They know their stuff. I wouldn't say it's resonable only because I don't really know what's resonable for a plumber, I never had to use one before. All I know is my drain works now and I'm happy.

Highly recommend Kenneth Aspire Plumbing. I reached out online at 8:44 am and received a response within minutes. Kenneth arrived a few hours later and quickly identified the issue. He resolved the issue in less than an hour, showed me the root cause and walked me through what he did. The work also comes with a warranty! He's friendly, yet professional and extremely thorough. Would definitely hire them again!

Abraham was super responsive and fantastic! We had a broken toilet seat with corroded bolts so could not replace it ourselves. He fixed the problem in a matter of  minutes. Plus he gave us great tips for avoiding a plumbing issue on Thanksgiving! Getting quick and exceptional service on such short notice on a holiday week was amazing. We highlight recommend this company.

ACE SAVED THE DAY!!!!! Long story short, my office was in two emergency situations where all toilets were clogged and we had candidates that were interviewing and an event with forty people expected to come. Can you imagine that last minute stress? I am happy to say that when Ace came he helped alleviate all those worries.  From the start he was very kind and professional. He was patient in listening to my worries of what I thought would be the issue, etc. Not only did he identify the problems but he made sure that I understood it by drawing diagrams to help visualize what he was saying.

Out of all the plumbing experiences I have faced, Ace has been the most pleasant technician to work with.  He goes above and beyond for his clients. He really makes sure that your voice is heard, takes time to really seek out the underlying problem, and looks for efficient ways in solving the issue. He did all of this while keeping a calm demeanor which is very reassuring in the  high-stress situations I was in.

Recently needed their services to replace the sewer lateral one our house. They communicated very well, explaining what was included in estimate including the permitting, length of job and what to expect on the day. They took care of everything and did a great job. Really nice people and quality service.

Ben installed my hot water heater last summer.  He was very friendly and professional.  He responded right away, on a SUNDAY, and stayed with it until we had a new hot water heater installed and working that afternoon.  He did great work for a very reasonable price.

Yesterday, the hot water heater's t/p valve released for some reason and water flooded into the pan, etc.  I contacted Ben, nearly a year later, and he responded right away.  He came over first thing this morning, checked it all out and installed a new valve, just to be safe.  We have hot water again and my family can rest easy.  

With all of the shady characters out there in the contracting/construction world, I just wanted to share that I think I've found a real, professional tradesman who stands by his work and cares about his clients.

These guys do great work, fairly priced and quick gets the job done. The amazing heated floors work great in the winter time and also helps keep the house warm and cozy. If you are considering getting wood floors I recommend getting the heated flooring, its a great saver with energy costs as well. Awesome people! Highly recommended.

Gil was reliable and helper fixed the leak at home. He was cost effective and highly reliable.

Definitely not your usual handyman! Vince was our lead PM and he and his workers were really great. Vince and his crew were always polite and professional, very clean and willing to go above and beyond to make sure I was happy.  Their work was detailed and high quality. The job consisted of removing rotted wood from our deck, replacing it with fresh wood and replacing the existing wood railing with a steel wire railing and a wood cap. They also power-washed the underside of the deck and removed mold and potential dry rot. As an added bonus Vince power washer our lower outside landing and didn't charge me for it. In addition, they did a great job of removing some ornamental features on the front of our home to give it a sleeker, more modern look.
Vince and his crew consistently arrived on time and worked hard all day. They laid down tarps in the house to protect my carpets and wood floors from dirt and their shoes and tidied up the work area at the end of each day.

Came out to pump our basement when the rains came a year ago this time.  They were asked to come back to install a sump pump (which they recommended).  We were impressed when they came out within a day to get it out and a week later install the sump.  They did need prodding to finish tying the sump into the gray water drainage system.  They were going to service the on-demand hot water heater at the same time, but didn't.  We called and were told someone would be in touch, I guess we both forgot about it because we never heard back from them.

We recently replaced a water heater (preemptive move), updated a few toilets, and a kitchen sink.

Martin and his team took care of us as follows:
- fair price
- knowledge and quality of work
- patience to explain things when asked (which we asked many)
- flexibility in scheduling, including having to come back twice to accommodate an unforeseen issue with the sink we ordered.
- responsiveness to both email and phone calls (Martin was even personally took calls and emails and scheduled work while out of the country on vacation !!! )
- professional and insured  
- offered written warranty on their work

This is opposed to the three 'clowns' we had bid on this work - they were overpriced, cocky, non-professional, inflexible schedule-wise, not responsive and did not offer written warranty.

We think we have finally found our long-term plumber having moved to this area a couple of years ago, and best of all he is local (better for the environment).  

We just gave Martin's name to our neighbor last night as a referral - and we do not provide references often as we are very particular when it comes to workmanship, cost, professionalism...that sort of thing (everything listed above which Martin and team did right).

Awais is the man! He answered the phone almost immediately when I called, and upon hearing about my plumbing emergency, came out himself to make sure my family had water that night. He respectfully explained everything he was going to do before he did it, his price was fair, and the quality of his work is superb. I will definitely rely on Elite Plumbing for my future piping work.

Lacayo Colt Plumbing and Heating is the only company I would use for plumbing, water heaters, furnaces, etc. We have had water heater and furnace replaced and a lot of plumbing work done. Rey Lacayo does an excellent job. He is reliable, gave us great advice about how long we could hold off on replacing our furnace (and when we couldn't anymore) and his prices are very competitive.  He is also a great member of our community, supporting neighborhood schools.

Ravi was professional and efficient. He wore a mask and booties and went right to work repairing our heat/installing a Nest. I highly recommend Jazz HVAC

We had a great experience with Ted last week when he fixed a bathroom door that kept coming off of its track. He was responsive, deliberate and thorough, finishing the job the same day after making sure he had the right materials and we were aligned on his approach. Thanks so much, Ted!

The guys were top notch, from the first call to install, did the job at a reasonable price, my only complaint was they took a tad longer than expected but hey, such is construction.

Good news: Amex refunded the unauthorized charge and SFPD is still reviewing the owner threatening to *checks notes* mess with my water. Maybe I should start a Greatest Plumber Threats IG instead.

Bad news: the other owner literally responded to this very review with ANOTHER thinly veiled threat. If you ever read business responses to outlier Yelp 1 star reviews, don't miss the karma has NO deadline.

This star rating is based on price, not on actual performance.  These folks came highly recommended from an architect I trust.  He vouched for the quality of their work.  My problem is their pricing - it was astronomical.  On top of that, there was a solution they didn't think of (or offer) that ended up being fantastic.  But the main thing was price.  I called back my architect friend and he was amazed as well.  I am sure that the best work commands the highest price, and maybe that is what's going on here.  Either way, you are sure to be able to get safe, professional work done at more reasonable prices.  Whatever you do, you should get multiple bids from legit licensed contractors (with insurance, etc.) and compare before just taking one estimate from Lunt Marymor and plunking down the cash.  Unless you're some rich person, in which case, time is money, so then go ahead - I am sure they'll do a fine job.

The garbage disposal replacement cost over six hundred dollars.  The unit they installed is not the same one on the receipt.  The receipt gives no amt of time for the install. Just the dollar Amt. There is something not right about this company. Don't use them.
