Had a water leak in my Main line from the meter to the House in Truckee.  Joe Davis responded quickly and professionally executed an agreed upon plan to dig, locate and repair the leak.
Joe is professional, had a good assistant do the digging to locate the leak.
Joe then jumped into the mud and repaired the Copper Pipe leak, a messy job.   They repaired the french drain removed to find the leak, and cleaned up the area.

Requested a quote for Gary's Plumbing through yelp for our garbage disposal that wasn't working and received a response in less than 10 minutes. They showed up at our house less than a day after contacting them. The customer service was excellent.

As it turns out our disposal was jammed and Gary was able to fix it right away. He could of easily charged me for the full quote given but since it was an easy fix he only charged me for a few minutes of his time. Erica was prompt and kind as well.

I feel like Gary's Plumbing went above and being given this wasn't an emergency by any means and I will be calling them first for any future issues.

On a random Thursday and for no discernable reason, our shower wouldn't turn off! The value turned it on fine but then stopped working entirely for any attempts to turn off the shower. In our manic (and unsuccessful) efforts to solve this problem, we called every plumber we could find. Mike was here in less than an hour and solved our problem even faster. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the service and answered all questions we had. He even offered tons of helpful advice for questions we had unrelated to our service.

It's easy to hire a tradesmen of any kind of feel like you're being talked down to or taken advance of. Not this guy! He was kind, genuine, and direct. Never did we feel that he was tried to run us for an extra buck. Amazing service. 10 out of 10. Absolutely would recommend to friends. If you need a plumber, call Mike!

Great service from All Good Plumbing and Drains. I had an issue trying to install a new kitchen faucet and then also discovered a leak at the garbage disposal. I called Brian on a Sunday and he arrived a few hours after the call. He resolved our issues and was also thorough in describing everything that he was doing. Very thankful for Brians quick service and fair pricing as well. Please keep up the good work!

Uh-oh. Left the hose attached outside and it froze and split the pipe. Duh.

Sent a request for a bid to Hoffman through Yelp and they responded within 30 minutes - on a Saturday. It could wait until Monday, they called first thing, and said they could be out on Wednesday. Got a call from the service guy who gave me the time he'd be there, and he was. Found the problem and fixed it in about 30 minutes. Tested our water pressure and made a few other suggestions. He was very courteous and friendly. Charged me $50 less than the nearest competitor. What more could you ask?

A toilet clogged in the middle of the night (on a Sunday night, no less) at a vacation rental we manage. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search and found RAM Plumbing. My water started leaking and I completely stressed out over it. I was given a couple quotes, one of which was a You buy, I pick up and install situation. This was suspicious and rightfully so, it was a scam! Beware of these.

I called The Water Heater Man as my third call and he was out within about 24 hours and installed the new tank. Great communication, very responsive, and excellent customer service. One man show and very much appreciated. I would strongly recommend him to anyone needing a new water heater or repairs!

Rafal no longer help clear out clogs, but was courteous enough to text me back after I left him a message about my clogged first floor bathroom toilet. Although I did not experience Rafal's plumbing services, I wanted to leave a 4 star review for his professionalism in returning a call to me where most in the industry would not have, especially since he does not provide these services any longer.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I currently manage an apartment complex and had D&D out over 4 weeks ago to give me a bid. Every week I would call in they had some new excuse or reason as to why they didn't get it over to me. This is a large job and was going to cost a good amount to complete. After finally being fed up with the lack of communication I called once more to speak with Jerry and guess what!? He's out of town for another week! The receptionist Stacy gave me nothing but snippy  responses when I wanted answers. If they don't care about a corporate account (you know the kind that keep them in business), what makes you think they will be overly concerned with your issues however big or small? So take my advice and DO NOT USE THEM!!!!! I would rate zero stars if that was an option seeing as in how I never even got a bid for them to attempt to complete the job.

Hoffman are professional, friendly and responsive - all at a fair price. I had an emergency with my water heater and they sent a plumber to replace it that same day - and gave me a lifetime warranty. They are the best. Highly recommended!
