Best Sink Repair in Oakland CA
I called them late one afternoon; two guys showed up right on time the next morning. They fixed a couple of leaks on different faucets very quickly and effectively, and the price seemed very reasonable.
Would recommend this company to anyone.

Very happy with the service. We had a clogged toilet. They came out immediately. Fixed it very quickly. Texted me photo documentation of what had caused the clog. Then they charged me less than the other quotes I got. Highly recommended.

We needed someone for replacing our sink disposal unit and URV responded so quick with time and cost for the service. Oleg, the technician, was on time and did the task ! Thank you !

Our toilet was leaking on the bottom where the bolts connect the tank to the base. Atlas was recommended by a friend so I called and had them come out. Two plumbers showed up and one of them gave me an estimate for over $300. When asked how much time he thought it would take his response was about 20 minutes. So I asked him why his estimate was so high and his response was how much are you willing to pay?. We agreed on their minimum fee which was $140. They did the work and I had to call them back out because it was still leaking a day later. Ultimately I had to have another plumber come out a week later and really fix it. Don't ever use Atlas.

Stephen was fantastic. We recently moved into a new house that was a flip and quickly identified several projects that needed addressing ASAP, including: 1) addressing a sealed off mailbox slot in the side of the house, 2) installing a emergency gas shut off valve for a dryer, 3) attaching house numbers, 4) testing some lose wires for attaching security cameras. The mailbox slot was a disaster, but Stephen patiently went through the options with us and proposed solutions. He was kind, knowledgeable, and we would 100% hire him again.

My home is 100 years in age: for the better part of a year, I had age related and on-going plumbing problems: water pressure, ancient pipes, hot, cold, and colorful water issues, etc.
H&S answered all my calls in a reasonable amount of time; all appointments were kept or changed by giving me alternate dates. What I especially liked were the explanations of the problems: what was going on, the repairs that needed to be made, and a reasonable guess at the price.
Along with correcting all pressure water issues, Joey spent hours (with his father) replacing my prehistoric, basement pipes.
I can now take an ordinary shower without be frozen and wash my hands knowing I'll get either hot or cold water.
I certainly would and have recommended this company to friends facing any plumbing repairs.

Great Service. Fixed all our plumbing problems timely, even they went to Home Depot to get the required parts but didn't charge additional cost. Good part is easy to get hold of them.

Our kitchen faucet had been leaking for awhile. I ordered the replacement faucet, but figured out in a hurry that the install wouldn't be the straight forward project I was anticipating. The mounting nut had rusted and was frozen in place.
I contacted Savior Plumbing to help me out. They had an available plumber and dispatched him within the hour. Their plumber, Jordan, arrived and got to work. He had to section the nut with a metal cutter to remove it, which was something I wouldn't have been able to tackle. Once the old faucet was removed, the install of the new faucet proceeded uneventfully.
Jordan is knowledgeable and performed the repair professionally and courteously.
I appreciate Savior Plumbing's prompt response and the service Jordan performed in installing our new faucet. I highly recommend Savior Plumbing for any plumbing needs.

Rey saved us $1,500.00. Yes, $1,500.00!
We called Rey at 5:10 PM on a Wednesday where we advised that our water heater pilot continues to burn out. He refused to provide a quote for a new water heater over the phone but instead said he would like to come take a look at 8:30 the next morning to assess the situation. He arrived at 8:30 and at first look said, You do not need a water heater you only need to clear the dust from the vent. Apparently, our laundry room has a vent that we never knew about as it is not easily visible (positioned behind a furnace pipe). The flow of air from this vent is required so that oxygen enters the room in which enables the pilot to stay lit.
Rey, reinforced the fact that our problem was no doubt the vent as he could, smell moisture in the air as the fresh air was not entering the area.
We immediately cleaned years of dust from this vent and our pilot has since remained lit. We also, notice the damp smell is gone! We tried for several years to get rid of this smell but did not have any luck.
Finally, we want to mention that we called three other highly rated Yelp water heater specialist. They all stated, that we needed a new water heater based on the age of the water heater and quoted between $1,300 and $1,800.00 even thought our water heater is only 6 years old. I made Rey aware of this and he said, It's a scam that so many others will sell you a new water heater when you do not need.
Thanks Rey!

Issue for reaching out to an HVAC company: Furnace and thermostat had power, but heat/air wouldn't start. I received prompt and regular communication with Eric (via Yelp app) when setting up my appointment. Additionally, I received text reminders/notifications and a link to see the location of the technician (Zack B.) assigned to my appointment. ZB diagnosed the issue with our furnace and completed a thorough maintenance on it, too. He was on-time (started and finished within appointment window), professional, friendly, and did an excellent job explaining our system and his findings/recommendations. Great first experience with this company!

