Amazing service. I have had Lawson Family Plumbing come in twice for 2 different problems. In both cases they did not charge for the visit as it was an assessment only. They were prompt and very friendly. I highly recommend this company.

First time using the Lawson company and had a great experience. Very friendly staff and did an excellent job on fixing our toilet. Would definitely recommend to family and friends!!!

After having another contractor take a motor out of our AC, tell us the motor would be difficult to find and cost $1500, and in general obscuring the true nature of the situation and trying to pressure me into installing an inefficient unit because that's all he could get for sure, I got tired of them when the lead contractor started calling me names. Huh? So I looked for other contractors. I climbed on the roof and looked at the AC to figure out what it was, you know, like the first guy should have, then went through the web site, made a call, helpful guy shows up. Analyzed electric bills and efficiency differences, discussed the contract parameters, and away we went. ProSkill installs a primo unit a couple days later.  It is a totally different house with the highest end unit of its kind. Don't settle for the single or two-stage units, look into the variable stuff.  You'll be glad you did. And yes, you should talk to more than one contractor, I recommend 4.  There is a pretty wide variance in capabilities out there.

Uncommonly good experience.  Solid work too.  Very reasonable pricing.  So glad I hired Sound Plumbing to install the water softener I bought at HD.  They also had to install the Plumb lines as the house wasn't built to accommodate a water softener.

Had an issue with our water pressure in the house. Did some basic diagnostics and decided I needed professional help. Put out a job needing to be done on Yelp. They came out a couple of days later. Our tech was very thorough and explained everything to me. Job was completed in about 2.5 hours. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is they missed the morning appointment and I had to contact them. After that it was smooth sailing.

Used this biz several times for water heater and clogged pipes. Never had an issue with service . Always courteous fast and thorough. I recommend

Yesterday our heating went out and I give these guys a call based on the fact they installed our system (with the previous owner). Guy arrived and was friendly but openly admitted he was green and The new guy. So I was put off almost from the start. He ran some tests and said it was likely our Thermostat acting up. Then said it would be $300.00 for a new thermostat. After looking on the internet I noticed they actually run around 100.00 bucks. He installed it but then said this model wouldn't work for me. He put the old one back in and tried a factory reset. The system came on and he left. Only to have it blink out about 15 min after he left. I called the office and explained what had happen and the manager got super shitty with me when I asked why a $100.00 thermostat would cost me $300. Her reply was because it is guaranteed. Sorry bitch that isn't an answer. I explained that the guy had replaced my stat but screwed it up and I wanted to replace it myself but thought Mongo could have wired it wrong before he left. As it now was not working correctly She called me a lyer and said he only reset it. He didn't wire anything. Bitch I was standing next to him when he did it. I am not some little blue haired lady you can f with.
Later that afternoon the tech called me back to find out what happen. I asked about the thermostat and he said I now needed the $620.00 thermostat because of a special sensors on my unite. Mother tucker was upselling me and playing like this was my only option now. He came back and worked on it for 2 more hours to make sure it was a bad thermostat. I refused the $620.00 thermostat and opted to go get my own and put it in my self. I found the correct one on Amazon for $123.00. My system still doesn't work and he managed to kill my emergency heat which was working when this started. In short this company is running a thermostat scam on people. BUYER BEWARE!!! I basically paid $105.00 for this rookie to come out and totally screw up my heating system.

First rate service.  We woke up Sunday morning and discovered we had no hot water.  We called and within 40 minutes or so, Chas showed up and quickly diagnosed the problem.  He helped us weigh the choice between a repair vs a new water heater.  And he showed up early this morning to install the new water heater.  He was efficient, thorough and did an excellent job.  I think we'v found ourselves a new plumbing company if a problem arises in the future.

We've used KING Plumbing Heating & AC (KING) in the past for a plumbing problem. My late Father's Day gift late last night was our AC unit stopped cooling. I sent a text to KING that I would contact them in the morning (Monday). As in our previous experience, the response was quick and by 10:45 our unit was up and running. Fast response, taking care of customers and personable guys who treat people with respect and understanding... yeh, I'll be calling on KING every time.

We had complete water systems install a filtration system and a reverse osmosis system as well about 8 months ago.  Our osmosis system wasn't seeming to be working just right so I called them to come check it out.  The person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and accommodating.  I initially thought the filters needed to be replaced early but the person I spoke with said that it was very doubtful the filters were the issue.  So instead of taking my money she offered to have a technician come out.  The technician ended up coming out and replacing the tank free of charge because it was still under warranty.  I can't recommend this company enough!!!  No I don't know anyone that works here and no I don't work for them, these guys are just amazing!

