Wow, I can not say enough great things about the service I received from Tony LaMartina Plumbing! I'm always nervous trying out a new company when it comes to home repair type tasks, but this time I think I made a great choice.

I was in the market to replace my very old water heater, and called around to a number of local plumbers for quotes. When I called Tony LaMartina, they offered me a great deal that beat out most of the competition, for a slightly larger tank! Win/win in my book. I was able to get an appointment within two weeks (which was great, I was in no hurry).

On the day of the appointment, I got a text that the technician Thom was on his way. He was incredibly friendly and polite. I really appreciate the little things he did, like putting on booties before entering the house, and cleaning up thoroughly after finishing. He took the time to let me verify everything was working correctly, and that I understood exactly how the system worked. I was doubly impressed that the Matt LaMartina showed up part way through just to make sure things were going well and I didn't have any problems!

tl;dr - Great customer service, super friendly staff, and an awesome new water heater in under 4 hours. I'd happy recommend Tony LaMartina Plumbing to my friends and family.

I highly recommend AAA Home Services!  I had a brand new HVAC system installed yesterday, and I couldn't be more pleased.  John came to my house 2 weeks ago, walked me through a variety of options, and quoted me an excellent price, which was several thousand dollars less than I expected.  Then yesterday his team installed the new HVAC system by 3pm.  John explained the rebates and tax incentives available for my system, and even took the time to help me set up the app on my phone to control my new system. John and his team were professional, timely, and went above and beyond with their customer service.  Thanks AAA.

My shower handle broke and I wasn't able to get the water to turn off. He came out and took care of it immediately. I called around 6 pm and he was leaving with the shower fixed around 7:30 pm. Absolutely great service and a really nice guy. I'll be calling him for any plumbing issues I have going forward.

I needed assistance with drain in the basement that caused water to come up whenever it rained. The technician slightly made the situation seem small although it was frustrating to me. Took him about 20 minutes to let me know that there were roots within the system that could possibly be the problem while stating they were small as if they couldn't possibly be the problem. However, I figured, what do I have to lose other than $230 to get them cut down. Fortunately, the roots were indeed the problem as it has rained numerous times and the rain hasn't had any effect on my basement since.

Last night, my dishwasher was a disgusting foul-smelling cesspool.  This morning I called O'Fallon Sewer Service, and by this afternoon, everything is back to normal.  (My sink and dishwasher could have been normal even sooner if I hadn't had commitments in the morning).  The person who came was friendly and professional.  He explained what he was doing to solve the problem and gave me tips for avoiding the problem in the future.  The price predicted by the individual on the phone was exactly what the job cost.  Very relieved that my kitchen is functioning again.

In preparation for getting our house ready to sell last year in Fenton we bought a new bathroom countertop and two new faucets. J.E Redington Plumbing installed all of the new items quickly and with no issues. He showed up on time and left absolutely no trash behind. Our new fixtures and countertop looked great! I would highly recommend as it can be hard to find a reliable plumber.

We have used Kirkwood Plumbing multiple times for various jobs the last few years that we have lived in the St. Louis area, and have been happy with the service every time (sewer lateral, drain issues, installing sinks/faucets, etc.).  Friendly, on time, knowledgeable, and fair priced.  Definitely would recommend them and we'll continue to use them anytime we aren't feeling comfortable with doing work ourselves (in fact they fixed our bad DIY work once even for a price that should have kept me from even trying to do it myself).

We have had such good luck with Anton's. The service reps who we have worked with have been professional and explain things to us so that we can understand what is going on with our homes heating and cooling systems. We had an evaluation done a few weeks ago to see what was working and not working and came up with some plans on how to make our home more energy efficient.

Anthony has been to our house twice now to evaluate and inspect our systems. During the last visit he had a partner with him and I cannot for the life of me remember his name, but they worked great together! They checked our vents and explained how the ducts were set up. They collected data and shared the data with us. Having the two of them inspect things was just fine and when it was time to sit down and discuss options I think we made some good decisions on how to proceed.

We will have them back in a few months to do some duct cleaning, insulation, air purifying and other things. I know we need to have things taken care of and I trust they are the company to take care of these things.

Where to start... So for small jobs and inspections I think this company is great. But for larger projects there are some serious communication issues between the service rep that comes out for the initial inspection/pricing/contract signing and the technicians that show up to complete the job. This has caused multiple headaches and them having to come back to our house multiple times to properly complete the job. The current job that was just wrapped up yesterday (6/12/19) was originally started in September 2018 . . . Things we were told that would be done and that we were being quoted for were not completed as promised. Lack of detail (or really just finishing a job properly) is a huge issue. Upon completion of the work, I went into our crawl space to find it littered with the shoe covers that the technicians wear, Gatorade bottles, empty cans of pipe adhesive, as well as the old cast iron pipes that had not been removed. Of course these items were conveniently not shown in the pictures that they showed me of the completed work (which was shown to me after I was told to sign off on the work completed because they are unable to exit out of the contract to show the pictures). The mess that they left in the house was an issue as well. The toilets were put back on crooked and the bolts at the base of the toilet were left long and the caps for them were mysteriously missing. Also, they had to cut a hole in our laundry room floor to accommodate a new drain pipe for our washing machine, but left the old cast iron pipe in the wall open and didn't apply a seal around the pipe in the new hole.
Attention to detail and improved communication between the technicians/service reps/management would make a world of difference! Also, returning customer's calls would be a great place to start. It was embarrassing to have to get a third party involved before we were able to actually get this job completed and all issues resolved.
Long review short...use this company for inspections if need be, but take the big projects someplace else.
