Best Gas Furnace Repair in Phoenix AZ
Matt came out to fix my aging AC unit and I had expected to incur significant repair costs. Matt happened to be the most informative and respectful AC repairman that I've ever had. He walked me through his two pronged approach towards repairing the unit. If either option did not work, I might have a compressor problem. He actually got physically inside the unit to carefully repair wiring on the side of the compressor. I had never seen this type of careful attention before with prior fuse and capacitor replacements. His repair worked, and his subsequent testing showed that the unit was working great and that there was no major problem. I appreciated his hard work and honesty, making the small necessary fixes, vs. taking advantage of the situation and telling me my only option was to replace the entire unit, which is exactly what another repairman had told me earlier in the day. Matt was my second opinion.

The Field Supervisor, Todd Longbrake showed up to give me quote on installing an AC systems at my home. I've been calling to find out about the quote for the last two months. Turns out he never filed a quote....just found out Todd has left the company! Now they want to send out another supervisor to my home to do another inspection.....are you kidding me....no THANK YOU!!

I would NOT recommend this company to anyone, and here's why.
I got a call from my fiancé about our A/C that went out, so I call Cool Ace/Ace Air expecting great service as previous customers swayed me to believe. I first called to schedule an appointment around 4:15 PM and was told that I would be contacted within 30-45 minutes. I get home around 5:45 PM and still no call, so I call them back to see if they were still coming to help us out, as I do know that these things do take time and they are working with other customers. So the agent I spoke with tells me the tech is finishing up another customer and will be calling me soon and this was around 5:50-6PM. So I wait another hour and a half, and decide to give them a call to see what was going on as it is now getting dark. So now it's 7:30 PM and I am a little upset but I didn't let it show, I call back and I'm sure they all know me from the previous calls, speak with the supervisor who apologizes and gives me HIS WORD that the technician will be at my home at 9:00 PM to take care of the A/C. To sum it all up, it's now 10:10 PM and we are still without A/C. And what makes this so bad is there was no phone call to let us know they weren't coming.
