These guys are awesome! Came over with no issues to inspect my system and pointed out CO2 problem & were able to fix the system same day! Great service, great customer service, and great value! Noel & Jesse were professional, quick, and clean. Answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about the HVAC system and explained why there was a problem & what it took to fix it. Very transparent about what they were suggesting and why. Recommend services!

I went on yelp to look for assistance with my tub spout issues... it's stop working.   That's the diverter that changes the water from the tub to shower.
I looked at several people and companies but chose GUARANTEE PLUMBING & A/C they came and assessed the situation for $39 which they will apply to the overall cost ... (if you continue to use them).

They came in assessed what items they needed .. left to get the materials, returned promptly and replaced it and was out in less than 15 minutes. (yay)
Problem diagnosed, solved and fixed.

The technicians were friendly and courteous.
They were mindful of the CDC requirements.
In addition, I had a toilet seat that needed tightening and they tighten it for me.
I just want to give them a YELP and say you can use them I think that they will do you right with your plumbing and air-conditioning needs.

In keeping with being transparent at first I was a little bit skeptical because I had read a couple of reviews that were negative about this company however,  I forged ahead and received positive results. I am sure you will as well. :)

Adding this comment to change my review. The very next day of the original review, the owner called me and apologized for the poor experience. Indicated that the plumber was new, and that this company takes customer service very seriously. In remedying the incident, i was credited $100.

I appreciate the gesture of following up and making sure that customers are treated decently, and it shows that this company is and wants to do the right thing.

We've used ABC before and, generally, have been satisfied.  Had bookshelves installed and painted.  The install went well, the painting not so much.  Difficulty scheduling, the painter showed up with no paper for the floor, so he had to leave the site to go get some.  Sprayed a bit, used more than he thought he would or should and recommended going from lacquer to oil, which he did.  Didn't do any prep beyond what we'd done (he painted over some picture hangers we'd not thought or been asked to remove), didn't tape the windows so now we have to clean them from the blow back.  Touch up at minimal effort.  Maybe it's a bad one off.  As we're generally happy with them, will think (but long and hard) about using them again.

The service was good and the guy was polite however the prices were not reasonable, unstopping our sink drain for $298. That's fairly decent... but $598. To replace two brass thread on laundry room valves is not reasonable. I am all for a company making money, but come on $598. For two stop valves and labor... let's say the valves are $100 (which they are not), that leaves $498 for labor and supplies... they are thread on valves... not reasonable... #disappointed #expenciveplumber

Ralph came look at a malfunctioning water softener.  He was one of the most helpful and pleasant technicians I have had the pleasure to meet.  I would recommend Geottl to anyone based on Ralph's performance alone.

Absolute garbage, paid over $7,000.00 for a small 2 1/2 Lenox system. They not only threw away a brand new Honeywell smart Alexa thermostat $140 out the door thanks for that but the system they replaced had a 4 inch thick hepa filter with a garbage 1 in filter that is so small even home depot doesn't sell that oddball size. They took clear advantage of an 84 year old woman.

We had a water leak in our front yard and could not be home when they came out. In desperation we had to get someone out quickly. Long story short it took them less than an hour to do the repair. We were charged over $735 dollars. The invoice did not break down the costs. When we asked for clarification, we were told by the manager that this is the standard cost and I quote, We have overhead. We never got a breakdown of the charges. Feel totally taken advantage of and very regretful that we didn't have more time to find someone else to help us. Neighbors, please do not use this company.

45 minutes late for the estimate appointment and one phone call and WEEKS later, still haven't received my quote.
