Gary came to my home today and did something most people wouldnt do these days. He finished somebody else's job for free. We bought a brand new dishwasher and my wife was having problems with it tipping over when the door was open. Gary came and fixed it in under 10 minutes. He was extremely professional and very fast. Brian saved my butt on a stressful Sunday...

I was trying to clean out a family member's bathroom sink, took it apart, and then the stopper sunk. I tried every trick on YouTube (floss, flathead screw, exacto knife, a 95 lb strength  from Home Depot) and nothing seemed to work.

Brian explained to me how to fix it... after about two minutes, it was fixed. I'm extremely appreciative of him helping me out over the phone and being so honest.

My wife and I rented a condo and discovered that the shower in the master bedroom had no water pressure. We contacted the management company, they sent out their handyman he could not fix the issue so Jet Plumbing was called. The first technician to show up was fine, he was on but had to order parts to fully resolve the problem so we sent an appointment for the following week in the 8-10am timeframe. Next week around 9:30 I call to find out where he is and am told by dispatch that my appointment was changed to 12-2pm they just forgot to call. I had to get to work at that point so had to reschedule. The next day the plumber was out on time but he did not have any of the parts he was supposed to order so he cleaned out a few things and left problem still not resolved. So I contact the management company ask them to again send out a plumber. Jet calls again I explain what has happened so far, they schedule an appointment for 4-6pm the next day. I ask if they have the parts they assure me they do. The next day they call to cancel since they don't have the parts. They call back a week later to reschedule now that they have the parts we set it for 4-6pm again they call at noon that day and cannot make it. We reschedule for the next day from 4-6pm. They call at 3:00pm and cancel asking if they can do it in the morning since they are not sure they can get the issue resolved in the 4-6pm time frame. I ask the person why no one said that in the first place instead of just cancelling two back to back appointments, he blamed dispatch. Finally new plumber comes out, seems to know what he is doing replaces the parts and all seems well. Aside from the fact that our shower no longer has a cold setting the pressure works and I am not letting them touch it again to recalibrate the settings.

We have used Johnson Plumbing twice. Once to install new water heater and most recently to relocate gas valve for new stove. In both cases Eric Torres was our technician and he certainly knows his trade. Eric is both personable and professional and genuinely wants to do a quality job.

I had a problem with water hammer in my home and Savage and Son's sent Mel to my home to try and solve my problem.  Mel solved the problem in a very reasonable time.  He was very professional and  and friendly.  I had tried using a different plumbing company that was not able to solve my problem.  I would highly recommend Savage and Son's and Mel for any plumbing needs.  If I need plumbing work done in the future, I will contact the folks at Savage and Son's as all of the folks at their business treated me so professionally.  I give them Five Stars.

My 93 year old mother had a plumbing problem and called me, her daughter in Sacramento, at 7:30am.  At 8:30am Dave came over to my mom's the same day, and fixed the issue.  I cannot say enough nice things about this plumbing company.  Friendly, courteous, and efficient.  This is customer service at it's best!

Within 24 hours, I had help and reassurance that my plumbing would be ok despite a never ending plumbing leak in my ceiling and backed up plumbing. What a rarity for a company and people that actually care for their customers, especially during a busy time of year around the holidays.

A toilet clogged in the middle of the night (on a Sunday night, no less) at a vacation rental we manage. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search and found RAM Plumbing. Our water heater stopped working. Jay came over and got it working. He provided different options and managed to fit us into his schedule on short notice.

I had a water heater that stopped working, other places I called said it would take at least a week for them to come out.  I called Rafa and he was in the hood and said he could stop by and take a look.  20 mins later he was at the door, had it figured out in 10, got the part ordered and installed the next day!  Highly recommend this outfit, professional!

For tankless descaling. Couldn't be happier. Albert was the plumber and he was fantastic. The following day I called back after low hot water pressure and Albert came back over within 20 min
Small cleaning issue but he resolved the problem and was professional and thorough. Next visit I will refrain from consuming his time with questions but will refer them and make them my go to plumbers!

We had a pinhole leak in a copper pipe and I called them at 6pm at night. They walked me through how to temporarily stop it, and made me an appointment for 7am. They were right on time and fixed the problem quickly. I appreciated how fast and helpful they were and would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone!!
