Best Sewer Repair in Reno NV

Again!  We had a water heater leak in our new home.  My wife called Van Allen at 7 AM, and at 11 AM we had a new water heater installed.  It was installed with proper bracing and a drip pan.  It's no fun when you need a plumber, but Van Allen is 2-for-2 with excellent service, excellent work, and competitive pricing.

Make sure you get everything in writing! I had a plumbing leak and was under quoted by almost $1,000.00! Then they left a portion unfinished and I received an additional bill for $250 to finish the job that should have been included in the first $4,300.00.

They did finish the job, but terrible communication between the manager and his workers and I would not use them again. I suggest getting quotes from other companies because I felt I was significantly over charged!

I hate to leave any small business a bad review being a small business owner myself, but this was ABSOLUTELY ridiculous!!   The only reason I'm not giving him 1 star is because Trevor had done work for me before.  

I messaged him a week ago to return to my Uncles house to repair a leaky faucet in the kitchen and haul away some items.  He had done work in the past with no problems.  

Yesterday, on the day he was to do the work, he flaked, no call, no vm, text or anything.  He finally texted me back several hours later to let me know he was on the way home from a trip out of town and couldn't make it.  What?!?   Wow.  I cut him some
slack on his unprofessionalism only because of the positive history before.  We agreed to a reschedule today @ 9:30a.  Again, he flaked, 0 communication after 2 texts.    I immediately hired someone else from Yelp who promised NOT to flake.  I texted him one last time to let him know not to bother coming (if he was even going to).  No apology, explanation, or response from him.   Not cool .... not cool at all.

AM/PM are really the best. Plumbing problems, snake a line, run a camera down a line to see the problem, they have you covered.

They are one of those businesses that you do not have to ask what this repair will cost? They just explain it, and then fix it, and then give you a very fair bill for their work. You don't have to worry about getting a bad repair or a bill, they will just do it and do it right and treat you like you were family! No worries with doing business with them, Ever!

A guest staying at my condo clogged the kitchen sink. I called/emailed 3 plumber in the morning. Later that morning, John was the first (and only) one to call me back. He was busy, however found time to unclog the sink that afternoon. Good work!

David came and repaired my plumbing issue quickly. He was professional knowledgeable with my issue. I would recommended him for your plumbing needs. He was highly recommended to me .

I had some bad l luck with a couple of plumbers so, I was looking for somebody new to unclog my bath tub. I saw the excellent Reviews 5Star Plumbing received so, I decided to give them a try. That was my lucky day! Dave called to find out whether he could come a little earlier than scheduled and that was great. He found that my two bathrooms, divided by a wall, had tubs back-to-back and drained into the same pipe so, dirty water backed up into BOTH tubs... He wasted no time to unclog that pipe and cleaned up after himself - which was totally unexpected. He also, gave me a Senior discount without me asking for it!
I will never call another plumber - he is awesome!

My 10 year old Bradford White water heater died on one of the coldest nights.   A neighbor recommended Jet Plumbing.   The phone reps were personable and efficient.    They dispatched Rick C. a day earlier than scheduled and he had it back up and running in about an hour -  and  - at a fair price.   He explained everything along the way.  The part was on the truck which made the process even smoother.    Highly recommend this company and will call again if plumbing services are needed.

We had an issue with the drainage in a shower, and Carlos came out and fixed it, no problem!  He was professional, polite, and easy to communicate with.  Thank you, Carlos!  Highly recommended.

Jay, the owner is very pleasant and no nonsense. He is true to his word. My job wasn't something he could complete but did what he contracted to do and help us to be brainstorm on what to do next. What more can  u ask for.

I was in a real pinch for the holiday's while visiting my inlaws and John was very receptive and helpful by coming over right away. We had them perform a variety of services over the past few months and we've been very happy with the price and the overall end result.  Thanks John!

The front office answered after 2 rings and then  transferred the call to the Manager. I outlined the work needed and they responded with technician  within  1/2 hour. Dave showed up on time and provided me with a reasonable quote. I asked when he could start and now was the answer.
Dave was meticulous and very experienced. He completed the work as promised and even cleaned the stains within the cabinet. His work was neat very professional and perfect.
Exceptional and beyond expectations. Thank you team.

These guys are amazing. I called my home warranty people the night before they arrived and they immediately had someone ready to go for the next morning between 8:30 and 10:00 a.m. I told the dispatcher that I needed someone to take care of my leaking sink all before 10:00 and let me tell you- he made it happen !!!. Josh arrived at my home right around 8:30, immediately diagnosed the leaking sink problem, sawed off a pipe with a sawzall, drove to Home Depot for a part, came back, replaced everything, and I had a brand new, shiny, left side sink drain all by about 9:50, 10 min. before my deadline. Very friendly and fast. I loved the fact that he didn't mind wearing booties into my home on the carpet, especially since one of the last plumbers that came out told me that OSHA prohibited him from taking his shoes off in our home ( which is our rule) so he just walked through our home on the carpet with his dirty boots. Not Josh !!! This guy was very respectful, fast and friendly. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect plumber ! A true professional !!! Thank you so much Josh and Friendly Plumbing INC !!!
