Scheduled a visit for an estimate to run a water line to a refrigerator and install a drain pipe from my HVAC to the exterior corner of the house and a couple other things. The gentleman who visited was very polite and helpful. Everything after that is absurd. A WEEK later I finally get the estimate where not only did they not list the parts/labor for the estimate, and break them down per task which I specifically asked them to do. They also didn't even include the two other things I asked them for quotes on. But the best part was their unbelievable estimate of $1255 to take $75 of parts and at best two hours of labor.

i bought a coupon on angie's list and then called about a leaky faucet. Though they were swamped, the jammed me in the next morning after i expressed my concern regarding continued water flow. The plumber was prompt and friendly and kept me informed about what he was doing. He could the job done efficiently. I would recommend them based on this experience and would use them again - even with out a sale price.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Needed a tech to respond immediately for a huge active leak in my home. Tech showed up within 20 minutes and diagnosed and stopped the leak. They charged me very reasonable prices as well. Reputable company for your plumbing needs.

Called Crafton out to have a garbage disposal replaced, they arrived promptly and had it installed in no time. They even fixed a faucet valve for a bathtub for $75 that I hadn't fixed because I had been quoted over $1,000 to fix by another company. Nice professional guys that I wouldn't hesitate to call again. I don't usually do reviews but reviews helped me find this company and the reviews were right.

Ed came on a Friday to address a sewer backup in the basement. Told us he would be back on Monday. I called after hours on Friday night to report the backup was now urgent, as we had raw sewage in the basement. A different plumber told us he would personally make sure Ed would be back on Monday. Called Judy, the receptionist, on Monday to make sure we would be seen. Was told they would try to squeeze us in. This was the first sign of a problem. No call, no plumber on Monday. We had been witout a shower/toilet since Friday now. Tuesday, I once again spoke to Judy to check the status of our issue. Was told Ed and Steve would talk it over and she would call me back. She then told me they would be at the house in the afternoon (Tue). I said, like, what, noon or one? She said yes. I took off work to be home at noon. When nobody was there by 1, I again called to check on the status. She said she paged the plumbers and they didn't respond and she would call me back. When I didn't hear back from her by 1:30, I called her to cancel the work order; I had found another plumber. Working with this company was a nightmare. I would not recommend their services to anyone.

Last week Anton's came to our property in Soulard where they installed a furnace and AC.  This was a process that had been started last summer.  On a recommendation I called Anton's to come over for one last bid before we made our decision.  I'm so glad we did!
The salesman that came for the bid was friendly professional and offered advice that wasn't pushy.  One thing that I appreciated right away was Anton's sales.  He had seen the service sticker from another company, which he so happened to had worked for in the past. Explained the differences about the two companies (which made Anton's stand out more) and never once said anything bad about the competitor.  As a sales woman myself I admire and respect when people choose the high ground when it is way easier to bad mouth the competition.
Unlike the other bids I received, Anton's was the quickest to come back and the most detailed.  I was given pricing for different models and also what the rebates from Ameren were.  
Installation day came, and it went smoothly.  The team showed up on time and was courteous and professional.  They took great effort to ensure that my house was just as they found it.  From the crane to the clean-up it was more than I could hope for.  I am looking forward to continuing business with them in the future.  
Oh and the price- they were about 3k and some change under the company we were originally going to go with!

A few years ago, our sump pump stopped working during a torrential rainstorm.  Swift Plumbing came out, as they were the plumbers our home warranty company notified.  The plumber did a great job and was very professional.  A few years later, the sump pump had a problem, and Swift came out, installed a new pump, also very professionally.  Swift had stopped using the first pump as it had been experiencing problems, and gave me a fair discount on the second service call because of that.  Swift if the first plumber I will call the next time I need plumbing help.

Robbie came out to check why my hot water heater wasn't keeping hot water properly.  He found a bad element and advised that both elements should be replaced at the same time especially since it was probably still under warranty.  Instructed me on contacting the manufacturer to get replacements. I received my replacement parts and Robbie came back out to install the elements.  During both visits Robbie was very courteous and answered all my questions. Thanks AAA and Robbie

I had called dns to give me a bid on a stack replacement for my mother, Dan was very professional, on time and stuck to his price unlike some companies trying to add charges at the last minute. Highly recommend.

Our old dishwasher finally fumbled its way through  its last load and we were excited about the new one we purchased from the big box store. Everything was going so well... found a great deal, was able to get delivery on that weekend, and even had the first appointment of the day! And then they tried to install it. Seems this MCM home had pipes placed for a simpler time, when dishwashers were smaller, and took up less space. So there it sat, a bright, shiny new dishwasher, while 2 copper pipes blocked its way, mockingly. Enter Christian... this guy is amazing! Not only did he get back to me ASAP, before his son's birthday party, no less, but he explained what it might entail and scheduled himself to come out early the next day. When he arrived, right on time, he assessed the situation, talked me through what he was going to do, and knocked it out with ease. AND THEN HE WENT AHEAD AND INSTALLED THE DISHWASHER! Super nice guy and a total pro. If anything comes up at our house, I'm calling Christian first (seriously, I was trying to think of anything else I may need in the coming months.) I know this may seem overly glowing, but I was that happy with his work.

I really wish I would never had gone with this company. They quoted me work that they said they could do no problem. Made me pay in full upfront. The next day they came 4 hours before their scheduled time and only my mother was home who was only days out from a total hip replacement. First, the tech didn't even know what he was supposed to do even though I already paid for said services. My mother had to remember everything needing done. Secondly, the original tech said all items on my list could be done no problem. The guy who actually came to do the work said they don't move boxes and that I would have to hire a carpenter. Okay, that's fine. However, I was charged the work for them to move the 2 boxes. They charged $1,100 for the whole house diagnostic to find it was a defective gfci. That's fine, too. But then I was charged an additional $1,400 to replace a single pendant light fixture with another single pendant light fixture since they didn't move the 2 boxes? How is changing a light fixture that much? They made my mother sign off on the work completed even though she wasn't the one who hired them. I have tried calling multiple times and asked for an itemized invoice. I wanted to see how much they charged me to not move my electrical boxes. I only got an invoice showing quantity 1..but no price. How is that even legal? I only wanted a fair refund for the work not completed. I accept the other outrageous fees as my fault for not doing due diligence in my research of this company before hiring them. However, I should be entitled to a refund for work not completed. Even if it is only $100 or less, it is the principle. At least I saved my stepdaughter from hiring them.
