Best Water Purification System Repair in Oakland CA

We had a major water leak last Friday and Carlos our technician was superb and worked many hours to fix the problem. He came one hour after the service call and repaired the issue. I would certainly recommend Arch plumbing and their crew for their effort to respond quickly and efficiently to the service calls.  

We have been working with them for quite a while and never had a problem with their repairs and quick response from the service centre to the technician response and repairs.

Ron is awesome..wish I could give him more than 5 stars!!! He responded right away, showed up on time and very reasonable. He did an awesome job and is a true professional.  Ron is just a really nice guy and has an outstanding company. I highly recommend this company.

After 12 days working with a plumber with Old Republic I had enough, the old plumber came yesterday and replaced parts and still didn't work, he came back out and said he would have to replace hot water heater, by the time he was able to come back out it would be another week or later, they were busy. Now get this husband had open heart surgery and has to clean his huge chest incision daily and now we have another week or more after 12 days of no hot water. Said forget it, called Emergency Water Heater, they said we can come right now. I said give me time to see if they are going to pay me back for this. Old Republic will refund me for this in 14 days ( I had to use my credit card). I called Emergency Water and Plumbing and they came out in 45 min , new water heater installed in 2 hours. Love them guys. I will refer them over and over , they are also reasonable. They are professionals. Thank you Emergency Water Heater and Plumbing, no more trips 30 miles to use someone's shower.

Slow drip under the sink of a brand new bathroom. Sigh. Boris arrived promptly, figured out what had been installed wrong, fixed it and charged me next to nothing. He's the best plumber we've ever working with. Good ole fashioned work ethic and skill.

After a night of no hot water, I jumped on the phone, trying to find someone who could solve the problem. After talking with numerous companies, I fully expected to be paying close to $3000 for a new water heater. Then I found Emil and Polis Plumbing. Emil came out within an hour, diagnosed the problem (a bad controller), told me that I did not need a new heater. He then left, without asking for any money, to see if he could get a new controller. Within an hour, he texted me to say that he had the controller and that he would be back in a few hours to install it. Sure enough, he came back later in the day, installed the new controller and we were back in business and for a whole lot less than a new water heater would have cost. I would highly recommend giving Polis a call for your plumbing needs. Great communication, professional, honest and very fairly priced.

We had a leaking water heater at home. Vince responded within an hour of requesting a quote on Yelp. Vince was busy in SF and adjusted his schedule to stop by after 9pm to provide an estimate for the work.

Vince gave me a couple of options for replacement. He procured and installed a tankless water heater as a replacement. The completed work looks very professional and clean. I was impressed by Vince's workmanship. We're very happy with the customer service too.
