This company was awesome and were of tremendous help! Preparing to rent our home in a time crunch, Dennis helped us coordinate two services: replacing two sinks that were worn and damaged and fixing a problem with our radiant heating system. The team who came (Jorge and Christian) were friendly and courteous, always willing to make time to listen to my concerns. They also were knowledgeable and were able to finish both projects just on time. I would also like to point out that they were on time and presented themselves in a very professional manner. Met Ron in the best way, in his element. I'm a renter and the owner sent Ron to come check out a damage intake on the central heating, not only did he beat my price quote from another company, he took pictures and kept amazing communication between the owners and us (the renters) he did an amazing job where all parties was happy and I wanted to let you all know Rons the man! Thanksgiving weekend and we find out that we've been leaking 200 gallons a day for at least a couple days!!! I could hear water leaking behind a wall and took a look under the crawl space but very quickly realized that this wasn't going to be a simple fix nor easy to even get to given how swampy the ground already was (200 gallons is no joke).

My wife called Yaro while I was rummaging about trying to find a way to shut all water off with no success. It turns out my main valve to the house was hidden under some dirt and bark and the water connection to the city did not have a valve for civilians to operate.

What a nightmare. However, Yaro said he was just wrapping up nearby and could be there in half an hour given the emergency. To my surprise, he was actually at my house half an hour later! For a thanksgiving weekend while out at another job, to give such a prompt and accurate estimate for service is incredibly impressive.

Within two hours of us even discovering the leak or 90 minutes of him arriving, Yaro had showed me where my valves are and how the city valves work, been into my crawl space to source the leak, found the leak, found the root cause, fixed the pipe, left me a souvenir, accepted convenient payment, given more advice about our water system as a whole, and left as swiftly as he came to go to his next job!

Best home service experience I've ever had to be honest and I'd happily go back to Yaro again, just hopefully with less urgent jobs in the future.

I've had Mohammad come in a few times for various big & small jobs. Always on time, very clean job and very professional. I don't call anyone else for my plumbing jobs anymore.

His latest job for me was replacing a 40 years old water heater. Took a while, but he was extremely thorough. You can't go wrong with him.

Awesome service, came in to replace the water valve that was leaking. I don't want to mess around with do-it-yourself plumbing. Came in an hour after my call, and replaced everything. ALSO, a few months ago, the same service was used for shower valve that broke off with age. The special part was ordered and installed in less than an hour. I highly recommend their professional service!

I had a great experience hiring Emil with Polis Plumbing to fix a leak in our bathroom and replace two faucets. We thought we only needed him to replace a facet in the bathroom as the sink was leaking but we soon found out that there was a split in one of the pipes as well. He had all of the necessary equipment to also replace sthe piping and offered me a reasonable rate. Not only was the work he did great he was friendly, helpful with a few other questions I had and punctual. I highly recommend Polis Plumbing and am so glad that we now have a go to plumber who we trust for our future plumbing issues.

Vince replaced the burner on our water heater a couple years ago. The water heater was installed by the previous owner and replacement parts can prove difficult to find. Vince managed to find and install the burner almost instantly. Saved me from a more costly replacement, and two years later and the water heater still works perfectly.

Amazing service, effort, and communication. I would not hesitate to call again!
