Great follow through, showed up when scheduled. Fixed my problem for an affordable price.

My water never seemed to be adequately hot, and then after showering in cold water one morning I realized something was wrong with my water heater. I had guests from out of town and knew I needed help fast. I called Emergency Water Heater and Plumbing and was shocked when Mohammed was at my home within 45 minutes - as I expected to wait days for help. He told me I needed a new water heater, explained why, gave me the price and then agreed to come back later in the day to install a new one, as my company and I were headed out for the day. He arrived on time, and made the installation. There was no mess and he was professional, courteous and friendly. Mohammed operates his business the way you wish all businesses were run and I highly recommend him.

My rental home in Stockton had a 15 yr old water heater in a hall closet, and I figured it was time to replace it before disaster struck. Mohamed was great to communicate with, arranged to be there when I arrived from 50 miles away. He and his dad put down tarps so the carpeting was protected as they went in and out. They did a beautiful job, made sure all the air was out of the lines when done. Would totally recommend them!

I've used Mohammed a couple times and he's done a fantastic job both times. The first was changing a 10+ year old water heater. He bought and installed a new one and did a great job. The building inspector who I brought in a couple weeks later to check if everything was according to city code was impressed with the job. The second time was to replace a leaky kitchen faucet and other smaller jobs like tightening loose taps and fixing faulty pumps in toilet tanks. The kitchen faucet job was pro - the old one was gone in a jiffy and all the dirt and water that leaked under the faucet was cleaned up. I couldn't have been happier when I seen what a neat job was done. I think he goes above and beyond what he just has to do and cleans and tightens up the loose ends so to speak. Would highly recommend Mohammed for any kind of plumbing job. I hope I don't have to call a plumber again - but if I have to Mohammed is the guy.

Mohammed came out to take a look at my water heater. He was able to diagnose the problem right away (bad thermocouple) and repaired it in a short amount of time. He was very friendly and I feel like he charged me a fair price. Give him a call if you need quick reliable service, especially on the weekend!

Mo was very polite and very professional. He is very knowledgeable about all his products and work he offers. We had a problem with our water heater, never get a Rheem, he ran all the test and by the time we would get it fixed it would be half the price of a new water heater. We decided to replace the old heater with a new one the same day and he had the product available and ready to go that instant. There was no wait time for him to provide us with a new heater, he had the old one out and the new one nicely installed within 2 hours and he did a very great and clean job. If I had any other work or repair needed to be done, I would most definitely call him again and recommend him to others as well.

I had already received estimates on the cost to install a Ring flood light over my garage So, I did not ask about the cost because knew the going rate. In the middle of the job. The older worker turns to me and says This job is going to cost you $700. I was shocked because
this type of job would normally run between  $250 and $300.  I paid for it, however, I will not use this company again nor recommend it to anyone based on over-pricing a basic installation job. I forgot to mention that this price included my senior citizen discount.

Water heater was out all night and leaking water as the shutoff valve was rusty.

936am Mo responded via Yelp. He advised he would be here by 12. He arrived at 1055.

Had a 50 gallon tank in his van and was ready to go for replacement.  He replaced the outdated valves and installed a new water heater and brought all plumbing up to new standards. Finished installation by noon.

Came the same day to look at our water heater. Was hoping it was a simple fix but it turned out we needed a new one. Already knew about how much a new water heater would cost us. He quoted the same price but gave us 10% off since we found him here on yelp. Very professional. Very happy with his service!

My water heater was leaking hot water on the side of my house. I called for a quote to get it fixed and got a response right away. Mohammed was professional and did an excellent job replacing the water pressure relief valve. He was honest and his pricing was reasonable. I'll be using him again in the future based on the quality service I received.

I called Mohammed right away about my water heater problem. He highly recommended a water heater that I have never heard of before. It was a Bradford and white water heater which came highly recommended from him and other plumbers. He came out within 4 hours and replaced my water heater. Water heater cracked overnight.  Called early Sunday AM and he was out within a couple hours.   Got the cracked heater out and was back with a new one the next morning.  Install took less than 2 hours.  Solid, timely work.  Greatly appreciate the urgency and craftsmanship.

We were leaving on vacation in two days and the water heater went out.  Mohammed was the only one who could come out and said he could replace if necessary.  He came almost when he said he would but called and let us know he would be ten min late. He  checked the water heater.  It was bad. He was efficient, measured everything, even was able to work around the awful venting the people who installed my heater did.  He is very exacting and when it was done it was clean and tidy as well as put in perfectly. The water heated up right away. It is always nice to watch someone who knows what they are doing and do it right. I felt he was straight forward and honest in his evaluation and cost.  I am going to have him again to fix another unit under my sink.  Great service!!

