We have used them before and they were superb. Sadly, we lost all water to our house and tried to get them to come out. We had arranged for Saturday between 9 and 10. They never responded when we tried to change the time and we tried for 5 days. They never came out, we still have no water and are Very Very upset with this company now and will probably never use them again and don't recommend them at all

Craig responded to me right away and was able to send one of his crew members out quickly vs several weeks as other companies had told me. One of Craig's men, Brad, showed up on time in a snow storm and got everything fixed up quickly. Very professional service.

The technician that came did a great job at fixing a shower value that was not secured correctly. He had to cut a hole in the wall but was careful not to cut to large of a hole. He even cleaned up the mess! It's been a month since it was fixed and it's been great since.

Trevor was very helpful installing a hot water dispenser on my kitchen sink and then coming back out to address another plumbing leak.  I would definitely follow up with him for other handyman services as he was prompt, responsive, and communicates well.

Sean is awesome!  He managed to squeeze us into his busy schedule a week after i called.  Not only was his price very competitive, but his work was of a high standard.  He not only cleaned the windows, but the rails and side walls within the windows.  He was also very professional and came on the agreed upon time.  

We have hard wood floors and he was careful not to scratch them by using a cloth below his ladder.  He also moved our furniture gently when he was cleaning windows that are behind the furniture.  

I highly recommend him based on the quality of his work, price and professionalism!

John of Bertani can out to our home on a Saturday afternoon to provide us with expert advice on what should be done to correct an isssue with a shower stall that was leaking.  He was very clear as to how the problem would be correct and shared many tips as to how it could be done in an economical way and still maintaining a high level of quality. Called John from a reference from our realtor and boy is he a number I will keep on hand.  We had some funny acting toilets and a slow draining shower.  He came as promised and even returned later in the day to continue the job with parts he had to pick up.  He also gave us GREAT advice for closing up our cabin for the winter to avoid frozen pipes and said if we needed anything, give him a call.  WOW, that is incredible service and ever so nice. I will definitely call on John again if needed.

Best contractor experience ever! And I've had more than a few. Jay answered every phone call and email promptly. He actually listened to my questions and concerns and answered them appropriately, and I am female.  He never promised anything he didn't deliver. The employees were friendly and courteous.
The job was a large complex one, involving removing and replacing sewer and water lines for 3 contiguous houses. The entire job was orchestrated beautifully, started on time and completed in 5 days, in December. Yet I was never without any utility for more than a few hours. The City inspectors were happy.  I was happy. And oh yeah, the price was very competitive. I had quotes from 3 different contractors.

Quick service and response time. They were very apathetic to our plight of having a new born and a broken water pipe in our laundry room. We've already set up for future services with them after this experience.

Gibson Plumbing was involved in two of our bathroom remodels, so when we had a issue with our water main we called Gibson Plumbing. From our initial call with Michelle to Cary's speedy survey of our issue and plan to solve our problem, we were very pleased.  Daryl and Sal arrived as scheduled and worked in less than ideal conditions between a tree and brick wall!  Cary returned review the job with us. Disappointment is an understament!

Where do I start? I had this company come out a couple of years ago and they did some service for me and I was happy with the work so I thought since my mom was looking to change out her toilets, I would refer them to her. What a mistake I made.

The appointment was initially scheduled for Tuesday from 8-9. At 11 a.m, nobody had shown up. Called and left a message and installer called to say he had no idea that he was supposed to be there at that time and that he could be there by 2. He then called back at about 1 and said that he couldn't do the work at all because he didn't have the tanks needed for the job and that he would have to reschedule. One entire day wasted.

The installer decided he could come out and install on Saturday. Made an appointment and he actually showed up this time during the time he had stated with the toilets in hand. After three hours, I thought that this ordeal was finally over.

Thursday, my mom calls me telling me there's water all over the floor in one of her bathrooms. I run over there, turn off the water, she gets off the phone with the installer who says it's totally normal for something to be loose and leak like that and he couldn't come out that day but that he would be by after 4 on Friday. Well, he couldn't make that appointment either so he called to say he would come out Saturday morning.

While I was there, I checked all of the toilets and noticed that the seats that were installed were the thinnest, cheapest seats I have ever seen. When I originally called to place the service order, I asked to have installed at her house the EXACT same toilets they had installed at my house just a year ago. Once I noticed that, I surely thought that there was a mistake and they would come out and replace the seats. Well, that's not what happened. After several messages, phone calls and many many days filled with frustrations, owner calls back and says I had requested the cheapest possible seats to be installed and if she wanted the same seats it would cost $45 per seat! Which would add up to an additional $135.

At the time I was requesting quotes for this work, Savage and Sons was higher by about $50 so I thought I would save her the money and go through Root-o-matic, boy what a mistake this was.

I was hoping the company would have tried to do whatever they could to fix the problems she has had but they have done absolutely nothing! All together, an entire Tuesday was lost, half of a Saturday, and an hour for a follow up to fix the problem on something that should have taken no more than 4 hours. And now she has to go buy seats since they took away her old seats which would have been way better than these plastic things she had installed.

Timely and great service! It is difficult to find a service provider here at the Lake. Thankful that Roto-Rooter took my call and agreed to come out to fix our sink.

$255 for 10 minutes to replace a valve stem in the hall bath shower.  I had it taken apart down to a stubborn galvanized fitting that I couldn't remove when the tech arrived so all he had to do was remove it. Being that I'm a woman, I then got the cash register song and dance of how it was going to be difficult to remove (it literally took him under 2 minutes), then I was told it would be difficult to find a replacement valve and he may have to drive all over Sacramento to get one. (it was a Price Pfister, not difficult to locate) I knew this was total B.S. and he was stacking billable hours, but what I didn't understand is why he didn't have a van with parts. He came in a pickup truck. The customer shouldn't be charged for the contractor not having the tools or parts for the job. Whatever. I was very busy with work and didn't feel like dealing with it. He showed up on time and the tech was very nice so the 2 star rating is nothing against him. The company pricing however, is absolutely criminal. It took him 5 minutes tops to install a new valve and test the water. I am looking to upgrade and install a new kitchen sink, faucet and disposal next month and I won't be using this company. If their pricing was fair, I would have given them 5 stars and had them bid the plumbing for my kitchen project.

We called Rapid Rooter because the water was running in our toilet. The guy came, looked at the toilet for 15 minutes, said I don't know what the problem is and said he had never seen anything like it before, then charged us $65. These people boast 25 years of experience and getting the job done right the first time is our mission. Horrible experience.
