Best Toilet Repair in Oakland CA

There were issues with the bathroom pipes in the apartment above me. I came home to find 2 holes in the ceiling above my shower. The property manager contacted Kenneth Asire Plumbing. Thanks to Justin, the pipes have been repaired. He was very kind, courteous and understanding. I would highly recommend Justin for all your plumbing needs.

I had Everest out to my El Sobrante home to do the trenchless lateral replacement. They were fantastic! Tsering did everything he said he would, when he would (in one day!), for the price he quoted. My brother hired another company to do the same thing on his house...that company started the job on Saturday, left it alone on Sunday, came back Monday, but here it is Tuesday and the street still isn't patched. I had a tiny concern about Chas. B. review saying that they left some rubble...I mentioned that to Tsering and I had no issue with it here. Nice patch in the street, yard is clean...no complaints at all.

Water line into the house and regulator were leaking in several spots. URV was able to do the quote with just a series of close-up photos of the problems, which sped things up. URV had the lowest quote out of several contractors, and then showed up quickly. Two hours later, I had a new regulator and my formerly cruddy, leaky piping looked shiny and dry. 5 stars.

My toilet seal was broken and the toilet itself was wobbly.
Bennyson  was punctual  and quick to repair the seal and also the toilet not being stable. I am very happy with the service he provided and pricing was fair.

Gil was reliable and helper fixed the leak at home. He was cost effective and highly reliable.

Great rip off company-the worker said he gets a percentage-money-that the company makes all the money-he gave me his number to call him directly-

Three feet of water heater exhaust ducting replaced, no problems with the work performed.  Billed over $700, far too much.

Upfront that they would charge for transit time getting materials. However it took 2 hours to go 20 min away. And then when the bill arrived materials were marked up multiple times reasonable cost.

Either charge to acquire the materials or markup the materials themselves... both is unreasonable.

I can't say how grateful I am for this company! From start to finish the customer service was great! I actually got a hold of someone at the call center within minutes, she dispatched a on-call plumber for me at 8pm at night and he at the exact time he said he would! Thanks to Juan for going above and beyond to help not only find, but fix the problem all in one appointment! And also for being so nice to my curious little 3 year old who asked him what he was doing like every 10 minutes!! This is a company I would most definitely recommend and call again when needed!

Price was fair I would say. Especially since it was late for us to call.

Worst service ever for an expensive shop.

I got referred to this company by the Toto Experience Center in San Francisco where I had purchased a Tot Washlet bidet Neorest NX1 toilet. I needed the unit removed and reinstalled into a new condo I bought a few doors down.

I emailed the company pictures of the toilet, the model number, and explained I needed it done ASAP as well I had 4 more plumbing jobs I wanted quotes for. 2 of which I wanted done ASAP. I was prepared to pay too dollar to get it done right and get it done soon.

We'll dispatch totally sucked. I emailed 3 times following up to confirm if they understood the job and giving them the spec sheets for the toilet and the Japanese ice maker I wanted installed and asking if they had all the parts or needed me to order anything. Finally on the 3rd email I got called by a very confused dispatcher (Dianne?) who didn't seem to understand that I was swapping the two toilets moving the fancy one from my old unit to the new unit, as well as the putting the other one back. She apparently couldn't be bothered to read the email thread and open the attachments on the email. None the less I patiently went through both jobs and explained they needed a two man crew and I wanted a plumber who had installed a Neorest before to do the work.

Two weeks later plumbed shows up - on time at least. But the guy is totally clueless and after taking a ton of photos and entering info into an iPad explained he couldn't do the work and it would be two more weeks for Fernando to come out. I was pretty annoyed and told him how come dispatch didn't sent two people, and two people that had experience with Toto bidets.

The plumber promised a quote, warned me it would be minimum $2100 to do the work if not more, then went on to tell me how great the company was and how Fernando is the only one within 200 miles that could install my toilet. No other company he said would do a good job.
Then he promised a quote by the end of the day which he never sent, as well he didn't quote me on the tankless hot water heater or on moving the washer / dryer hookups.

I emailed the next morning and said I was waiting on a quote. What I had gotten was a $0 invoice with no quote.
3 days and still no reply...

I ended up hiring Oakland Rooter to do the work. Whole job was $850 and that included checking my sinks and the quoted me all the other projects and got it done 2 days after my call sending two people who were great.

I am baffled why a company that charges more than double the going rate would have such shit service despite me spoon feeding them all the info and photos and spec sheets, and being willing to pay too dollar to just get it done. I'm losing $130 a day for every day my other condo is not being rented out and I explained this. Yet they wasted 2 weeks of my time only to not do or even quote me the work.

If you want the job done right call Oakland Rooter instead. They are far better, faster, and while they don't have iPads and sales scripts they actually treat customers well and do good work.

Heater was broken for months, house was freezing!  They came, gave me a very fair quote for a new central heating unit, scheduled it quickly, arrived on time and installed it quickly. Super happy and satisfied with their service. They are really good and very busy so if you want a job well done at a good price, don't hesitate!!

Andrew arrived the same day and installed a fantastic new Navian Tankless water heater per his recommendation.

They worked diligently into the evening with joy.  When they finished, everything was cleaned up beautifully. Their plumbing skills allowed us to have endless hot water the very same day I called Plumbing Care Incorporated!

Had hard water damage to a bunch of faucets. Fixed cartridge and cleaned and greased the faucets. Came in and fixed this quickly. Was easy to schedule. Wore a mask and removed their shoes while working in the house. Would hire again.

Once again a solid performance by Savior! In and out on less than an hour. Send them a pic of the problem and they arrive with replacement. Staff is ALWAYS friendly and flexible throughout the process. Highly recommend them on your next epic plumbing issue!!

Rey and his team have been great to us through projects big and small. He is responsive, knowledgeable, and very reasonably priced. It is a family operation, and it shows through the quality of their work and the attention paid to each job. We will keep using Rey as long as possible!

These guys came through on time, on budget and on point! Other companies were telling me it would be 1 week or more till someone could come out and our heater was broken and it was getting cold! Thankfully I found Jazz Heating and they came out the next day. From start to finish the service and communication were stellar. Zachary our technician was so nice, so knowledgeable and so good at what he does. We couldn't have been happier. Excellent work all around now I know why this company has 5 stars all the way. Well deserved!

Started a project with Mister Fixit (Ted) and so far he's been responsive, transparent, and detail oriented. He demoed the drywall of my shed to repair a leak and is coordinating with a roofing company to solve the leak in the roof.

This company is unreliable.  Initially, they responded right away but it was left up to me to obtain the parts to repair the hot water heater.  They promised to return when the parts were delivered but there wasn't any response after several phone calls.  Hiring this company is a very bad idea.

Our towel rack and cabinet broke. I'm relatively new to the area and know how hard it can be to find a trustworthy and professional handyman. Paul was honest/fair on prices, fixed the issue in no time, and even came back to fix a small problem we had in a timely manner. I appreciate and will definitely be using/referring him out to the people in my area.

Robert just cleaned my washer drain out - speedy, friendly service, and he was right on time.  I appreciate him making the service call as easy as he did.