Our water heater went bad after many years.  Mohammad was very responsive and friendly.  He asked if he can come over to check out the problem that same day and give us an estimate.  He was equally priced as the others but attentive and ready to do the job on the spot.

The Issue:
Our water heater pilot went out and upon investigation I found it to be an issue with the gas control valve. Once the control 'trips' it must be replaced. Also When discovering our tank was over 15 years old and well out of warranty total replacement was on the table as well. Either way our family of 6 was now out of hot water!  

First Contact:
I reached out to several plumbing companies on yelp around 11pm last night. I was not expecting a response but, Within 10 minutes I received a call from Mohammed. He said he could be at my home between 7am and 9am the very next day, to take a look!

Arrival and initial inspection:
Mohammed showed up at about 8:30am, within his arrival window. He got right to work and looked at the situation. As I suspected he found no gas going to the pilot light. What I liked about Mohammed was he did not immediately suggest a new tank, and offered to repair what I had. I told him since my tank was 15 years old, let just replace it. I asked when he could do the work and To my surprise he had a tank in his van, a high quality Bradford White 50 gallon, ready to go and said he could do it right then.

Price:
I had gotten 4 other quotes and Mohammed was one of the lowest. I ended up choosing him because he could start right away, sooner than anyone else and I appreciated his prompt response to my request and that how showed up on time. Also there is a 1 year warranty on the labor.

Work:
Mohammed began right away, the job included replacement of the tank, drip trays, water lines, and gas line along with hauling away the old tank. He worked FAST and had the job done in about an hour. It was a one for one replacement and no customizations needed to be done. After he finished he went over the system and explained the LED lights on the new control valve and asked if I had any questions.

Payment:
He accepts VISA/Master card which is how I paid and I was glad he did not try and charge me a fee for using a credit card. He provided me a detailed receipt for the job. He left no mess behind and the area clean as it was before.

Recently my water heater broke, on  Sunday afternoon of all times. The water started leaking in the garage at first, but within the hour the water started going into the house. Being that it was Sunday and I went back to work on Monday I didn't know who to call. I found this company on Yelp, had good reviews so I decided to call. I spoke with someone right away, they said they could be out first thing in the morning Monday. Sure enough I got a text letting me know they were on their way around 9am, my daughter and wife were home so they were able to let him in. He saw the problem and they called me, I was told I needed to replace the entire water heater, he would also replace some piping and other parts. I just had to give the OK. I did and within the hour he was back working on it. By the time lunch came around the water heater was installed and water back on. He was professional, quick, and did a good job installing everything. Definitely recommend.

I contacted this business for my leaking-water heater at 2am. Mohammed came out and replaced it with the new one by 2pm. All were done very quickly and in a professional fashion. The price was right and they brought a nice water heater which is same as the unit the Builder installed originally. The oveall cost included modification/replacement of the existing pipes/fittings and hauling the old unit.

Called on a Friday morning for water heater problem. They responded within two hours and fixed the problem within 30 minutes for a fair price.  Great customer service.

I recently had a minor leak with my hot water heater, so I called Muhammad to have him come out and take a look. He came out next day since it wasn't an emergency, he assessed the problem, figured out the leak, and came up with some options. We decided to go with a new 50gal. tank, came out the next day and did they install. Muhammad was very professional, informative, and,efficient! He had answers to all my questions. This is the 2nd time I've used his company, and I strongly recommend this company for any hot water heater problems

The 8 yr old water heated stopped heating so I called Mohammed who came quickly. Found the heating unit had burned out and needed replacing.

Sooo thankful I found this company on Yelp. Early on a Saturday morning, our backstop emergency water tank started spewing water. I called several other companies on Yelp but no one was available urgently on a Saturday. I contacted Emergency Water Heater and the owner Mohammed answered right away. I sent over a photo and video of the problem and he quickly gave me a quote and was at my house within 1.5 hours. He quickly replaced the new tank! What a relief!! Hopefully we will not have any issues in the future with our hot water tank but if we do, I am calling this company to service our home!

