Mark came out to fix an interior leak related to spigot on the front of our house. His response time and communication were great. He showed up right on schedule, completed the repair quickly, left the space cleaner than he found it. It is rare when working with a contractor is that easy. JB Plumbing will definitely be my first call for plumbing needs moving forward.

I couldn't be happier with Aqua Plumbing! I messaged on Yelp last night in a panic after sewage started coming up my basement sink drain.  They were quick to respond, easy to schedule via yelp messenger, and included an estimate. Vinny came today and he is a gem. He called when he was on his way, wore a mask, and was incredibly professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem, walked me through what was happening, and then fixed it all in less than an hour.  The price was very reasonable- much lower than quotes from some of the other companies I called. I would use them again in a heartbeat and will be recommending them to family and neighbors.

John was fantastic- would highly recommend and will definitely use again for any of my plumbing needs. We had to have our sewer line replaced, having a reliable professional made the situation much easier.  He was on time everyday, provided daily progress reports, and charges more than fair rates for his work.

Kit and his team are wonderful to work with. We needed a new water heater to be installed within a difficult, small location within our house, and we were debating whether or not we could use a tankless water heater. Prior to the appointment, Kit texted with me back and forth over my options and answered all of my questions, and in the end we realized a traditional water heater made the most sense. Kit and his team then arrived right on time for the appointment (I feel like that is a rarity with many contractors these days), and he was incredibly respectful and communicative. He noticed that I didn't have shoes on in our house and we had a shoe rack with shoes lined up on it, and so he asked if we normally don't wear shoes in our house and offered to take his shoes off. I was so shocked and grateful since I've never had a contractor be that considerate before! Not only did he do a great job removing our old water heater and installing a new one, but he also cleaned up afterwards and put everything back the way it was. He truly was a pleasure to work with, and I'm grateful to have a plumber whom we know we can trust to communicate as needed throughout the process and can do great, professional work. Thanks again!

We found Rick Lucas Plumbing on Yelp and they did a great job with our service call!

We were having some issues with our plumbing and so we got in touch in order to get a repair quote. Rick was extremely fast with getting back to us, it took around 10 minutes to hear from him which is really great. For most area providers it takes a few hours at least.

We then scheduled the job and it went very well. They gave us a heads up via text when they were on their way and showed up right on time. They were considerate about their presence and didn't cause a big disruption to our work or kids schooling schedule, which is a big deal now that a lot of people are stuck at home due to Covid-19. I also appreciated that they let me know what specific repairs they were going to do prior to doing them, just so we knew what to expect. Once they got started with the work, the job was completed in a reasonable amount of time.

I'm definitely a fan now and will use them in the future if the need arises.

After receiving a call from the water department about my $300 outstanding bill I knew it had to be from the toilet in our powder room. I had called a different local plumber from the yellow pages 2 weeks prior and never got a return call. So I tried again, this time via yelp and selected Miller Plumbing. They are local and had positive reviews. He was very responsive and fit me in that same day as he had another call in the neighborhood. He was on time, and diagnosed and solved the problem immediately and explained why, although the toilet is getting older, there was no need to replace it. He also took care of a local neighbor who called him when I told them he was visiting me that day. Miller Plumbing is now the only call I will make.

Super quick and reasonable. Justin and Justin were awesome, very professional and efficient.

They unclogged my kitchen pipes and showed up early.

Don't waste your money on Lye and Crystal Heat.
All of those liquid plumbers are garbage too.
I spent about $50 on those shits before finally calling a plumber.

I cannot recommend Chris Williams enough. Chris has done many jobs for our family in both our previous home and our new home. He installed an entire master bathroom addition for us as well as other smaller jobs and repairs. Most recently Chris has helped us during a water main clog right before the holidays when we had family visiting and we're in a major pinch! If we had not hired him for the job, we would very likely have ended up with waste water overflowing in our first floor kitchen and bathroom on Christmas Eve!

He has gone above and beyond in many ways - from being available via text and cell at late hours, to taking the time to fully explain in layman's terms the details of every job he has done. He lets you know why he recommends the solution he is proposing as well as gives you options. He clearly thinks through each situation with care and does what is best for the homeowner. He and his team have always been courteous and kind, and on top of it all, his prices are very fair and reasonable. If prefer to work with someone you can trust and feel comfortable with, go with Chris!

I was really impressed with My Plumber's team. Mike went above and beyond to take care of us.  We had a wobbly toilet bowl due to a broken plastic flange that a previous plumber refused to fix since it's a pain. Mike did the job really well but also solved another unrelated issue in our basement bathroom without charging us extra.  Will definitely work only with him going forward.  He is really knowledgeable and cool. Strongly recommend!

Kevin was on time, professional And courteous. I needed a simple drain cleaning. Very affordable. Highly recommend.

We were looking for help with our clogged kitchen sink, had tried everything on our end and needed a professional! Kevin communicated with us in a timely, organized way, showed up on time, and stayed until the problem was totally fixed. He needed various extra tools and parts as the problem was bigger than expected, but worked through it until he knew it was right. Waited extra 10 minutes just running the kitchen sink to be sure all was fixed, and checked in with us a couple days later. He was professional, courteous, and thorough! Pricing was fair. Would highly recommend.

Nic came out promptly to replace my shower diverters and some eroded pipes in the back. He was quick, professional and explained everything he did. I'll be using him for all my future plumbing/HVAC needs, and the best part is, he is a local small business owner.

I reached out to Yelp on Sunday.. Mark got in contact immediately. He come out the next day on time , and got the job done in an hour. Very professional and reliable, will definitely use him and he's highly recommended!

I just had my water heater replaced by Goodman Plumbing.  They were the best priced, very professional, very knowledgeable, and very clean in their removal and replacement/installation process.  As the technician, George, said to me, We do everything we can to leave the place in the same clean condition than before we arrived.  I appreciate that.  They were timely in their arrival, and called when they were en route to my house.  After the installation, George ran through what he did to ensure I was confident in the job competed.  I will most definitely use Goodman Plumbing in the future.  I'attached some pictures from today's job they did for me.  

Update: Literally the best Plumbing/HVAC company I have ever dealt with for my home.  Goodman just installed a new central air system. Absolutely meticulous work and they go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect.  They also happen to be best in pricing, but my main drive is service and reliability.

I should start by saying that their technicians, for the most part, are very good and competent.  
The major issue is with their customer service.  They quoted us a price to install a tankless water heater, which we were really on the fence about getting, and we agreed to the price.  They installed it, but, now we discover 3 months later, they installed it incorrectly.  The gas supply needed a certain pipe set-up and they failed to do it properly.  Once the water heater stopped working and this was determined to be the problem, Best Choice still insisted we pay for the fix-- even though it was their mistake.  They said they were giving us a discounted price on the fix because it was their mistake, but really it should have been discounted to zero.  Stupid business practice: they've now lost in future business way more than the fix would have cost them.
