the day I needed him. He needs a cape!

These guys are the plumbers I have used in over 42 years in my home. I had two este heaters installed in addition to a hot water recirculating pump to get instant hot water at the faucets. They are responsive, efficient and reasonably priced. They want you to be satisfied and will bend over backwards to do so. I very highly recommend this plumbing company. Adam, Gabriel, Cody, Roger, Ryan are all terrific people.

When you're looking for a plumber, you try and find someone that you think will be honest, fair, and then will do a good job. Tsanko is all of these things. I hired to replace my water heater with a tankless system. The tankless system was clearly the bigger and more expensive job, but Tsanko talked me out of that because it just wasn't necessary for the house and usage that we have. That's honesty. He replaced the water heater with another tank instead. It works great. He also pointed out some small things that he put in place to prevent problems in the future. That's a great job. I'm now looking for other jobs that he can do for me. I highly recommend him.

On 26 July 2022 we received outstanding, quality, and professional service from Andre's Pro Plumbing. They replaced two water heaters at our home. Joaquin , the owner of the company, was involved with the project from start to finish. Joaquin and his professional support team were very knowledgeable, very customer-oriented, very honest, and pleasant to work with. Joaquin made sure the job was done correctly, that the project was completed on time, and with no additional cost. Joaquins's crew did an excellent job of cleaning up at the completion of the project. We would highly recommend Andre's Pro Plumbing to anyone that wants high quality and very professional work.

We had them out recently to try and figure out why we had a puddle in our yard. He was quick to get back to us, and we loved that he was located in Manor. We also appreciated his knowledge and honesty when he correctly stated that it was a problem with the city's water line. We will for sure hire him again if we ever have another need for a plumber.

Called him, got the machine. Called me back in five minutes and apologized for missing the phone. Really?

Came over the same day, took one look at the horrible state the city had left my front yard (leak in the underground pipes) and the tiny little hole through the sidewalk he had to work with and told me there was almost no way he could even turn a wrench down there but...he'd try. In 100+ weather he worked with a tiny hole in the sidewalk and dropped a bucket of sweat in addition to the apparently 35,000 gallons of water (literally) I had lost from that leak in a month.

Dude is polite, hard working, personable and just exudes this sense of honor like he's some strange plumber samurai. And he got the job done.

Noel & Jesse were professional, quick, and clean. Answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about the HVAC system and explained why there was a problem & what it took to fix it. Guarantee Plumbing arrived an hour late to the appointment my wife scheduled days in advance.  The plumber did not apologize or acknowledge he was late.  I showed him the drain that was clogged, it was a simple clog and the only reason we hired a plumber was to save us a trip to home depot to buy a $26.91 pipe snake router (already ruined by Guarantee Plumbing being an hour late).  This appointment was originally supposed to be a Free Estimate.  After Guarantee's employee went to the laundry room to the clogged drain, he asked, Do you want the free estimate, or do you want me to just take care of it?  This is where I made my mistake, I said, I would like for you to just take care of it, knowing all the steps he had to take to unclog this drain.  Expectedly, he finished the job within 15 minutes using his pipe snake router attachment to his power drill.  I said Thank you for the help.  He then went off to take care of the invoice.  When he got back he gave me the invoice for $218.00.  This was simply ridiculous.  There was a $25 trip fee that didn't make much sense since it as a free estimation to begin with but, whatever, he did service the drain, that's fine.  Then, there was the $193 drain clog removal fee.  For 15 minutes of work and after being unapologetically late I paid Guarantee Plumbing $772 an hour.  I understand that it was my mistake to ask him to Go ahead and take care of it, but an honest company would see that their invoice was WAY off base, and in order to keep their clientele, change the invoice to something a little more reasonable.  In the end they did refund $50 making my payment $573.00 an hour, which is still outrageous.  I guarantee I will never use this company again, and I would not recommend them to anyone.   After all this they called me and accused me of not paying my bill, I read them my receipt and explained to them that this was a clerical error on their part.  This has been a nightmare.

I'm not gonna lie, I've been eyeballing disposals since I moved into my new house. My old life did not involve a screen over my drain and produce matter in varying stages of decomposition in a compost bucket on our kitchen counter.

I didn't want one of those anemic one-third horsepower disposals. I wanted the sort of disposal that could safely dispose of such a disposal. I wanted something that takes rice and coffee grinds or an InSinkErator 1/3 HP Disposal and eats it for lunch. So I waited and eventually Costco had an American Standard on sale - running a whopping 1.25 horsepower for $69.99. Good luck installing it [cackle], the cashier said to me on the way out, as he laughed in an evil fore-shadowy manner. So rather then mess up my plumbing and causing a leak under my sink like last time I decided to hire a pro.

It's a garbage disposal Michael, how much can it cost to install, ten dollars?

Turns out its not that cheap. $250 from my plumber, the guy who has done work on my house before. I told him I would get a few quotes and call back, which was a lie.

Mr. Rooter thought my sink was made of gold or something, because they quoted me $240 - $340. Beyer plumbing: unable to provide a quote without a phone number, yuck. BG: $175. My plumber texts, he's down to $175 b/c he realizes I'm a repeat customer.

Meanwhile Pete from Elite responded quickly to the online quote request, was at $125 flat rate, and was able to schedule someone to be here in an hour or so even though my request was not a time sensitive one. It was a no brainer.

I had a second plumbing issue - a contractor had routed my dishwasher drain cord through a cabinet. Elite helped me fix that on-site as well at additional charge. Overall great service and I'm super happy with the disposal installation.

Outstanding!  I called at 5:30pm yesterday and was able to schedule a plumber for today anytime between 8-12am.  I got a call about 8:05 saying they were on their way...awesome!  Chris and his assistant were very professional (courteous, polite, punctual, attentive, etc.).  He diagnosed the problem (leak at water meter in front yard), offered options (with no aggressive up-sell), and completed the work quickly and thoroughly.  He also did a quick walk-thru inspection of my house and made a couple recommendations for minor things I can do, plus he identified that my water heater is leaking.  He again offered options with no aggressive up-sell and didn't push it when I declined (for now).  I will definitely be using A&A as my plumber from now on!

Excellent, Excellent service. I had a major leak in my house and caused severe water damage so bad that my ceiling caved in to my downstairs and flooded my kitchen. I called AAA Auger and Tony answered my call and was very kind, professional, and very cheery for a late night call 10pm. He came out assessed the situation and was able to help us with our problem in a matter of minutes all for no charge which was awesome. He also was able to recommend a company to help me get started cleaning up the water damage. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing issues.

I'd give zero stars if I could.  Have been maintaining my system for its entire life.  It's five years old and stopped working after the replaced a part...preventively.  2nd unit stopped working working within a month...replaced the same part...didn't work for more then a day.  I feel scammed...it is now Christmas Eve before a big storm and no heat.  Use this company at your own peril!

During the snow storm of 2021 a water pipe busted in my home. I called Roto-Rooter on a Monday and pleasantly found they were scheduling me for the next day.  Winter conditions continued and no show.  I called them at the end of the day and was told all scheduled appointments were moved to next day.  Next day no show, no call.  It's Friday and still no show, but what disturbs me most is no notice this whole time.  I only heard from them once and that's bc I called them.  Luckily my neighbor called A.L. Plumbing and after talking to their plumber he squeezed me in right there on the spot and fixed my problem.  A.L. Plumbing, 210-269-6346.  

I can't speak to R-Rs quality of service, but I can speak to their disregard for customer notification, time, and general courtesy.