I have to give this business a 5 star rating. I recently moved into my home, seems to be I have the water heater curse... Lol. First home I purchased, the water heater completely went out within the first month. Years later, my second home purchase, water heater goes out also within the first month! Thankfully I have a home warranty policy... long story short, I contacted my home warranty folks, they were pretty awesome, made arrangements right away for repairs. However, being that it was a Friday afternoon, I wasn't getting a call back from the contactor. I couldn't go the weekend without hot water with two little ones in the household. Due to the circumstances I received approval to search for my own licenced contractor... after several calls to various businesses, Mohammed returned my text very quickly and was at my home replacing my watet heater within 2 hours. After reading the other positive yelp reviews for this business I decided to get a quote from them. We woke up this morning to a leaky water heater and because its a holiday weekend I was not very hopeful that I could get someone out today to fix or replace. To my surprise Mohammed replied right away to my quote request and said he could come by today to take a look!

Very honest! Owning a property in Cali and living in another state is hard to get someone to take a look and be honest and trying to take an arm and leg with prices! He was straight forward with prices and what could be issue and what I was looking at price wise. He ended up finding out my water heater was a recall from years ago that we did not know. He went above and beyond to help me out something he didn't have to do. Or could've easily taken advantage of the situation (like another company tried too). So I highly highly recommend! Plumbing issue...my husband attempts to unclog a toilet when he got home from work at about 6 pm but no luck...it floods if we utilize any water inside our home.  We call our home warranty company (Fidelity), since we bought our home not too long ago.  They couldn't get a hold of any of their contracted techs in our area and I only found that out because I called back for status!!  It's now 9:40 pm!  Low and behold they give me auth to find an outside contractor...and then everyone I called indicating 24/7 isn't really 24/7!  AND I GET A HOLD OF MOHAMMED who really is 24/7! (Mind u we have a 2 year old who cannot hold her bladder, so this was an emergency).  He was so patient with me as Fidelity kept wanting information to ensure he was legit so I had to keep calling him while he was preparing to leave to our home!  Mohammed arrived at about 10 pm...he worked diligently with us and our home warranty company.  He figured out the issue...cleared the issue within 2 hours!  It's now midnight and my baby can use the restroom!!  He's definitely going to be the first call if we ever have another plumbing issue (knock on wood).  I would recommend him for anytime of day!!

I came home from work already having a rough day to open my garage and see my water heater leaking (leaking is a misleading phrase as the water was streaming out).

It was going on after regular hours (5pm) so instead of calling various plumbing companies, I posted a bid on Yelp and Emergency Water Heater & Plumbing responded within 5 minutes & offered to come out right away - which he did.

Emergency Water Heater & Plumbing gave me a quote right away and offered to fix it on the spot. Being the consumer skeptic, I decided to wait & get more quotes from plumbing companies.

Turns out his quote was right on point with three other plumbing businesses. One other company was $50 lower but still went with Emergency Water Heater & Plumbing just out of loyalty to his responsiveness & thoroughness (considered it a tip for my appreciation).

The installer was also the owner and he was very courteous, professional & just an overall nice guy - hard to believe he was a plumber. :p

In a couple hours he had my water heater installed and it has been great ever since. I highly recommend Emergency Water Heater & Plumbing and very thankful for his customer service.

I cannot recommend this company enough. First, I called late on a Sunday evening and Mohammad picked right up. He gave me a quote over the phone. Many others would not do that and even wanted to charge to come out and give an estimate, which would be difficult for me since I am in the Bay Area and the home is in Modesto. After the call, he communicated via text and supplied me with even more information about the water heater he might install. Right off the bat, he had the best pricing out of the 5 places I called, including Home Depot (which was the most expensive!), gave me a great deal, AND came out the very next morning to do the work. Our new water heater was installed by noon. He did a beautiful install. My mother's water heater expired (14 years old). Mohammed and his father scheduled us same day (within a 5hr window, we called at 1pm) and provided remedy. They were efficient, service took no more than 2 hours. And the water temperature has been performing great-it's been over a month. Price was reasonable ($1350). Everything was updated and to code. They did great!

Came out to my garage to find my water heater leaking. Called Mohammed at 630p on a Friday night and was here within the hour. He was able to determine there was an internal leak and the water heater needed to be replaced (unit was made in 1989).

It took Mohammed about 1.5 hours to remove and replace the new unit. He redid all of my piping as well. Cleaned up after himself before he left.

I cane home from work to a leaking water heater and it was fairly late. Luckily I ran across Emergency Water Heater. I texted him that night and he arrived early the next morning. He came in and provided a quote .  The price was right in my book. He left and returned within 90 minutes with a new water heater and installed it. After reading many many reviews I am so pleased I chose this company. I just bought my house and had to replace an old water heater. They came out at 4 for a quote. Their  not cheap but a fair price. You get what you pay for and this Bradford White is going to last a long time. They were very pleasant knowledgeable and clean vacuumed and swept the whole area. I recommend them to anyone needing this service.

