The day after we closed on our house, we had water shooting out of a pipe in our front yard! Not a good welcome to the neighborhood. Anchor Plumbing was able to quickly get us on their schedule and fix the issue. They were extremely polite and professional on the phone and when doing the repairs. Will most definitely call them for any future needs!!

Henry is amazing! He responded within an hour to my request for a garbage disposal installation, quoted a fair price and set an appointment with me the next day. He communicated updates on timing via text and arrived on the earlier side of the service time window (much appreciated). Payment and checkout was easy as well. Really thankful to this company for detecting a concealed water leak. Over the past week, we had SAWS calling saying they believe we have a water leak due to spike in usage based on pattern. Also we installed the Flume, a flow meter, which indicated we had a leak of 2 gallons per minute!!

He came out, identified the leak, and repaired it.  For all the work he did, they were very reasonably priced. We found them through high recommendations through the Next Door app.

I'm so happy to have found Brad and absolutely recommend him.  I needed to get a few things in our kitchen replaced and he took care of everything easily and quickly.  He even recommended a cheaper route to go when it came to selecting parts.  He will be my go-to-guy when it comes to anything related to plumbing.  I couldn't be more satisfied.

These guys are the plumbers I have used in over 42 years in my home. I had two este heaters installed in addition to a hot water recirculating pump to get instant hot water at the faucets. They are responsive, efficient and reasonably priced. They want you to be satisfied and will bend over backwards to do so. I very highly recommend this plumbing company. Adam, Gabriel, Cody, Roger, Ryan are all terrific people.

I will add my high marks for BG Plumbing. Nothing like a 50 gallon hot water heater leaking all over the garage to make you feel helpless and appreciative when it is taken care of. Tsanko showed up exactly on time, had a replacement heater ready to go and made fast work of everything. He is a very personable, knowledgeable and honest. When I asked about going with a tankless water heater, he suggested that in my situation a conventional one made more sense and cost much less. He also talked me through the pros/cons of different brands of water heaters.  Another cool thing is that is a one-man show, so you know that you will get personalized service. Also, pretty neat that he named his company after the initials of his children.

Great pricing compared to most of the local competition. Just needed a replacement hose. Other companies wanted up to $400 dollars! Flexible and professional. I would do definitely recommend them and will use them again. Great service with fast response.

Our Alamo Water System has been in for about one year (RO & Whole House). We had Caleb out today for our first RO filter change and a main softener check.  He is super knowledgeable about the systems. I mentioned offhand that I had a few hard water marks appear on some black pants, and he knew the adjustment to fix that for us right away.  He also spent time with the hubs explaining the recharge cycle to us again too.

Shout out to Caleb! He's super friendly and knows literally everything about how the Alamo Softeners work. We really appreciated his excellent customer service during our appointment today.

We have had good experiences with Alamo, from installing and servicing our water softeners and filters. If you are on the fence about getting one, it's a top improvement for our house. In Lakeway/Austin we have really high chlorine levels in the muni water and high ammonia from time to time too. Our family loves the clean drinking and cooking water from the reverse osmosis filter faucet and the lack of hard water stains in the sinks and fixtures. (Also, no more chlorine smell)

Jaime Santana did an excellent job with broken water pipes repair at St. Mary Magdalene Episcopal Church in Manor, where I am the pastor. After the winter storm of February 2021, the water pipes of all of our buildings were damaged. Mr. Santana assessed the situation, explained what was required, and finished the repairs in a timely manner. He also ensured that all faucets/toilets/water outlets were properly working, and did the appropriate repairs when needed. I highly recommend Santana Plumbing Company LLC.

What can I say, I was totally satisfied with EZ Flow/Emilio from the start over the phone personality alone. He was able to reach me from within an hour of calling him for service -- I needed a new hot water flex pipe to replace an old, cracked-at-the-ridges flex pipe that connects to a week old water heater. He came with a great friendly attitude and was even very talkative and informative. answering my questions = a plus! He did the work, had no issues. It took maybe an hour to complete and he was thankful for us choosing his service. The replacement cost just over $200. Overall, I was completely satisfied with his services and I highly recommend EZ Flow! He has a good personality, just very kind and jovial and WANTS to help which are all very important qualities to me as a customer. Don't bother looking for any other plumber. Blue Dragon Plumbing is awesome! Gilbert replaced two toilets, hauled away the old ones, and because I'm paranoid, replaced all the old supply lines and shut-off valves in my house. I was thinking it would take all day... nope! He finished in under four hours and was courteous and professional. As he noticed things, he pointed out helpful tips and explained what he was going to do so I could know what he was working on. I'm sure other plumbers would have taken their time and charged for a couple of extra hours. Gilbert is fast, his prices are very good given his level of expertise, and the quality of his work is top-notch!

