Best Water Heater Installation in Orlando FL
I've lived in Clermont for a few years a tried different plumbers. Tom Griffin is by far the best you will find! He gets the work done quick and efficiently and is extremely knowledgeable. He is the only plumber I will use in the future for all of my home and office plumbing needs.

I had a major issue with getting the snake out of my drain in the backyard today. I called several major company that did not solve much and told me it would cost $500 or more to get the stuck snake out. The snake was rented from Home Depot and I needed it out ASAP. That's when I came across action plumbing and thankful that I did. They were friendly and very informative. On top of that came out within the day and helped me retrieve the snake out. Pedro was amazing and super sweet. I would definitely recommend everyone to go for small family business like this one. They are friendly, quick to service, and reasonable! Don't let the other plumbing company such as roto rooter charge you an arm and a leg. Also special thanks to Lily who helped me over the phone! :)

Professional, knowledgeable and kind. This company is by far the best general contractor/plumbing company we've experienced. They started on our project just a few short days after initial contact. Completed the job in a timely manner and waiting for an addition 20 minutes to ensure the new hot water heaters were working appropriately. We're grateful to have finally found plumbers/contractors that we trust. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Gregg was extremely responsive! He gave an accurate quote over the phone and came by same day to fix my issue. He came up with a quick solution and was in and out in under an hour. Truly appreciate the work and we will definitely use this company again!

The plumber that arrived was very professional and addressed all our questions. They cleaned up after replacing the toilet. Very friendly and reasonably priced. Would recommend. And if I ever have more plumbing issues, I will definitely call back!

I had another company yesterday come tell me that A) I need the system pumped B) I have drain field issues due to high water levels C) the drain field would cost around 5k to fix/replace if need be so. I was not a happy camper last night.
Lapin was recommended to me by a close friend, and Chris came out same day and found that my filter was clogged (not even checked by company A). That was my one and only problem. As soon as he pulled the filter, the water levels went back to normal, and he charged me the bare minimum. I don't even need a pump out for another 2-3 years. Talk about honesty. Thank you for being a stand up company, saved me at least 300 bucks all the way up to 5,000. Thank you Chris.

Excellent. Speedy. Professional. On Tuesday morning we had an emergency. The toilet in the condo we rent overflowed into the bedroom closet and the bedroom. Mr. Rooter was the 3rd company I called and the ONLY one that was able to send someone out within 2 hours. They were there within an hour! From the person who took the call and called when the technician Justin was 10 minutes out. Excellent! Justin was professional, confident, thorough. The work and knowledge he provided gave the condo owner the nudge to replace another toilet in her property the very next day. I will recommend this company to any one I know who may need the many services you offer. Thank you for helping our family.

Their website says they service Clermont, but the tech I talked to on the phone said they will only go 4 miles from the Turnpike. Very misleading.

I called Johnson Brothers Plumbing 2 x in 1 week. 1st they referred me to American Leak Detectors which was a great referral and 2nd time for them to come and make sure all was well.
They came the following week and the Tech did an excellent job explaining what was happening, what the original issue may have been, and potential solutions if I was interested.
Devon, the consultant took the time to make sure I understood the information and to see if I had any questions.
Great service all the way around.

He was hired to install my two toilets and did so. After a year later, I have no issues with the work he did and I would highly recommend!

Awful, awful company. Worked on the AC unit in the downstairs apartment and next thing I have water and dirt spewing out of my unit. Guy tells me not to worry that he will come back and fix it if anything happens... Fast forward a few weeks and my AC breaks so I call them and ask them to come check it out, like they said they would, and they proceeded to tell me I would be charged. The woman was extremely rude on the phone to me so I asked for a manager. Owner, billy, comes on the phone and i begin to explain the situation. He was disgustingly rude and incompetent and kept cutting me off and would not let me speak. When I told him I was told I would not be charged, the owner told me the other guy would have to come out on his own time as he wouldn't pay for him to come and that he doesn't work for free and he hung up the phone on me. Way to run a business, billy.