We checked other water heater folks on Yelp... Mohammed was quick to respond to our questions and provided a fair quote. Unlike others, he was able to respond in just a few hours (instead of waiting another day or two).

Called PGE around 4pm on Tuesday to check on possible gas leak around our stove. When PGE comes out, they check everything that uses gas. They unhooked gas from my stove. No cooking until fixed. Mr. Mufin replied right away and was able to come out early the next morning. He found issue right away and fixed it. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. The hot water didn't fill up my new bathtub. I called to change out my water heater to a tankless. Mohammad responded to my request almost immediately. He followed up with me and we set up a time for him to come out to give me a quote. My property isn't set up well for a tankless because I have a propane tank and the line running to my house isn't large enough so the pressure going into the tankless heater would cause problems and likely not work. Mohammad suggested a more realistic alternative and sent me a quote timely. While he came out for the quote he increased the temperature on my existing water heater. Well, when he did that, it fixed my problem!  What a great solution and cost me $0! I would definitely call Mohammad again because he is reasonable in price, responsive, and reliable.

He replaced water heater, piping and water lines insulation etc up to all new codes, also secured it with addition wood bricks behind it in case of earthquake without my ask. If I could give six stars, I would! We called Mohammed on Tuesday morning about our leaky water heater and we had a replacement by Tuesday night. The water heater was still under warranty which required more effort for him but he cheerfully took care of everything, including the extra paperwork and the price was extremely reasonable. The HOT water to my house went out Friday evening, Rewind back to Thursday night a loud screaming noice was coming from my water heater, and I knew something was wrong, being that it as 1 in the mornin I'd rather deal with the problem later. Fast forward to Saturday morning and the hot water was completely out , My son and I were ok with taking a cold shower, but my wife and daughter were not having it, so I looked on Yelp and sent out a few messages , within a minute Mohammed responded and said he could look and diagnose my problem , while the rest of his competition couldn't look at my water heater till Monday . Awesome customer service!!! Had a Water Heater that was leaking from the top and bottom. Called, and Mohammed responded quickly, and arrived on time. I had no hot water and went to my basement to check my water heater and it was flooded! I went online and found EWHP and based on the Yelp reviews I called them. After checking their schedule and a quick call back they were here in 15 minutes! They had a new water heater installed in no time and helped me bring some wet items up to dry. We were in a bind with a broken water heater gas control box and Mohammed came right out, gave me a good price, and fixed the issue completely within 2 hours. He was friendly, professional, and prompt.  I will use them again and recommend them.

Mohammed came to our house within an hour of the call, promptly gave us an estimate on a new water heater and it's installation, and immediately got to work. He was done under two hours. Very happy with Mohammed's service, I messaged him in the middle of the night around midnight because of water heater issues and he responded within the hour when nobody else did. He came the next day in the morning, and it turned out I needed a new water heater, he installed it and even left my garage cleaner than how I had it... I would definetly definitely call him again for anything else plumming wise and would recommend him to anybody. Really professional and honest.

Great service!!!!!  My pilot light on my heater was not functioning and Muhammed was able to come to my home within a few hours of my call.  After discussion we agreed to replace the heater.  He was able to complete the job then and there with a more efficient heater.  Very professional and efficient.  I am very happy with the new heater as the old  one was not the highest quality.  I highly recommend using this company for plumbing needs!

My water heater leaked last Wednesday. I called several companies in the area and no one can come right away or quote me over the phone. I found Mohammed and his company through Yelp and oh boy, the reviews were true! He was quick to quote and his price was reasonable! He came right away. He did a wonderful job installing my new water heater. He cleaned up too! He is the best!

Mohammad is amazing. He is a very hard worker and he is very efficient in his work knowledge. He had to repair our water pipes. I have never seen a person who is so honest and very knowledgeable. Mohammad did a wonderful job at fixing our water system. We now have hot water. I would highly recommend Mohammad. If you ever need anything done that has to do with plumbing than Mohammad is the person that you want to call. You will not be disappointed.

These guys were fast! I called 10 plumbers before finding their number. Everyone was busy. When I called him he was available and here within the hour I called. I mentioned the yelp add and got 5%off. I'm so happy they came becauSe our water had to be turned off because of a broken valve under our sink. Our 2 year old is sick and we needed our water back on ASAP. Next time I know to call them first. Great service! Problem fixed.

We found our water tank leaking. It was shocking because we had no clue why there were orangy water lines running out from the top of the tank. We realized it was something wrong. It was the Saturday noon before the President's Day. We had to find a plumber quick to figure this out. We made a few calls and found Mohammad. He told us we had to replace the tank after he looked at some pictures we sent. He was willing to work with our Home Warranty insurance and got an authorization successfully. Unfortunately, he was fully booked the rest of Saturday. However, he made himself available for us early Sunday.

