Very happy with the service provided. We had to fix errors in plumbing created by Acquatek of Hayward and Art of Construction (should be called Art of Conniving), and Ben came and took care of the problem.

EXCELLENT!!!!!  Our second time using this company in the past month (different problems.) I called this morning, Eddie was at our door 40 minutes later (!) He diagnosed the problem for our slow leak under the kitchen sink (broken disposal) in about 1 minute, replaced the disposal, snaked the line just to be sure, and was out the door. 1 hour and 45 minutes after my first call.  THANK YOU!  Definitely recommend this company.

Valley Plumbing has been our go-to Plumbers for the past 8-9 years when we started experiencing plumbing problems with our remodel.  They came in a fixed what wasn't done well. EVERY time, the service techs were professional, friendly, and ALWAYS delivered more... giving up tips/hints/help on other items that they saw as potential issues.  Late last week, we had our Water Heater go bust and called them.  Of course we had a unit that was smaller than the 'norm' (only 50gal), so they had to order it, but they had a great tech at our doorstep this morning at 7 am to install it. He was brand new, but SO SO friendly (Steve) and was just like the other techs we've seen.  Professional, friendly, and again, gave me some other tips/hints we could use to help improve things.  They are a must-use business for anyone looking for a plumber.

Someone recommended Rey Lacayo at Lacayo- Colt Plumbing to me, and I was so glad I called. Rey came by quickly, gave me the best estimate I'd seen, and had the work *totally done* within five days.
We needed our washer/dryer moved to a utility room, our hot water heater removed and a tankless one installed, and our old furnace replaced and moved to our crawl space.
He is amazingly friendly, easy to reach, and feels like a member of the family after five minutes (get him to tell you his story about taking his three daughters to the AC/DC concert).

I definitely recommend this company!!! Our heat stopped working while we were on a trip out of state. It was extremely frustrating to come home to a extremely cold house. It was even more frustrating to call 8 companies the following morning. I reached voice messages, businesses that could not assist me immediately.. they could assist me in 5- 10 days. I actually talked to a live person as soon as I called Jazz Heating. I was able to make an appointment for the following day. I was so grateful. Hard to believe this place is Diamond Certified.  Had a problem with the toilet leaking and the toilet maker, Flushmate, called in a work order and had Lunt do the work.  The work was done in Mid March. Here were are in Mid June and the toilet is leaking and a valve Lunt put in is not working.  I called on a Thursday and left a message, no reply. I called today at 8:00AM - left a message - no call back.  So I give it one last try around 2:00pm and actually get a person on the line!  I'm told that is is $155 just for them to come look at it! But the kicker is ... they only warranty their work for 30 days!!!  So even if they find out that what they did in March was wrong - I still have to pay for it.  Must have a whole lot of confidence in their work, do yuh think?  I asked why I never got a return call - the person told me that she was out last week and hadn't checked messages.  Definitely not the people to use in an emergency....if ever....

Excellent response time!  Angel arrived 90 minutes after I called.  Also, very knowledgeable and experienced.  We could tell right away we were in capable hands.  Would call them again in a heartbeat if I couldn't manage the situation myself.