Avoid this place at all costs. My landlord took a job that required him to move out of state. He and his wife decided to rent their lovely home to myself and my wife. Because they had to leave suddenly, and there was work that needed to be done on this house prior to us moving in, I agreed to be available to let in the people from Pete's Plumbing to re-pipe the house.
My landlord paid and gave them instructions that I was the point of contact and gave them my number, letting them know that I was going to be letting them in and out. So they call when I am driving in to work and want to meet me right then and there to have me give them the house key so that they could have full access to the house. I let them know that not only was I not able to drop everything and go meet them across town, that they had been told that I would be letting them in.
The person I was speaking with (Joey I think, but definitely the co-owner/son of the founder) became belligerent and asked why it was such a hassle for me to give them the key. I advised that I am simply following up with the wishes of the homeowner. He then said to me We have $3,000 of his money, so we will be doing it the way I say, and then he hung up on me.
I texted my landlord and let him know what had just happened, then called back. I got the same gentleman. I asked him calmly why he thought it was ok to hang up on a customer and talk me that way and he apologized and said that it would not happen again. I then explained that there are thousands of dollars of laminate flooring sitting in that house waiting for install, and that I did not feel comfortable handing over the keys with that much loose material laying around, especially with the way that he was insisting. He then said that he would have someone call me to schedule.
A few minutes later I get a call from the same number, but it was a different gentleman. He advised that he can be out there tomorrow at 9 AM. I take the day off of work and head over to the house around 8:30, but five minutes before I get to the house I get a text, not a phone call, saying that they cannot make the 9:00 time. I say no biggie and ask what time they can do this. He says he will get back to me ASAP.
1:00 rolls around and there is still no word so I text back and ask what the time table looks like. I get a reply that there is only one more job and then my house. 40 minutes later I get a text saying Dale is on his way to you. I reply ok, be there in 20
I head over to the house again and sit there for almost an hour when I get a text that says
Very sorry, I have multiple customers texting me and I was unaware I was texting you. We cannot work on your home at all today.
My reply I took the whole day off today. Why tell me you can do it at 9:00 am and then not do it at all?
His response: Because we could have finished it yesterday but you couldn't meet after our conversation in the morning
By this point I had taken about enough, so I call him and realize that the person who is texting me is the same person I was talking to on the phone yesterday. I asked him why he blaming this on me when he had no reasonable expectation of me being available the day before. Then he really became unhinged. Here are but a few snippets of what were said to me, a guy that just wants some plumbing done, by a person that was paid $3k to do a job:
I am 30 years old. This is the only job I have ever had. - Ok, not sure what relevance that has
Me and my dad are laughing at you right now. I have never seen a house so hard to get in to -- my reply, naturally, was hard? All you have to do is call me and set a time
Fuck you. I am not talking to you anymore. Give me the owner's number so that I can tell him what I think about you clowns.
He used the F-bomb about ten more times in the course of the conversation.
In Summary:
*The person that seems to co-own this business, and answers the phones as well as scheduled appointments, is emotionally unstable
*They are not able to keep time commitments. I am not talking about a few hours, either.
*They will, for some reason, insist on having a key to your home despite having someone ready and available to let them in when needed. If you deny them unfettered access to your home then they will become belligerent and curse you out, then hang up on you. This is highly suspicious behavior and makes me feel like they want inside the house for more than ethical reasons.
*They are unprofessional and undeserving of your money. Once you hand that check over all decorum goes out the window.
Contact them at your own risk.

I made the mistake of not reading and trusting reviews, you should not make the same mistake. Brownie's will promptly show up to collect your hard earned money and hacking the job for quik fix.
We paid top-dollar for a septic sump pump with 3 year warranty from Brownie's. They didn't install correctly and it stopped working in 16 months. Now, they decided to not honor the warranty with some lame excuses and trying to sell me a new overpriced install. They are not getting any business from me, my friends or my neighbors. Fool me once shame on you, fool me again shame on me!!!

I'm a Realtor and I often need to hire a variety of different service contractors for different things on behalf of a buyer or seller. In this case I needed to have the polybutylene plumbing system inspected on behalf of my buyer's insurance company. Rainaldi was recommended to me by another agent, so I called them yesterday and they set an appointment for this morning with the tech instructed to call me with 30 minutes advance notice. So, I'm on standby all morning and no call. No big deal, right. They're probably busy and running a bit behind schedule. Very common in the service industry. I wait until 1:30 and call the office to make sure everything is ok and that I'm still on the schedule for today. They verify that yes, I'm still on the schedule for this afternoon, but there's no way to give me a time. No worries. I understand that this is normal, so I sit by the phone all afternoon waiting for the tech to call. Well, 4:45pm comes rolling around and still no call. I call the office again and they say the tech called me at 4:30 and there was no answer, so they sent him to another call and I'll be next. What!!!! I've received calls all day with no problem whatsoever, but I somehow missed the one call I've been waiting on all day?!?!?! I checked my phone and there was no missed call. I repeat, no missed call. Anyway, still not a big deal since the tech is still coming, so I verified they had my number down correctly and continued to wait on standby. About 5:15 the tech calls and informs me that if he comes out now it will be considered an after hours service call and I will be charged overtime rates that's almost double what I was originally quoted. Seriously?!?!?! They are the ones who scheduled the call for this morning and after making me wait an entire day, they try to screw me over and charge me overtime rates because they couldn't make it before 5:00?!?!?! I am completely stunned that this company would behave in such a incompetent, unprofessional and unethical manner without even batting an eye, especially to a Realtor who has the potential to bring them thousands of dollars in future business and referrals. I suppose I should consider myself lucky because if this how they treat their customers, I'm scared to think what might have happened had they actually performed any service work at my clients house.

It was not a good experience. Although they were very nice , it became obvious they were not prepared to do the job. They didn't have the tools or materials. The screws to hang the mirror were in the wrong place. They left with the job unfinished and I had to spend another $250 to get the job finished.