My in-wall heater had stopped working, and after checking the pilot and circuit breaker I had exhausted my ability to resolve the issue. HVAC companies wouldn't service in-wall heaters, so I thought to try a handyman.
I contacted Ted and he responded quickly, asking for photos of the thermocouple--a part inside the heater, which he correctly guessed was the issue. He had me order the part and scheduled a time to fix the heater when the part was due to arrive.
When he came, Ted replaced the part and while doing so found a separate problem with the igniter. He explained that the heater would still work, as we could ignite the pilot manually, but would try to clean the part of its corrosion first to mitigate any need for a replacement. That worked! No need to order another part and wait. He explained that he always tries to fix things first--within reason--before replacing them, an approach I greatly appreciate.
Not only is Ted very skilled and professional, but he's great for conversation and polite. We don't wear shoes in our house and I didn't even need to ask him to remove his, he already had.
I will absolutely hire Ted again for other projects, and recommend him to others.

Very disappointed in this unprofessional provider. The actual work was subpar, the paint patching looked amateur. He used the wrong color filler so that the paint looked miscolored-- when we contacted Paul with our disappointment he said that he guarantees his work, no problem, and he sounded very customer-service oriented. We scheduled for him to come in and fix his work. My husband took off time from work to wait for him in the middle of Monday. Paul never showed up. He did not call to make an excuse or apologize. Then after we finally got in touch with him, he changed his tune and became irritated and texted us I said I would get to it. First of all he lied and claimed that he just said he would squeeze us in whenever he could, as though we didn't make an appointment. Then he refused to make another appointment and expected us to basically be waiting at home on call for whenever he has a gap in his time to quickly come make the fix. Totally unacceptable. Don't believe his guarantee, and don't go with someone with very few reviews on Yelp just because he can schedule you in faster than the more popular guys... now we are stuck having to spend twice the money because we have to hire someone else to fix the botched job.

I don't think I have ever written a 'review' of a plumber....but I was very impressed by the work and the attitude of this particular service.
He was able to quickly access a (bad) situation and correct it.
I was paired with them by my home warrantee company- and I was very pleased by the work.
Highly recommend.

I have used Jorge's plumbing several times, from installing sewage sump pumps, rain water sump pumps, installing backstops and correcting past plumbers' shoddy workmanship in general. He's friendly, reliable and always gets the job done right. I highly recommend his services.

I would recommend Lunt Marymor to anyone. While the prices are not cheap, what plumber's prices are? The important thing is, they do solid work and stand behind it. We had a small leak in our toilet, a Porcher model that is not well known. Michael, the guy they sent out, not only knew the product, but told me that it was one of the better products out there - even the older model that we had. He knew what to do and fixed the problem quickly.

I have used Albert Nahman Plumbing and Heating many times over the years. They have always provided good service. They are expensive, and their estimates are usually high.
Several years ago, I had them out to give an estimate on removing a gas wall heater. At first, Gabriel quoted $200 for the removal, but then revised his estimate upwards to $400. I was told that it would take an hour to do the work, but the technician had finished in 20 minutes.
I also had my water heater replaced with a tankless unit. Gabriel told me that Albert Nahman would insulate the pipes, but since it was not in his written estimate, the pipes never got insulated. This has contributed to my continuing dissatisfaction with the water heater taking too long to heat my water. I have had quotes for up to $3000.00 to fix this problem from this company, including one of $800.00 for the pipe insulation.
Recently, I had Albert Nahman out to complete the annual inspection of my tankless water heater unit. They charged me $549.60 for an economy tankless tune up. The technician did not descale the system, but cleaned a few filters and checked the gas and water connections. All in all, he took 30 minutes for what he did, and it still takes a minute to get hot water in one of my bathrooms. Previously, I have been unable to find a plumber to tackle this tankless water heater work, which is why I went with Albert Nahman. I calculate that for the water heater service, I have spent $18.32 per minute for the work the technician has performed. He did not replace any parts. This seems outrageously high to me.
My dissatisfaction with Albert Nahman is not with their actual plumbing and heating work. It is with their high estimates and charges for the work they do. Do your research and get different estimates before you contract with them.

I had the worst day ever yesterday and these guys came through in a pinch. Hubby went to hospital, two of my three children were sicker than anything and both my toilets were clogged. I made one call to Mike and Sharol, and they took care of it for me. David was a hard worker and was quick. Solved our problem and made my day so much better. Thank you for going the extra mile for us!!!! Word of mouth is best PR and I'll be telling everyone!!! Thanks again Valley Plumbing!!!
