Had a crack in our main plumbing stack.  They came quickly for estimate appointment and completed job within two weeks.  Plumbers were very friendly, neat and efficient.  Connor was very friendly and did a great job.  Would highly recommend!!

McNeely & Son is truly a fantastic service. Last year on a holiday, my A/C stopped blowing cold air. Being an individual with no skills or knowledge in this line of work, I dialed multiple companies freaking out and they said, we don't do work on holidays or our holiday rate is 4x. I then found McNeely and Son. The gentleman who runs the organization picked up immediately, was able to diagnose the issue within 10 minutes of being there, and fixed my AC efficiently. He even took the time to check and make sure there wasn't any residual moisture in my duct work from condensation build up. As far as I'm concerned, they have my business for life. I will be putting in a general maintenance request in the next few weeks to check on my furnace.

I usually only make the time to give positive reviews. I hate to make an exception for this but I'm still in shock with being told to go elsewhere since I'm not a premium member (even though I inquired and no one got back to me. I fortunately found much better service at a much better price and will be buying a whole new system with the company willing to make the small amount of effort to assist me.

Fantastic service! I am new to the St. Charles area and I was referred to DNS Plumbing by a friend. I had a hot water heater that was leaking and needed to be replaced immediately. He was able to come over during a holiday weekend, the same day I called him, and installed it that day. I couldn't believe it. I was shocked because everyone else I called wanted me to wait 4-5 days while my water heater leaked out all over my floor.

He did a fantastic job and I know I can count on this company to be here for me whenever I need them but especially when I need them the most. They are knowledgeable, friendly, actually care about you and your family and explain everything to you in a way that is easy to understand. They also gave me the best price on replacing the hot water heater as well. I will use this company for life now.

Great experience. After coming home to a flooded basement on Christmas evening, called Mr. Rooter to clear a blockage. Cody was pleasant, helpful, and quickly fixed our blockage. At a stressful time, it was great to have an affordable easy resolution to a nightmare situation. Would recommend service to others. It did take a little while to get here but once he got here it was a quick fix, so worth the wait. Drain was clear and water turned back on the evening of the 26th.

This was the 2nd plumbing service we called out on the same day. The first company (AAA Plumbing aka AAA Home Services) totally misdiagnosed the problem and told us there was nothing they could do because we needed a licensed line layer and they weren't licensed.We were still charged a $78.50 service call charge. We called O'Fallon Sewer and they came right out and fixed the problem. Nice, friendly and efficient.

I finally found a great plumber.  I own over 200 rental units and have gone through so many plumbers over the years and I finally have one that is permanently in my preferred vendor list.  Whatever I need, night or day, it gets done, right the first time and at the right price.  Whether its a high end bathroom refit or a tenant emergency, Redington takes care of me.  I've referred them to friends, family and other business partners and never had a complaint.  Five starts all the way.

I gave this company 1 star because the receptionist was friendly and the technician showed up on time.  With that being said,our water heater went out due to our basement flooding this week. Last time this happened all I needed to do was relight the pilot light. It didn't work this time.  I called Kirkwood Plumbing for assistance.   The technician came out for a $59 service fee and evaluation.  He said we needed a total replacement  at an estimate of $2500.  That seemed a bit high, I've had a total replacement before spending  $1100. I asked for a second opinion from another company. Hoffman Bros. The tech from there said I don't know exactly what the problem was, but, I just lit the light. It's on and working. Either the Kirkwood Plumbing tech was completely inept, or if this is how this company treats its clientele  to gain profit.

Very professional appearance of technicians.  Friendly and did quick work.  Were honest and upfront about charges.  Very satisfied.

I'm not going to give these people a star they come in here charge $9,500 was there 8 hours said we'd be back to fix your yard in March and now it is June yard still not done I guess I have to give him one star to posted subtract it when you read it
