We called Mark on a Friday morning regarding an issue with the garbage disposal in our Old City condo. He was polite and professional and got us right on the schedule. He fixed the disposal an hour later and provided the invoice we requested, in the manner we requested. Great service- no complaints! We'll definitely use JB Plumbing should issues arise in the future.

We have a basement powder room that ties to an ejector pump. Over the last few days I didn't hear it running at all, so I put out a Yelp SOS and Boss responded the quickest. Warren scheduled with me and came out this morning to take a look -- good news for me as it was just clogged and not in need of replacement.

Warren and DJ arrived promptly, were friendly, good communicators, and had my problem solved in under an hour. I'm really appreciative of their expertise and how quick they got me back to normal. You can't beat that level of responsiveness and resolution!

Aqua did a great job - came on the weekend to check out the problem, moved quickly to get me an invoice and schedule the job.  The day they installed the heater, they were on time, masked, and did a great job, including extra support for pipes and just generally a clean and competent job.  They were also friendly and helpful.

You can 100% trust this company. Fair prices, fair service and the owner is there to help, not to gouge you like other companies that told me I had to replace my disposal. Feel free to call other companies like I did, but this one is best.

Needed to have an Instant Hot Water Dispenser and garbage disposal remote button installed. Had to drill two holes in my granite countertop to install. Rick was quick to respond with a fair quote. Made the entire process painless and explained everything in detail. Very meticulous and left the place cleaner than he found it! Would definitely recommend and plan on using again soon!

Mike Miller is outstanding!  He was recommended by a friend.  We used him because the contractor through Home Warranty didn't fix the problem but made it worse.  Mike was honest, professional and even recommend I buy a part to save money!  In the end, he found more issues but fixed them all and came back to spend a full day replaced three shutoff valves whose packing nuts were leaking with levers using copper pipes, installed a flood stop shutoff valve, installed PRV and expansion tank, replaced valve at main and installed new kitchen sink faucet.  Two weeks later the flood stop shutoff valve did its job since suddenly we had a slow leak under the hot weater heater. I called Mike who came out that day and replaced the tank that suddenly went.  Highly recommended! A professional plumber who does top notch work at reasonable prices (lower than others). Showed up on time and was extremely friendly but didn't address or fix my issue after I explained my leak in detail (tech seemed like he was in a hurry).  I also called regarding another issue and was told I would get a callback- it's been 2 months and I'm still waiting....

Decided not to use them but appreciated their quick response. I like companies They charge $87.00 to come out. I like the companies that come out & give Free Estimates. I already paid $55 for Alliance to come out and they told me what I needed so I didn't want to pay another $87 for them to come out and get their charge for what I already needed to get repaired therefore I looked for another company who did free estimates. The woman I spoke to who works there Christine was very nice she did say they had a $60 off coupon to use and she did give me a price on a new toilet which the other company told me I needed. But when I found a company who gave me free estimates this licensed & insured company repaired all the insides of my toilet tank & it cost me half the price. My toilet works perfectly. Fixed: leaking faucet, installed a new vanity and sink, installed a new outdoor spigot. Quoted quickly over the phone, came quickly did great work for a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend Chris Williams enough. Chris has done many jobs for our family in both our previous home and our new home. He installed an entire master bathroom addition for us as well as other smaller jobs and repairs. Most recently Chris has helped us during a water main clog right before the holidays when we had family visiting and we're in a major pinch! If we had not hired him for the job, we would very likely have ended up with waste water overflowing in our first floor kitchen and bathroom on Christmas Eve!

He has gone above and beyond in many ways - from being available via text and cell at late hours, to taking the time to fully explain in layman's terms the details of every job he has done. He lets you know why he recommends the solution he is proposing as well as gives you options. He clearly thinks through each situation with care and does what is best for the homeowner. These plumbers did a fantastic job hooking up a utility sink and fixing a broken toilet flange. Easy to work, knowledgable and friendly!

I had been using a plumber I was not thrilled with and almost called him again but I read the reviews here and decided to use Mr. Rooter. I got same day service for my leaking sink. Joe came out and was very professional. He gave me all my options and we decided to install a new faucet. Joe found other leaks in my sink area and cleaned them up for me. Before Joe arrived, I received a text with his photo and history so I would know who to expect. I felt compelled to write this review since I was helped by others who gave good ratings and led me to Mr. Rooter.

I had a few leaky pipes in my basement which resulted in flooding as well as a clogged toilet. I called Kevin at 9am on Monday morning and by 2pm he was at my house checking out the basement for me. What I thought was a leaking pipe in my basement turned out to be a whole other issue that Kevin was able to take care of for me. After a quick inspection and an estimate, Kevin was at my house bright and early on Wednesday morning. His prices were reasonable, he was prompt, quick and quiet. Now thanks to Kevin there is no more leaking in my basement and my toilet is fixed. I am 100% satisfied and will recommend Kevin and Vinko plumbing for any plumbing or heating services in the future!

Nic came out promptly to replace my shower diverters and some eroded pipes in the back. He was quick, professional and explained everything he did. I'll be using him for all my future plumbing/HVAC needs, and the best part is, he is a local small business owner.

I reached out to Yelp on Sunday.. Mark got in contact immediately. He come out the next day on time , and got the job done in an hour. Very professional and reliable, will definitely use him and he's highly recommended!

Someone from Goodman comes out to provide an estimate for a leaky bathtub faucet. After that I show him another problem a leak at a valve that only occurred when turned on but would stop after being turned off.  He proceeds to ask for pliers and breaks the bulb and left.
I call the office to tell them and they said I was blaming them my problem with this is
1.My problem was he left without acknowledging he made the problem worse and
2. When I called the office they made every excuse in the book including he meant well... as if meaning well is an excuse for cracking a bulb and leaving water running when it was not continuously running previously. I will never do business with this firm again. Thankfully I found an honest plumber with fair rates goodbye Goodman plumbing I will never recommended you to anyone again. To bad you don't live up to the good in Goodman plumbing.

My partner and I have been wrestling with some plumbing issues in our new home so we called in Best Choice for a second opinions on the fixes the builder had done. They sent over Sam who 100% lived up to the name best choice! Right off the bat he pulled booties on over his shoes to walk through our home (the poor guy came in a blizzard) and was knowledgeable and charming. He worked through our basement walls for about three hours diagnosing the situation and spotting things that the builders had deliberately tried to hide. Sam ended up calling in Anthony for a second opinion on his discoveries and the two of them assembled a list of wrong doings and helped us pull the permits for the work that was done.

I cannot possibly thank them enough for their thorough work and positive attitude. We are in for an absolute nightmare of work in our home and I am very happy to have Best Choice by our side going forward.