He instructed us to turn off the water and empty the tank in the meantime. We sent him more pictures and he walked us through exactly what to do. He was so helpful and patient with us, who had never dealt with a situation like this. He was responsive keeping us informed while we were waiting for the insurance's authorization.

We were so glad that he could work with the insurance, had the supply, guided us to empty the tank, and showed up on time early sunday morning. He did a fantastic job to end the nightmare for us. We will totally hire him again if we have a plumbing situation.

Mohammed went above and beyond expectations!  He used his own time to hunt down a part for our water heater on the same day!!!  A part that no one was able to get to us until after the new year...they all told us it would be a six day wait and a minimum of $700 for parts and labor.  However, Mohammed put in the time and care to work directly with the manufacturer to find a local supplier and he even obtained a warranty authorization number so the part was completely covered!!!!  A true example of good old fashioned customer service...caring about our family being without hot water (with visitors!) after being told by others that our only chance was to pay almost $1,500 and replace it if we didn't want to wait six days. With Mohammed's intention and attention we have a perfect water heater for only a small fee to replace the bad burner assembly...within less than a day!!!!!! I've had Mohammad come in a few times for various big & small jobs. Always on time, very clean job and very professional. I don't call anyone else for my plumbing jobs anymore.

His latest job for me was replacing a 40 years old water heater. Took a while, but he was extremely thorough. You can't go wrong with him.

My hot water heater was overflowing and I needed a replacement.  Mohammed gets 5 stars for his professionalism, honest, and timeliness. He had all of the parts to install my water heater to meet the current codes.  He was didn't sell me anything that I didn't need.  He was extremely efficient with the install.  I'm super happy to receive this type of service and will definitely call Mohammed when I need additional plumbing assistance.  Very highly recommend!

Mohamed and his father are FAST, courteous, knowledgeable, reliable,and did I say FAST. They showed up on time explained everything and proceeded to get to work. They were done in less that 90 minutes and cleaned up after themselves. Hopefully I never need there services again, but I will/would definitely recommend and use again.

After 12 days working with a plumber with Old Republic I had enough, the old plumber came yesterday and replaced parts and still didn't work, he came back out and said he would have to replace hot water heater, by the time he was able to come back out it would be another week or later, they were busy. Now get this husband had open heart surgery and has to clean his huge chest incision daily and now we have another week or more after 12 days of no hot water. Said forget it, called Emergency Water Heater, they said we can come right now. I said give me time to see if they are going to pay me back for this. Old Republic will refund me for this in 14 days ( I had to use my credit card). I called Emergency Water and Plumbing and they came out in 45 min , new water heater installed in 2 hours. Love them guys. I will refer them over and over , they are also reasonable. They are professionals. Thank you Emergency Water Heater and Plumbing, no more trips 30 miles to use someone's shower.

I found out my water heater cracked and was leaking just as I was about to go to work on Friday.  I called Emergency Water Heater Plumbing and spoke to Mohammed.  They came over within the hour.  Our family wanted a tankless water heater, Mohammed didn't even bat an eye he told me the price and that he would be here all day.  

When he had to leave he informed me and also when I should expect him to return throughout the day.  

When the job was finished he looked very professional and he explained everything.

Mohammed is the most nicest guy I met. I never met the man in person, but over the phone he was so professional.

We had a problem with the temperature of our water everytime we took a shower or just needed hot water. Mohammed responded within minutes and just over the phone he guided us in what to do with our water heater.

Other yelp bussiness asked for them to take a look at it in person, but Mohammad just needed a picture and walk us through in what to do before he made the decision if he needed to come down to check it out. All along the, pilot flame went out.

Our water heater didn't work after my husband tried to take a bath. We found Emergency Water Heater and Plumbing and called. They answered right away and said they could be out the next day between 9:30 and 11 am. I texted our information to them and they confirmed the appointment promptly. They called the next morning to say he would be there within 20-30 minutes and he was. He (Mohammed) came in (wearing a mask), checked the water heater and determined that it was the therma couple (sp) and gave me a quote. He finished within 30 minutes. I am very pleased and will recommend them to anyone who has water heater problems.

Mohammed has done good jobs in my house.  I mean good jobs because he installed the water heater in short notice, fixed my 30 years old main water valve and installed a new water softener system.  He is always responsive and deliver what he promised in quality works.  I will not hesitate to give my recommendation to anyone.
