Very professional and for a great price. Arrived at estimated time given. Tech gave explaination of the problem in a way that I could understand and fixed it in a timely manner. When I called to see about getting someone, the lady was very friendly and helpful and very understanding. You dont find that any where any more. I will recommend them to my family and friends. it was one of those Yelp moments when you know why the plumbing co. you picked to fix/replace a kitchen faucet consistently gets 5 stars for their work. Professionalism. 1ST Call Plumbing did not disappoint. Chris Muha & Tate his assistant showed up to help. 1st off they fixed the problem of the faucet just by checking the release mechanism, but what was really impressive was my wife had seen a modern design she liked. Whala!! 1st Call Plumbing had one in stock. Chris & Tate had finished up in no time, now for some dirty work. heh, Thank you 1st Call Plumbing.

I use ABC for everything home related. They are professional, on time, always friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend.

I have paid 36.95 a month for 4 yrs to have Jon Wayne come out twice a year to do maintenance and keep the system that we paid 10k for in condition. They changed the contract without telling us and now say it is once a year. Now my compressor is out and I called to get a service tech out. I had to leave a message and no one called me back. An hour later I called again. She, Christine said she would have someone out and call me back and tell me when they were coming. With no call back I called again. Josh now says no one can come out until tomorrow. I will be filing with better business bureau. Don't pay for the rescue servicemonthly fee!  Total rip off!

Dear potential Goettl customers. I retract most of my former hateful review and bump this from a 1 star to a 3 star. I would have given them 5 stars except for 2 issuesThat goettl as a company should address. upon those being addressed i will add the last 2 stars to my review and give them the 5 stars they deserve
. Even though they couldnt fix it same day (which i expect when i spend 14k on an a/c.) It was an easy to fix issue, my gripe is they could have EASILY  helped me troubleshoot it over the phone and our house would have been habitable yesterday and there would have been no need for hateful reviews. So goettl take notes... triage and troubleshoot when someone calls and save everyone the heartache tell them if its just a simple floatswitch issue 1 star off for no basic troubleshooting by phone.  Also 1 star off  for your stupid recorded hold message it is enough to make me puke. It says youre going to make it right do things the right way not the easy way and all that crappy msg effectively did was piss me off way worse.  You need to discontinue that for sure. Its not funny its not reassuring , its condescending and trivilaizes your customers and their needs. It was probably the owners idea. Do not listen to him, its a bad idea and im not the only person it pisses off. Dont trivialize the customer. You would do much better with soothing hold music. Kens voice is awful for that kind of thing and i cant stress enough how much i hated listening to it. Switch to hold music and do triage and basic  troubleshooting  by phone amd i will add those last 2 stars. Alex was top notch, super understanding and walked me through everything he really diffused the tension and was super polite. He gets 5 stars

I do not recommend Beyer Boys for repair services. We had a problem with our water heater. The technician Jerry said we needed a new part and he would return between 9am-10am the next morning. He called at noon the next day and said he's running late. The next call was 5:30 pm and he stated he couldn't get the part because the store is closed. He took the part so we couldn't get someone else to repair. They tried to push the repair till Monday. We refused and demanded it to be done Saturday. Horrible communication and customer service!!! Clearly do not care about the customer.

I called to get my water softener repaired for a 50.00 diagnostic fee.  It was a sham, no attempt to diagnose or repair.  It was a sales pitch to buy their water softeners and I paid 50 buck to hear it.

Priceless is the term I use to describe the feeling I get from 1st AC and Heat. I used to believe it a myth to be able to receive service of this type! Great team and great service are the foundation from this company and they just built up from there.  I will go no place else and neither will my friends and family who receive exceptional service time and time again.  Thank you 1st Ac and Heat, and Plumbing too ;)   !!!!!!!!!!
