About Plumbing was able to come out to my house the same day I called.  They actually listened (and didn't doubt) my water pressure problem.  Cody was honest, helpful and informative.  About is affordable and very customer service oriented. This is now the only plumbing service I will call!!  Thank you Cody!!!

Fast response time to my request.  When I came home from work and found something not as I expected, they returned my after hours voice message and then returned the next day (no charge) to take care of my request.  They cleaned up well after they finished their work--an added bonus.  I would not hesitate to call them again for my old house plumbing needs.

I've had some small jobs done by Tony LaMartina plumbers over the years (toilet rebuilds and faucet replacements), and I've always been happy with the results. I'm writing my review today, because our new home had some unexpected plumbing surprises that caused some anxiety and Mike Miller's outstanding work put us at ease.

During his first visit, he assessed the problem and outlined next steps that we'd need to take before his next visit. He also communicated the minimum and maximum work he'd recommend depending on our budget. For his next visit, we re-discussed what work I wanted done, a more precise estimate, and then he described his plan of attack and any possible surprises. Throughout the work, Mike took the time to explain to me what he had done and why. He even looked at a few other issues that came up since his first visit once he tackled our set agenda!

Before I was able to have Tony LaMartina plumbers come out, the home warranty company sent out a very sub-par plumber who ultimately said my problem was something simple (it wasn't) and didn't identify what we found out to be the root cause of my leak.

I have such great peace of mind when using this company and am so grateful for knowing who to call when a serious issue came up.

Bonus points for text reminders and tracking truck location ahead of the appointment.

Larry came out to inspect the water pressure in our home. He was very nice and helpful. He told us exactly what he believed the problem was and didn't pressure us into using them to fix it.

I called Paul after my water heater died and he was there the next day to install a new one. Works great!  He cleaned up the mess, hauled the old one away and made sure to walk my through the basic controls on the new heater. Did a great job!  I'll use this business again.

I needed a toilet repaired and a water filter installed.  Hosack did an excellent job on them both.  What I really liked was the communication and timely service.  Speaks voumes to me when you can trust not just the job done but they say what they mean.  Highly recommend.

Run far away from this company! If you can call them that. This business is being run out of the owners house (Joe). They will double the price then walk on the job leaving everything unfinished and a mess. Horrible communication, Joe won't ever call to actually discuss anything.
We received an invoice for more than we were told it would be, questioned it,  and we were told if you don't agree, go find someone else. Now isn't that some great ownership!?!
They have no issue walking away from an unfinished, partially complete job, and tell you to kick rocks. Joe has the attitude of a 12 year old boy who doesn't know how to handle any issues if they arise, instead he will just simply walk from the job and not honor his companies word.
Joe himself even said I don't care if we told you a different price, sue me, they're is nothing in writing, it was Colton's (Joes employee) word.

Nightmare!!

I have 35 apartments and have used swift plumbing for the past 10 years but had to stop using him when he started charging by the job instead of the hour. I was charged 575 dollars for 1 and 1half  hours work      Well swift plumbing secretary called me today and told me if I don't remove my review that  Gene ( the owner ) would put a lien on my property. When he sent me a bill for 575 for 1 1/2 hours work which comes to 388 per hour I sent him a check for 350 and told him I considered my bill paid in full and that I would no longer use his company. His work is great but ask how much before u have him do it. Not only does he charge by the job but he adds a hourly fee on as well.

I called them out for the first time a month ago after my furnace stopped working. They said i needed a whole new furnace for $4k or $3k to fix....Then without my approval called someone out to measure for new when I already told them I was not going to be purchasing one...I called D&D Heating the next day for a second opinion, and they came out and cleaned the igniter and got me a new part for $400. And has worked perfect since!! Hoffman really tries to sell to you. Beware.

We had backed up drains and a shower in our basement on a Saturday morning, and when I searched for plumbers open on the weekend, Roto-Rooter came up as the first listing.  We had used them in our old house, so we called them immediately - at 7am.  The receptionist was extremely friendly and we had an appointment window scheduled for 8am-12pm.  Jim, our plumber, called at 7:50am, and arrived around 8:15am.  He was knowledgeable and friendly, fixed all of our problems and checked other lines as well, all for the quoted low price - I had expected a much higher bill since it was a weekend, but was pleasantly surprised!  When Jim left, everything was fixed and clean.  He was excellent, and the job was done by 10:30am.  We will definitely use Roto-Rooter in the future!

We had our dishwasher installed by Scott Slais on Wednesday and we want to compliment Trio Plumbing and our installer. Scott was very professional and courteous and did a great job!
We highly recommend Trio Plumbing and definitely will call them for any plumbing needs we have!

The service was delayed at first. The rate was $350 per hour told by the technician. I rejected the quotes for a simple job. For that, I paid $69.

Anton's completely misdiagnosed our unit. Kevin, the tech, told us the entire unit had to be replaced and quoted us 5K for a new Rheem. We got a second opinion and the contactor was replaced for $250 and it was as good as new. Anton's did refund me the $125 service call when I called to complain about their unscrupulous business practice. But no explanation for why their service tech missed an easy fix. I've chatted with other neighbors via local facebook groups and apparently this has happened to many of them as well. STAY AWAY from Anton's. They will try to cheat you out of your money. I would give a zero star if I could.

Ill keep this as short as i can, which isn't short given the multitude of screw ups on Tigers part. Overall the turn time was good and setting the appointment was easy, however the experience left ALOT to be desired. The initial person who took my call did not properly record the issue as described resulting in the first tech being unprepared to resolve the issue and a subsequent visit from an advisor. The advisor drew up several service offerings and made a few recommendations for upgrades and enhancements to our existing system, including pointing out a possible safety issue. As part of that she made mention that they would have to remove a small portion of dry wall in the upstairs laundry closet to complete the flexible duct work which we agreed to. She scheduled the appointment for the work to be completed monday (it could have been done friday had the first call taker properly recorded the issue). The technician that showed up on monday was friendly enough however was unprepared to complete the work. Instead of a small hole in my laundry closet the duct work resulted in a hole in my kitchen ceiling spanning half the width of the kitchen, way more intrusive than what the advisor had set us up for. The technician also asked for my assistance multiple times, including to help pull duct work, which if im paying for a service, why do i have to help perform the service? The technician was also unprepared to clean up after himself as he needed to borrow my shop vac, paper towels, and cleaning spray. I guess his shop vac had been damaged on a previous job (again why am i paying you?). The technician also failed to perform all of the work that was paid for days in advance, more specifically they did not cap off the open flue from an old furnace which is a service that had been prepaid with the advisor. When asked about this the technician said he did not have the part, but if he came across one would drop it off. After realizing this tiger was called requesting a refund for the unperformed work, at which point we were told it could take up to a week for the supervisor to contact you to process that. Really? Your supervisors are too busy to ensure customer satisfaction in a timely manner, but you sure can come take someones money in less than 48 hours no problem.... I would not recommend them to anyone and definitely will not be using them again for anything. Attached is a picture of the small hole i was told would be left in my laundry closet. Please not that by laundry closet it ended up being kitchen ceiling, and by small hole, it was halfway across the kitchen.

650$ to do a plug and play  garbage disposal replacement.  No problem with the job just the cost.  Evidently all their plumbers have doctoral degrees and their work trucks are escalades.
