Kenneth is the best plumber that I have used in San Francisco (past 8 yrs).  I have had two service calls at two different locations.
One call was for a blockage which included a pipe to the street.  He was thorough and communicated potential costs clearly.  The tenant, in this case, was so pleased with his friendliness and kindness to her and efficiency.  I felt that his prices were very fair for the work involved.
   In the second instance, he responded the same day and he was efficient and cleaned up quickly after the work.  I would highly recommend Ken for any plumbing issues in the future.  I clearly will
call him first.

I meant to write a review a couple of months ago...better late than never.  I needed to get the sewer lateral replaced pronto back in October and sooooo happy that I chose Tsering and his great staff from Everest.  He gave the best quote and was uber nice.  They took care of the repaving of the street (gutter to gutter) too in the quote.  Very happy with their work and thx to all the great reviews on Yelp for helping me select them.   He didn't charge me extra when we discovered that half of the line was cast iron instead of terra-cotta and had to dig into my driveway.  I've recommended Tsering to two friends already and will keep spreading the good word.

We had problem with our drainage in the bathroom which caused a leak in our closet downstairs. He came to check it out and advised what needed to be done. He was able to fix it and replace any outdated parts. Thanks Ben.

Thank you Handyman Moe for the help. I will be using them again when the next problem arise.  We ended up taking the sink out and installing a new one. But all in all 3 hours on the dot wasn't bad at all. Definitely a good recommendation from some good real estate agent friends .

I hired Lunt Marymor to help diagnose why my faucets and toilet were constantly running/leaking. They came out at a convenient time and ON TIME, and told me that the sediment in my old pipes was a factor in the leaky faucets and that my old toilet couldn't make a seal.
They installed a super low flow toilet and a replacement faucet.
Check this out: yesterday I got my water bill. A year ago today, 49/gallons a day of water used. As of yesterday, 12/gallons a day! I couldn't believe how much water I had been wasting and I am eternally grateful for the kind, knowledgeable and affordable service I received.
Also, I really appreciate that they didnt try to sell me on other things and that I feel like I have a plumbing company that I can trust.

5/18/15 - Ronald Zambrano and another plumber from Atlas came to fix our sewer line. Previously two other plumbers were unable to fix the clogged line even with their 20'(?) snakes. The Atlas plumbers tried their snake from the bathroom with no success so they went to the front of the house and put a camera into the sewer line. It was like a colonoscopy for the sewer line! I watched their camera snake through the cracked pipe on their monitor. How neat!

They were able to clear the clogged pipe that two other plumbers couldn't. After clearing the sewer line, he suggested that we replace our old, cracked clay pipe with a cast iron pipe.

Mid-July 2015 - we called Atlas Plumbing and Rooter to make an appointment to replace our cracked clay sewer line. (It would take 3 days) They were able to schedule an appointment on July 27,28 &29.
On some of the hottest days this summer, 4 workers came out to excavate, remove and replace the sewer line. The next day they waited in the sweltering heat for the inspector to come. After another contractor put in new concrete, they came to pick up the clean up and pick up their caution barriers.

With their professional service, I can see why this company is Diamond Certified and BBB approved. If you need your plumbing fixed, call this company and you won't be disappointed.

Prompt, fast and fair.  It doesn't get any better than that. Problem solved. Good guy.

Staff was courteous but they didn't resolve our water leakage problem.  There was visible water damage on the hardwood floor and cabinets but source of leak was unknown. They came and open up the wall under the kitchen sink and after about an hour, they said they couldn't locate the leak and suggested that we call the Leak Detection company again.  Charged us $225 for opening the wall and asked us to call them back once leak detection specialist locates the leak.  We contacted Better Homes Construction late at night and was able to schedule an appointment the following day.  They came, open up the wall some more and found the leak in less than an hour and fixed the broken pipe.

Update:  Plumbing Care called and graciously apologized for the incident.  They offered to return the $225, which would have been subtracted from the total cost of the job had they had chance to complete the project.  Updating to 2 stars for the way management promptly followed up to rectify the issue.

Awais and his associate (didn't catch his name) were awesome, they came to take care of our issue of the water pipe leaking. The problem was that the tree next to the pipe had its roots underground growing and growing which ended up pressuring and breaking the pipe thus causing the leak. They did a fantastic job digging up the site around the pipe, cutting up the invasive roots and replaced the broken pipe connector, and cleaned everything back up to its original state, as was if a repair job never happened. They were friendly and communicative throughout as well. Will definitely recommend and contact Awais should anything else come up in the future.

Once again a solid performance by Savior! In and out on less than an hour. Send them a pic of the problem and they arrive with replacement. Staff is ALWAYS friendly and flexible throughout the process. Highly recommend them on your next epic plumbing issue!!

Rey is fantastic. When we needed urgent service he responded promptly, efficiently and did superb work for a price that made other estimates seem absurd. Indeed, our experience with Rey at every level was superior to any we've ever had with other plumbers - or the experiences we've heard from others who weren't as fortunate to have called Lacayo Colt Plumbing first.

Our furnace stopped working and I reached out to Jazz Heating.  I'm always paranoid that I'll get overcharged by repair companies and asked for a price for fixing one of the known problems.  They were one of the only companies that would give me an all in price before coming out which I appreciated. Sanny came out the next day and spent over an hour diagnosing the problems.  In short, the furnace was way over its lifetime with several problems. They gave me a clear price to fix everything or replace it.  They charged me $59 for coming out and will wave that fee if/when we buy a new furnace. Super professional! 100% recommend

I had a leak under my kitchen sink which I attempted to fix with some marine putty at the recommendation of an employee at the local Ace hardware store. While it did slow the leak, it definitely didn't stop it completely.  

Plumbing Guys was the first 24-hour plumber I found on Yelp, and I'm glad I did.  Wally came out the very next day, identified that the faucet needed to be replaced, and quoted me a price.  I purchased a new faucet that night and Wally came back the very next day to replace it.  Because of the marine putty I used, removing the old faucet was much more difficult to than expected, and took Wally and his guy a little longer than expected.  Never the less, Wally stuck to his quote, and no more leak.

I was notified by the Water Dept. of a possible plumbing leak.  I called CR&P and spoke with Daniel who was very friendly and responsive to my concerns. He made an appointment to come and check out the problem. He arrived in a mask and made the necessary repair to a leaking toilet in about half an hour. I would highly recommend them again.
