Joe Davis and Adrian from Davis Plumbing were fantastic. They are extremely responsive and showed up right on-time. We had a waste line leak in one of our bathrooms and were not sure how bad it was. Adrian and Joe were quick to jump into the not so great crawl space and diagnose our issues quickly.   Since we had to open the wall, they also offered great advice on other piping we could replace to strengthen  the old plumbing in our house.

Overall, I would highly recommend them both and will definitely use them in the future for our plumbing needs.

Gary came to my home today and did something most people wouldnt do these days. He finished somebody else's job for free. We bought a brand new dishwasher and my wife was having problems with it tipping over when the door was open. Gary came and fixed it in under 10 minutes. He was extremely professional and very fast. Our sewer main to the septic tank plugged up early in the morning.   Mike managed to fit us into his daily schedule and arrived less than 3 hrs after we called.   He promptly cleared the plug and inspected the pipe to find the cause for the plug, clearly explaining the issue and possible permanent fixes to the main pipe (which is something we will do at a later date).   He is very knowledgeable and friendly, and his rate was very reasonable.   I would highly recommend him for your plumbing needs.

Our hot water heater went out and so we gave Brian at All Good Plumbing and Drains a call hoping he might be able to come by later that day. After a quick call, he said he'd be by in the next 30 minutes to see what the problem was! After diagnosing the problem, he was able to get the hot water heater back up and running in no time. Cold showers later that evening were averted! Brian was extremely responsive, professional, and courteous, and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing some plumbing work done!

We had pipes under the foundation break and had another company do the original repair (we foolishly thought the leak was limited to our master bathroom).  When we noticed more water around the foundation of the house and more warm spots on the floors we called Jet.  The first time we had them out we only had them repair what the first company didn't fix.  We then realized we had to go with the full re-piping of the house.  Although it's quite an invasive process with going through walls to get to the pipes they needed access to.  Mike and Rick were here for the majority of the week and were extremely pleasant and professional.  My husband and I continue to work remotely and I'm sure having us here didn't make their jobs any easier.

Johnson Plumbing responded to a call for a drain clog in the kitchen sink. I was told that they snaked the pipe and fixed the clog, but found that the pipes under sink were configured incorrectly and the garbage disposal was leaking. The bill was close to $600. Two weeks later the sink was backing up again so called and asked for the same technician. They sent out someone else who snaked the pipe again but did not fix the problem. Instead tried to charge another $100 and told me they only had a 25ft snake and I would have to call another company. When I called them to address, they told me they would look into it and call me back. After not receiving the promised phone call back, I called again. They did take off the $100 - however did not offer to refund anything else and did not offer to fix the issue.  DO NOT USE JOHNSON PLUMBING - they do not stand behind or guarantee their work!

I ordered a nice-looking but cheap sink from Wayfair. The instructions sucked, it didn't have all the parts, and I tried to put it together but was not successful.

Mark from Savage and Son did an amazing job piecing together the mess. He helped make it functional, was super professional, and even showed up early for our appointment.

Long review, but I feel you need the backstory.

My tub was slow to drain, and I purchased a Home Warranty a couple years ago, so I put in a claim. The company sent out Roto Rooter. I figured, it's a National company, so they should be able to fix this, right?

Well, after the guys said they snaked the drain about 10 feet, the snake wouldn't go any farther. They said, because the house was old, the line needed to be replaced. Sounded reasonable. The bill after snaking the line was over $260! AND....my tub drained slower than before they got there!

In comes Rooter Bee's AJ. He was super logical even on the phone call, and was able to come out the next day. He was prompt, clean, courteous, and incredibly smart and logical in diagnosing what could be happening.

AJ did a full diagnosis before starting to work, which the other plumbers did not. He went into the crawl space and found MY LINE HAD ALREADY BEEN REPLACED!!!  Roto Rooter's guys never went into the crawl space, and if I had taken their professional opinion, they would've charged me for a replacement that was unnecessary!

After coming out of the crawlspace, AJ snaked the drain, and in 20 minutes, it was cleared. His invoice to me was LESS than Roto Rooter, and my problem was fixed!

As long as he will have me as a client, AJ will be my one and only plumber!

Jesse was prompt and efficient. He was friendly and explained everything that was going on. He got our water heater replaced lickety split with all new valves also. The job looks great! It's nice to have hot water again. He also explained the proper way to flush it every year to extend its life.

A toilet clogged in the middle of the night (on a Sunday night, no less) at a vacation rental we manage. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search and found RAM Plumbing. Found Jay through some initial research and then via Yelp.  Heard back from him the next morning after reaching out late the previous day.  I wasn't in a big rush but I know my Water Heater had minimal time left.  When Jay got back to me, we scheduled a call and discussed a direct replacement tank type water heater or a demand type water heater and Jay confirmed my understanding of the positives and negatives of each.  I decided to go with the tank type since the one we had gave us great service and our needs were well suited to the tank type of water heater - also Jay was able to provide the same brand that we had before.  He gave me an estimate that was very competitive (less than others I had received) and he really sounded like he knew what he was doing - especially since his focus was on water heater repair/replacement only.  Jay scheduled me in and texted me 15 minutes before he arrived.  He got the job done efficiently, and even though he had to install a new supply valve, he did it pretty quickly.  The install looks great and I'm really looking forward to my next shower where the water will be hot for the entire shower!  I would highly recommend Jay for any water heater problem you might have - prices are great, great knowledge and experience and workmanship was outstanding!

I had a solar panel system installed in 1979 that was to heat water for a hot tub.  The hot tub had been removed over 20 years ago yet, unbelievably, the system was still operational.  It was in a state of disrepair, and had to be disconnected, capped off, and disengaged from the main house water heater.  It was a complex job that took some time to determine what needed  to be done and Juan handled it all with the utmost patience and professionalism.  The site was left neat and clean.  I highly recommend D & D for your plumbing needs.