Fantastic customer service. Honest and transparent, Noel explained the entire reason as to why our AC system wasn't functioning properly.  We so appreciated the honesty and lack of pushy ness and fabrications. We'll be calling again... thank you..!

By far the best service I have ever received! AC went out on a long holiday weekend. A tech was dispatched and was able to get the unit running even though it was in need of replacement. Replacement quote was very competitive and complete and upgraded system was ordered and installed without haste. Techs were very courteous, professional and clean. Follow up calls made by Guarantee Plumbing & AC to check on the service received and to ensure our satisfaction. Service was so great that I signed up for their Plumbing and HVAC maintenance plan!!
You are making a mistake if you do not call them for all of your needs. Highly recommend all of their services.

Avoid at all costs.  If you are a fan of communication of any sort, or the ability get in contact with your technician, this company is not for you.

Pete, maybe you have me confused with someone else?  I did not have October.  Also, I wish you would respond to people calling you as fast as you would to a yelp review.  You seem like nice guys but you need to look at the at the reviews here and see the patterns.

Very professional and informative!! I felt like Ryan had my best interest  in mind and I appreciate that very much!!

Charlie came out and did a very good job, working in the attic during 90+ degree temps.  He noted that there was trap missing on the pipes, which I would never had known, and he returned to install that on the next business day.  Very happy.  I compared prices, and they were much more competitive compared to other companies.  One company gave me 3 different prices for the same job.  I also got a 10% discount for installing a water heater and water softener.  Great service!  Definitely recommend.

Picazo  just left after tightening a connection to stop a leak under our sink.  Since it was done quickly and expertly, expenses were minimized.  He clearly described what would be necessary if further problems developed so we could plan and make provisions ahead of time.  We have received prompt, expert service from AAA Auger several times since we had an emergency one evening when our hot water heater filled our basement with water.

My A/C went out SEVERAL YEARS AGO and I called John Wayne (JW)...had seen his ads on TV. JW tech examined my system and told me it was going to cost $800 to $1200 for a repair depending upon the options I chose, but my best option because my system was seven years old was to buy a new system at a cost from $14,000 to $20,000.  I had JW show me where my system was failing...it was inside my garage air system closet.

Got a second opinion from another service but said nothing to them about JW's diagnosis.  The second service said it was a capacitor failure...located outside my home!  Cost $150 to replace. I was concerned I was just putting a bandaid on a failing system so I showed the second service where JW had said my system was failing.  The tech took out a meter and showed me that part of the system was working perfectly.  

I wrote a scathing review about JW on another site.  JW sent me an email offering me $50 if I would change my review to a positive one. No offer to refund me the $90 JW charged for the diagnosis.  I turned JW down because I think everyone needs to know that some of the techs JW sends out will lie, over charge you and try to get you to buy an overpriced system.  JW techs must get a commission on selling new units. In 2017, I bought a new 2 stage air system from the second service for a total of $7,500...half the cost of what JW wanted to sell me several years ago.  

If you must replace your air system go with a 2 stage air system...slightly more expensive but my electrical bills have gone down, and there are no blasts of air or noise coming from the air ducks...it's nearly silent when it's on.  I couldn't be happier and tell everyone to stay away from JW.  Be sure to have your air system serviced twice a year to avoid its early demise.  A loose arcing wire can ruin your system.

During the snow storm of 2021 a water pipe busted in my home. I called Roto-Rooter on a Monday and pleasantly found they were scheduling me for the next day.  Winter conditions continued and no show.  I called them at the end of the day and was told all scheduled appointments were moved to next day.  Next day no show, no call.  It's Friday and still no show, but what disturbs me most is no notice this whole time.  I only heard from them once and that's bc I called them.  Luckily my neighbor called A.L. Plumbing and after talking to their plumber he squeezed me in right there on the spot and fixed my problem.  A.L. Plumbing, 210-269-6346.  

I can't speak to R-Rs quality of service, but I can speak to their disregard for customer notification, time, and general courtesy.
