We specifically asked for a Septic Company to pump out our septic tank and after making a phone appointment I get another message that says they don't do that type of service.

Emilio was the best!!  We had an urgent issue with our toilet and EZ sent Emilio over to assess.  He was super professional and honest.  In and out with everything working perfect in an hour!!  We will definitely keep his information handy!!

It's sometimes hard to find a reliable plumber. Most plumbers in my area seem to not return my call or make it hard to schedule.

Mr Rooter always answers and has someone to send out. Had two gentlemen come help me remove and water heater and bathtub and they made quick work of the task, were very polite and informed and answered all of my questions about moving forward and what to do next with my bathroom remodel. Price was very reasonable.

Moving forward with any plumbing issues, will be using Mr Rooter.

Today I had Homer and TY from Big City Plumbing come to my home. Both were extremely polite and professional. Having  the same trouble arise several times after other plumbing companies had come I decided to give Big City a try. I couldn't be more impressed Homer was thorough and was determined to find the issue versus finding a quick fix. Homer and Ty took great care in my home making sure to wear booties on themselves and there equipment even though I told them it wasn't necessary but they insisted. I was also very surprised how reasonable the price was compared to the other prior companies had been. If you ever need a good honest company I recommend Big City. We have used this company 3 times in the past 12 months.  There is no extra charge for weekends or after-hours calls, and estimates are free.  Our workmen have always been respectful and knowledgeable, and have solved our problems quickly.  The estimate is the actual price you pay, and many times they add an unexpected discount.  (Last time we got a certain amount off for being patient in awaiting our plumber.)  We will call this company any time that we have plumbing needs!

First of all, I want to thank David for not treating me like some moron by telling me after explaining the issue that the water softener is the problem. I already confirmed that, cleared out my heaters, and performed several basic troubleshooting steps to identify to issue myself. I am usually wary about calling a plumber as they are rarely an inexpensive choice. But I was at a loss at what was causing my water pressure problems and David was very professional in listening to what I had done and what I believed was wrong. Ultimately he quoted a price at the beginning and zeroed in on the problem with a confident idea that this was it. My water flow is now outstanding and I would even say better than when the house was originally built 5 years ago. Mr. Jacob Rojas is Very professional, explains in detail what exactly you will get, shows you every area where each sprinkler head will go, very thorough. got an estimate On a Thursday got it installed that following Tuesday. Great price and awesome system. We called on George Plumbing to solve a mysterious water leak in our primary bathroom.  They sent 30 year expert Shawn V. Jackson.  Shawn diagnosed the problem and his fix not only solved it, but did so in a way that avoided the possibility of expensive demolition.  A lot of time and money was saved due to his experience and expertise.  It was great to watch a real Pro in action, and in addition he's a really good guy.  If you're reading this looking for a reputable plumbing company, you've found it.

Wow! What an amazing experience. No one ever wants to have to call a plumber, but I have zero complaints about this experience. I am remodeling a shower and am on a tight schedule. Unfortunately, it is during the holidays.  In order for my next contracter to come in, I had to get my shower drain sorted. We ran into a snag when we couldn't remove the old drain from the concrete slab. I put in a request for a quote to 10 plumbers at 8pm. Braulio responded within 10 minutes. He was able to come out and fix the situation quickly and at a VERY fair price. Super nice guy and very professional. I cannot recommend him enough. He will be getting my business in the future. Ten stars!

Recently my Pressure Reducing Valve was damaged causing my pipes to make a loud humming noise any time I turned on a faucet. Abel was quick to respond to my Yelp message and was able to schedule an appointment sooner than any other plumbing service I contacted. He was very efficient, easy to communicate with, and affordable. He even gave us tips for future plumbing issues! I would definitely recommend Abel for plumbing needs.

After trying several plumbers in town, Reeh in Fredericksburg were the only ones who could immediately respond to my plumbing emergency. The technicians arrived and immediately explained the cost schedule so that I was fully aware of all the possibilities that could be facing me. There was an added degree of difficulty with this 111-year old rock house with its antiquated plumbing that required multiple approaches and additional time to address. When the blockage was finally cleared, I noted another problem and asked them to correct it. I was shown the cost schedule so that I could decide if I wanted to pursue it. This is the antithesis of the hard-sell approach, and I was thankful to John B and his assistant for their professionalism and and patience with my questions.

Very efficient but super expensive. He did save us money by giving us a one minute review on how to put filters in.

Total ripoff and scam. They were one of 3-4 AC companies we had come out to give us opinions on our AC. I knew I had to replace a unit but the lowest option they had started at $16,000. Not only that, they sell their units as packages that they name but don't disclose the brand you are getting. They knew we were getting multiple opinions and refused to leave anything in writing. We were only able to look at the proposal and they took it with them and would not leave it upon our request. They said they didn't want someone undercutting them. Seriously? They were the HIGHEST priced of all companies who came out.

We ended up going with Climate Control who sold us a TRANE model of greater efficiency than the unit we were replacing for $4,500. It works great and our bills are lower. We got what we NEEDED.

They quoted my plumbing to be $3000 for 40ft of pipe work to be done and they only did 5 feet of pipe and my wife didn't check because we have a baby and I was at work so they made her sign without telling her they changed the plan, and still charged us $3000. Watch out for these scammers
They charged me for 35 ft and only did 5ft of pipe, I did not get my money back.
