Best Gas Furnace Repair in Phoenix AZ

Couldn't be happier with Hay's. Frank and Mike are excellent, very knowledgeable HVAC gurus and we're grateful for them. The supporting staff is also wonderful to work with. They ALL get the job done!! We made a switch from using a big well known company in the Valley, for many reasons, and Hays checked out. I was upfront about expectations and type of service my clients expect and they always make me proud. I'm a property manager and Hays makes my job easier. They deliver timely service, decent prices, and professionalism.  This is going to sound cheesy, but it it pays to call Hays.

I don't recommend their plumbing department. They couldn't figure out the most basic toilet issue. I ended up fixed my toilet myself by watching a YouTube video AND was still out $100+ for their fee.

Our daughter's house had a plumbing issue and water leaking from the kitchen. I had called a couple other plumbing companies in the area but no one could come out right away, some were booking 2 weeks out. I called King Plumbing around 2 pm. The repairman arrived before 5 pm and had the repair complete inside of 1-2 hours. I cannot remember the name of the gentleman that did the repair but he was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. The cost of the repair was also reasonable. I do recommend this company and will use this company again if needed.

Justin was here a year ago and again today.  He's thorough, explains what's going on and is very polite.  This is why I like Hobaica.  I feel very comfortable having your employees in my home.

I had gotten quotes from a large chain plumber and they had been insanely high for my plumbing emergency.  Sam came out and figured out the problem and fixed it in under 30 minutes. He saved me potentially hundreds off the other quotes.  He was experienced and professional, kept his card for all our future plumbing needs. Highly recommend

We had a handyman out to our home to hang some patio lights. In the process, something happened where we could not get any electricity. I called Hope, and they came out the very same day. They were able to diagnose the issue and fix the problem easily. They worked very neatly and efficiently. I will be using Hope from here on out! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Hansen Family Plumbing has been our go-to for our plumbing needs for many years. From major underground pipe repair thanks to tree roots, to your more basic faucet issues, I've called them for various needs and have always received excellent customer service and prompt appointments. I always highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

Very helpful and honest company. They were able to complete the requested work very quickly. I would definitely use them again.

I was having a tough time finding someone to fix my Midea Air-handler, as it is not a common brand of A/C.  When I called 1800Plumber+Air, Ben answered the phone and listened to exactly what the issue was- he took down the model of my unit and actually talked through the repairs with his tech before sending him out.  The other companies I called (Goettl and George Brazil)just have an answering service and they do not relay any important info to their techs, thus having them show up only to say they could not fix it or find parts.  
Ben listened to my issues and the awful experiences i had at the other places and said he would take care of it for me and that the tech he was sending, Travis - was the best.  Travis showed up and quickly fixed my A/C (needed a new control board) and only charged me half of what the others said a new board would cost if they could find one to fit my unit.  I will never call anyone else again but these guys for plumbing and A/C!!!

Updating my review after receiving a follow-up letter from a Wayne Decker from PlumbSmart.  

Wayne read about our experience with the company and wrote to express his apologies along with a $260 check to make up for the extra expenses I described in my previous review.  He also enclosed a $25 gift card to Outback Steakhouse.  

I was pleasantly shocked and surprised by the act of kindness on the part of the company.  I am impressed that our poor experience was not only noticed, but also that the company made an effort to reach out to us and try to improve our experience.  

My feelings about using this company again have certainly changed. I would be willing to use this company again now that I can see that the company is a bit more honest and fair than I previously experienced. :-)

I called the plumber to get my clogged toilet fixed.  Mohammed responded quickly to fix it.  It was Very professional and done at affordable price.

I'd like to give a shout out to Frisco! He came out to our house the night we got home from vacation only to find the Inside temp was 90, and the blowing temp was 100. But He did something that night (whatever he did my air started working)and came out the following day to install new thermostats. He really saved us, we have 4 kids and they were not happy campers! And all the local hotels were booked!

This company is unbelievably bad. We used the company on two separate occasions for minor plumbing work. On both occasions they sent the same technician, Brandon. He was unprofessional, rude and provided no value.

The second visit involved a minor plumbing clog. It's something we had gone through before and I simply needed the plumber to snake the pipe from the vent on the roof. Despite me explaining the problem several times, Brandon had no idea what he was doing and was not able to get the problem resolved. He nevertheless charged me $100. After he left, I went to Home Depot and rented my own snake, and unclogged the drain from the vent on the roof in less than 20 minutes.

Bottom line, do not hire this company for plumbing work unless you want to waste your money and time.

Booked appointment a month ago. They confirmed day before appointment. Received a call the day of appointment saying that the technician called out and that they would need to reschedule to August 20th. No real apology just we are really busy and will note to not reschedule you again.

I wanted to give Tommy Moreno a positive review.   He was very informative and did a great job of explaining things in English and Spanish.    He was knowledgeable about the work to be done.

I had Yavapai come and do an A/C maintenance before the hot summer season. I have a unit going on 20 years and didn't want to have to buy a new unit if possible. Jose Gomez was an amazing technician that told me exactly what I needed to have done. Work was done promptly and now my A/C am ready for summer.

This will be my go to place for AC, electrical and plumbing. I had them re plumb my house. The job turned out beautiful. They were very professional. Kept me updated on how the job was going. Finished 2 days early. Reasonably priced for the job. Thank you Kim and Steve

Very quick to communicate, answered all questions was upfront with pricing and quote without needing to do the whole dog and pony of sending a tech first. on top of that came is as one of the cheapest quotes out of the 13 quotes I got and was able to come out the quickest.
