Best Water Softener Repair in Phoenix AZ

I'm really happy we found Pink Plumbing on Yelp! We got quotes from several other companies. The combination of their stellar reviews and the fact that they came in lower with the quote, made this an easy choice. The work was done today. Everything went smoothly, the tech was on time, masked up and worked quickly. There wasn't a bunch of pressure for an up sale, which we very much appreciated.  
It's good to know I have a good, honest plumber now, if I ever need one again.

Lawson family plumbing was referred to us by our home warranty carrier when our water heater broke suddenly. We put in a request in the morning and within 2 hours a very kind woman called to schedule a repair. The technician arrived right on time (early even, considering he had a four hour window) and got to work. He quickly checked the tank and damage and because of the info I provided to the woman earlier, he had all the parts to fix it. He even called a sister company to come out and check for water damage. Austin was very professional and took care of everything. He was very clear about the problem and the fix and I appreciated that he kept me in the loop.

Super responsive and helpful!! He was able to come out Monday and I asked on a Saturday!! The issue with our shower was fixed same day!! Absolutely recommend and will use again!

Uncommonly good experience.  Solid work too.  Very reasonable pricing.  So glad I hired Sound Plumbing to install the water softener I bought at HD.  They also had to install the Plumb lines as the house wasn't built to accommodate a water softener.

Had a tough time identifying where a leak was coming from in our walls, but their plumber took on the challenge and didn't give up until he found it. Did an excellent job and getting it repaired quickly.

I can't say enough about the customer service from King Plumbing & AC.  Just as luck would have it the AC in my home stopped cooling on a weekend in July, it was just running constantly.  I posted a message on Yelp that following Monday morning. King Plumbing was THE ONLY company who could come out that morning.  Luis and James arrived right on time. Both were very polite, professional and honest. They noticed the unit was low on coolant, recharged it and cool air had returned.  Next step was to reach out to Old Republic, the home warranty company, to get the AC repaired or replaced.  They sent out some shotty company who charged me 75.00 just to tell me nothing was wrong, didn't even check anything except to tell me the unit had plenty of coolant. No duh  since King had just been out a day prior.  This company then closed out the service ticket with no problem found. I called Old Republic back and stated there was a reason why the unit was so low on coolant and insisted either they repair or replace the unit.  Since King Plumbing & AC is also a contractor for Old Republic, I demanded that they open a new ticket to King.  Luis and James came out again, went up in the attic and found multiple leaks in the coil. Luis worked with the manufacturer to locate a replacement part which was so nice of him. A part was found and the insurance company approved the repair with no cost to me.  Luis and James came back out once the part arrived, replaced it and now the AC works great.  I even signed up for the maintenance plan offered by King so now twice a year the unit can be inspected so no more summer without AC.  There are so many AC companies in Maricopa County but if you are looking for a company with honesty, integrity, that goes above and beyond, by all means, look no further than King Plumbing & AC. Rich answered the phone promptly, answered questions, provided a quote (which they stuck to), and was able to schedule for the next morning.  Quality work to replace 2 gas water heaters, hauled away the old ones, oriented me on maintenance to maximize the life of these new ones.  Jake showed up on time and rest of the crew shortly after.  Good workmanship, courteous crew, and a fair price.  Only thing that seemed high was the leak pans I had them put underneath the heaters--more expensive and didn't look to be as good or deep as what I saw at Home Depot.  Everything working well and they cleaned up the area before leaving.  Trustworthy, skilled, fair pricing--now I have a go-to plumber!

Apple plumbing is honest, on time and communicative.  I feel like the technician did his best to repair items rather than tell us something needed to be replaced. This meant a less costly repair and our trust in their expertise. Will use and refer to everyone. Awesome plumber and office staff!!

Called them to check out the RO system at our house, not knowing what kind shape it was in. After having been told by another company that it would be cheaper to just replace the system and being fully prepared to do that, Brian turned out to be a welcome surprise. He changed the filter and the membrane, put in a new tank, and we were done for less than half the price of a new system.

Both the people we had interactions with at this company, whether on the phone with Brynna, or at home with Brian, were really good at their jobs and honest to a fault.

They also will give you a call to schedule filter changes on their own if you ask them to, which I'm sure anyone with a busy schedule will appreciate.

At a later date Brian came out to change out our RO faucet and that went super smooth as usual.

To sum up, affordable, fair pricing, and great quality work set them apart and I would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone who cares to ask.

I was so happy with Dignity Plumbing the 1st time I used them a month ago was for a home purchase scope. I recently hired them again to do a few large projects in my new house. They came early, finished in one day, cleaned up nicely (no messy drywall anywhere! thank you) and did a GREAT job. Super fair pricing and quality work. What more can you ask for. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

We had a water heater go out and was leaking all over. We had 3 different companies out to give quotes. We felt the most confident and comfortable with Lou at Pink Plumbers. He did a great job for us. He was on time, and did an extra item we sprung on him once there and working. He really hooked us up Ana everything was clean and working great. These guys will be my go-to from now on.

A friend asked me to house sit while this outfit worked on the house.  The estimate was less than half the total bill. They never called the owner to inform them of the cost, just presented a bill for more than twice the estimate.  Can't say much about the work, I'm not a plumber, but the business tactic leaves much to be desired.  If you're going to deal with them, get the estimate in writing!

I called for an appointment and they were quick to respond on the same day. The plumber was knowledgeable that came out to fix the garbage disposal and took care of the issue on the spot. There was some miscommunication from the dispatch, plumber and myself, so I called to clarify and the owner called me back immediately. We had a pleasant conversation to talk through it and I was extremely impressed with the customer service, which is such an admirable quality in a business to understand where there is room for improvement. I really liked the responsiveness and the owners business etiquette.

The best customer service!  Trevor E. came out today to assist us with a clog in the main line.  Trevor was patient, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable.   We will have to have some repair work for a cracked pipe under the driveway, and the owner Brian has given us a quote.  These gentlemen have been exceptional, and they take the time to answer all our questions!  While it is no fun to have this kind of plumbing issue, we are grateful to have found such an excellent place to do our repairs.

James repaired a toilet and replaced another for me a year ago. Great work, really professional, efficient service by James. More recently Cameron replaced 3 bath faucets and so pleased again with the job he did. I highly recommend Aussie Plumber. And I will use their service again for my next project.

Jorge did a Great job!  He was on-time, worked professionally and proficiently.  Kept us informed as he worked through the installation, and walked us through how often to change the filters and membrane in our new RO system.  He made sure we were pleased with his performance.  Will definitely use them again!  Pricing was much more reasonable than 4 other quotes I received from larger companies.  Saved over $350 by using Go Direct!