So I drilled a hole through my pipe, and had a bit of an emergency as a result! They came out right away and fixed my problem for a great and fair price! Good people.  Would definitely use again. Thanks guys!

I can't begin to say how grateful I am to have Hansen Family Plumbing as our go to plumbing service!    We dont have many issues but when we need something installed, fixed or repaired, Erik and his team have ALWAYS been OUTSTANDING!   Today we had the pleasure to meet Zack!    Zack and his working partner went above and beyond.   I wasn't home but he communicated very well with me.   I trust not only Zack, but any of Erik's team members to be in my home when i cant be there.  
When it comes to supporting the local businesses, this is one service i am 100% proud to say i use when needed.

I called on a Monday and spoke to their dispatcher, Tawni. She was great! She listened attentively to me while I blathered through my plumbing needs, she asked all the right questions to gather the necessary details, and she set up an appointment for one of their techs to come out first thing Tuesday morning. I received both email and text confirmations of the scheduled appointment and another set of notifications when the tech was en route.

Tech Christopher Cartem showed up on time and was the epitome of customer-first service work. He was professional, courteous, and had a good sense of humor. I showed him around and he took note of everything that needed to be done. He quickly provided me an estimate on the spot and said he could go to work immediately and get it all done in the same day. He replaced two ancient toilets and their flanges, replaced an antediluvian garbage disposal, replaced the rusted out main shut-off valve, and replaced the angle stops for every sink. He spent a good chunk of the day doing all this work solo. I'm not one to hover around service folks when they're doing their work, so I just cut him loose and went about my business. His workmanship was excellent and he cleaned everything up before he left.

I wish every service company was this easy to work with. Quality people doing quality work. Second Opinion is now my go-to for any plumbing needs. Hat tip to Tawni and Chris, truly exceeded all my expectations. Thank you!

The Aussie Plumber really saved the day last week during an emergency without breaking the bank! Sewage drain backed up while hosting out-of-town guest for a birthday celebration. Never experienced this sort of thing before. The gal that answered the phone was extremely pleasant, patient, and knowledgeable.  Received text messaging confirming appointment, technician, arrival times, and other updates all the way through completion. Troy arrived on the scene within 2 hours and was very professional and courteous. Provided an affordable estimate and backed it up later with camera footage to show where the tree roots had busted through the pipes and another area of concern. Troy worked hard for more than 2 hours to clear the problem areas and ensured each interior drain was unobstructed to the main city connection.  The owner, James, also came by to assist and was just as pleasant and knowledgeable.  Thank you Aussie Plumber for getting rid of the ick and allowing the celebration to continue.  Highly recommend these folks for any plumbing needs!

Whenever I call up the top names or the numbers with the jingles I remember... I always forget just how high there pricing is.  When I spoke with one of the representatives from Worldly Plumbing I knew right away that the knowledge was freely given, but how was the price?  First off, every service had an up front, flat rate price with no add ons.  Secondly, I have never had any excuses from any of the service technicians... only solutions.  And lastly, they have always come & gone with courtesy & cleanliness.  I have continued to call Worldly Plumbing for all of my services needs quite simply because they are the most knowledgable & dependable company I have had the pleasure to have work for me!  & the price... is always neighborly.

I needed a couple of faucets and valves, disposal, RO, and gas cook top hooked up after kitchen remodel. Sam came the next day, was friendly, efficient, thorough and very reasonable. So happy to have found someone with good skills, and old fashioned values. I highly recommend his company and have his number saved in my contacts for future needs.

Our 8 month old A/C, which was installed by a company that rhymes with Chas Roberts, quit working and we were told it would be a week before they could look at it.  All it took was one call to Kooline and it was fixed 3 hours later.  Farzana returned my call very quickly, called her tech to confirm an opening, and texted me confirmation immediately.   Joshua was very professional and prompt, he traced my problem quickly and had the A/C running in no time.

In preparing to stucco my house there were several plumbing projects that needed done. From tucking pipes into the siding and moving a gas line to a smaller footprint and tiding it up. Eugene was able to solve all the issues with modern professionalism. Upbeat attitude and came in under estimate. Local Arizona guy cares about your projects.

Vitaliy came to my house a few weeks ago to help me drain my hot water heater. We found a lot of calcium deposits as expected. A homeowner should drain their heater every 6 months to a year depending on usage. While he was at the house he also came upstairs to check our master bath room shower drain. His snake was more effective than Draino.

Next he walked 10 feet to my wife's drain on her side of the bathroom. Having a woman with long hair before us and my wife also having long hair, lets just say he was able to open the drain. Happy to have a good plumber local to me!
