Our review is long overdue.
Mike provides us excellent communication and services when needed for our rental. We initially thought we would need to spend a lot of money to add something to our irrigation system, but Mike saved us time and $ by making a different recommendation. He also switched out our garbage disposal for a very reasonable price.

He's an honest, reliable plumber, and an overall great guy. We also thank him for his service!

My cast iron sewer pipe under the house has corroded and left a huge puddle of waste under the house.  A company came out to clean that up.  Then I called Jet to fix the plumbing problem.  Apparently, there was at lease 6 areas of corrosion in the cast iron pipe.  Jeff Erickson, the plumber, came out to check the job around 4pm on Thursday and didn't have time to do the job that day but he duct taped the leaks so I could at least run some water.  He promised to be back on Saturday at 9am to do what he figured would take 4 hours.  It only took about 2 1/2 to 3 hours total. Jeff always has a smile on his face.  You can tell that he likes his job.  He said he's been doing it with his father since he was 15, in California.  He removed the corroded pipe for disposal, thank you!  Now instead of cast iron, I have ABS, strapped above the dirt and plastic.  From now on, Jet will be my plumber of choice.

We did a remodel in our home a chose to have a licensed plumber instal the faucets.   There was a slow leak after the instal (not before) and the company said they would not warranty the work because we purchased the NEW faucets.   This was not disclosed at the time of the instal.  Mike was very rude and told me if I did not pay immediately for the leak repair they would remove the supply lines.

Poor communication and even worse quality of work. Highly over priced compared to other competitors in the area. I wish I would have taken my time and sought out a more reputable company to work with.

Amazing customer service, appropriate pricing, and impeccable job quality.  It's hard to find great service these days, but look no further.  5 Star Plumbing lives up to its name!

Long review, but I feel you need the backstory.

My tub was slow to drain, and I purchased a Home Warranty a couple years ago, so I put in a claim. The company sent out Roto Rooter. I figured, it's a National company, so they should be able to fix this, right?

Well, after the guys said they snaked the drain about 10 feet, the snake wouldn't go any farther. They said, because the house was old, the line needed to be replaced. Sounded reasonable. The bill after snaking the line was over $260! AND....my tub drained slower than before they got there!

In comes Rooter Bee's AJ. He was super logical even on the phone call, and was able to come out the next day. He was prompt, clean, courteous, and incredibly smart and logical in diagnosing what could be happening.

AJ did a full diagnosis before starting to work, which the other plumbers did not. He went into the crawl space and found MY LINE HAD ALREADY BEEN REPLACED!!!  Roto Rooter's guys never went into the crawl space, and if I had taken their professional opinion, they would've charged me for a replacement that was unnecessary!

After coming out of the crawlspace, AJ snaked the drain, and in 20 minutes, it was cleared. His invoice to me was LESS than Roto Rooter, and my problem was fixed!

As long as he will have me as a client, AJ will be my one and only plumber!

We're quick to come over,  but prices were too high. I did majority of the hard work digging up the leak, before they arrived and still charged $600+ for an hour  of work.

A toilet clogged in the middle of the night (on a Sunday night, no less) at a vacation rental we manage. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search and found RAM Plumbing. I requested a quote and they responded within minutes. They arrived and soon my toilet was flushing like it was brand new!

Jay(The Heater Man) is knowledgeable on water heater replacement. He does exemplary job. His new unit plus labor price was reasonable. He also commits warranty on his installed parts until Water heater becomes end of life. Definitely recommend The Heater Man for any heater and plumbing related service.

Rafal no longer help clear out clogs, but was courteous enough to text me back after I left him a message about my clogged first floor bathroom toilet. Although I did not experience Rafal's plumbing services, I wanted to leave a 4 star review for his professionalism in returning a call to me where most in the industry would not have, especially since he does not provide these services any longer.

Came back from a trip and discovered our water heater was not working Called another company who can out and restarted the pilot light for $100 because it was overtime. Were told it would need other parts that would cost about $400. Pilot light went out and the company said it would take about a week to get these parts. Called D& D and Kyle came out   He tried to fix it but found he needed a special part. He came back the next morning and repaired the water heater. Kyle was very knowledgeable and friendly and did a great job. Also the cost was almost half what the other company had quoted. I will definitely use D&D plumbing again and highly recommend this company

We had a pinhole leak in a copper pipe and I called them at 6pm at night. They walked me through how to temporarily stop it, and made me an appointment for 7am. They were right on time and fixed the problem quickly. I appreciated how fast and helpful they were and would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone!!
