Best Air Duct Installation in San Antonio TX
Fantastic customer service. Honest and transparent, Noel explained the entire reason as to why our AC system wasn't functioning properly. We so appreciated the honesty and lack of pushy ness and fabrications. We'll be calling again... thank you..!

George came by to fix my bathroom fan. He took the parts from multiple fan units and created my own custom fan for my bathroom in about 30 minutes. The suction on the fan is great and there is a huge difference in the quality of the air after a shower as the mirror is less foggy and it seems like the airflow is circulating exceptionally. George is a class act and his work is impeccable. I will definitely recommend him and his crew to anyone.

I called Guarantee late on a Friday to help diagnose a low water pressure issue. They had someone out first thing Monday morning.
When they knocked on the door, the technicians were wearing masks and made sure it was ok for them to enter. While one checked the pressure outside, another allowed me to show them what was happening inside.
The technician told me the pressure was low and there were a few things it could be. He walked me over to the water line boxes near the curb and showed me the water pressure regulator valve. He explained that it could be that it just needed to be adjusted. He talked me through everything he was doing while he did it. Meanwhile, as he made adjustments, the other tech was taking reading at the hose bib.
After he righted the pressure to 70 PSI, he said he wouldn't charge me the full amount and only charged $45!
They were gone and my problem was fixed in 20 minutes! I felt like they were very transparent about what needed to be done.

Ricardo came out to look at our air condition to give us a diagnostic assessment. He was professional courteous and gave us the information we needed to know how to address our problem. He wore a mask which is very important with the current Covid 19 situation and explained everything he was doing with the diagnostic check on the unit which I greatly appreciated. I would definitely call this company again to address an issue.

I was quoted by Jon Wayne $3,300 to replace our evaporator coils. Shocked by the price, I asked the service technician to give us an itemized quote (parts and labor separated out). He said that he couldn't do this as this was against company policy. I then called the office and customer service assured me they would get our tech to send us an itemized quote. The technician called back telling us the same thing. I then called to speak with a manager and was told they wouldn't give us a quote showing parts and labor as this was not how they did things at Jon Wayne.
Per the a recommendation from a friend, I called Air Texas. They came out and gave me a second opinion free of charge and only charged us $1,500 to replace the coils.
Please be very careful when doing business with Jon Wayne. Do your research and know how much these repairs should cost. I suggest they present quotes with parts and labor itemized to serve as transparency for the customer.

I called them out to get an estimate to repair or replace my hvac unit and it was very sales pitchy, I repeatedly asked for a written quote on what this would cost and they just gave verbal numbers while wanting a commitment from me to use them. I said, for such a high dollar repair it is wise to get a second opinion and they still would not give a written estimate for parts and labor. The tech (Billy) was very polite and was always trying to build a connection with me and my family and this too came across as very sales oriented. The tech called his boss and on speaker phone they had a conversation that seemed like a dog and pony show for me. The boss asked if my wife was present and as we all know that is the first thing a sales associate does to make sure they can get a commitment and it keeps you from saying, I will have to talk to my wife. After they left I looked over my hvac system and screws had been left out of the door panels and silver tape scraps were left on top of the unit. To date I have not gotten a call back or a quote. (Goettle, please do not call me back)

I called to schedule an appointment because my AC went out over the weekend. My house was 90° inside and so miserably hot I couldn't sleep upstairs. They told me they would arrive between 3 and 5 PM. I took off work to be here to wait for them, and then they called me at 3:15 and say that they are overbooked with other people's emergencies, and won't be able to make it today. He wanted to squeeze me into the same timeslot for tomorrow, but I couldn't miss work again and he wasn't even sure that they would be able to get to me tomorrow. The guy acted like he was doing me a favor by offering to come out at all in the next couple of days. I asked why I wasn't contacted sooner, or told they didn't have time, and he just kept reiterating that they were busy with other jobs. Why was I scheduled then? I told him it sounded like he was too busy to get out to my house and called someone else.

I called and scheduled a pest control visit.
On the day of my appointment, no one showed up. I called ABC and the attendant was clearly confused. Not sure why. She asked for my phone number, which they already had, and told me someone would call me back.
No one called. I guess they don't need new business.

Here we go again.
They installed our air conditioner, ducts, and thermostat.
2 years later, thermostat broken. They replaced it with one NOT AS GOOD AND CHARGED TWICE AS MUCH.
I am tired of the lack of service and lies from these people.

We had a water leak in our front yard and could not be home when they came out. In desperation we had to get someone out quickly. Long story short it took them less than an hour to do the repair. We were charged over $735 dollars. The invoice did not break down the costs. When we asked for clarification, we were told by the manager that this is the standard cost and I quote, We have overhead. We never got a breakdown of the charges. Feel totally taken advantage of and very regretful that we didn't have more time to find someone else to help us. Neighbors, please do not use this company.

Our AC was old and needed replaced. Tyler and Brandon came out on time and got to work right away. They remove the old unit and brought a portable unit with them to keep my kids and I comfortable while they installed the new unit. They were both efficient and friendly. I would highly recommend 1st Home and Commercial Services to anyone looking for trustworthy people to work in your home.

I had a great experience with Fox Service Company yesterday. My 20 year old double wall oven has been going in and out for about a year. I had someone come about a year ago to service it and he said he couldn't repair it. They no longer make 23-3/4 wall ovens so I couldn't replace it unless I tore up part of my kitchen. My son-in-law told me about Olin Torres with Fox who repaired a ceiling fan for them and asked him if he would look at my ovens because they were very impressed with him. Olin came over later in the day and looked up the electrical requirements for my old ovens. He showed me the very corroded breaker (50 years old). He replaced the breaker and tested the oven with both turned to 500 degrees at the same time for about 15 minutes and the breaker never tripped. They now work beautifully and I'm so thrilled to have my ovens operating again. Thank you Olin Torres.
