Best Water Heater Repair in Oakland CA
I had a backed up sink in my bathroom that's been giving me a problem for months. I've tried everything. Went through several bottles of Drano and nothing worked. Atlas plumbing came and worked their magic and I couldn't be more happy. The plumber was nice and did the job very fast and I'm couldn't be more thankful for the service Atlas provided. Great company and the prices was reasonable (probably less than the massive amounts of Drano I purchased to get rid of the clog). Thanks Atlas!

There were issues with the bathroom pipes in the apartment above me. I came home to find 2 holes in the ceiling above my shower. The property manager contacted Kenneth Asire Plumbing. Thanks to Justin, the pipes have been repaired. He was very kind, courteous and understanding. I would highly recommend Justin for all your plumbing needs.

Carlos was my plumber. Came in for a quote to seal my gas lines. He told me everything he was going to do clearly and gave an honest price as compared to some other companies I got quotes from. No issues. Recommend vango.

I needed a new sewer lateral for our 1914 Berkeley house. The old clay pipes were shifting, resulting in big clogs now and then. Tsering and his crew did a required lateral test for a house my daughter bought in Kensington, and I was impressed at the speed and neatness of that job. Be advised that Everest only does outside work, that is their specialty. Tsering called back after I left a message and came to look at the job a day later. It was about 80+ of main line and another 25 of a secondary lateral, with 2 more points for kitchen and basement drains. He said it would take 2 days, and they could work around my big ferns without damage. I scheduled it for a week when we would be out of town ( the house drains cannot be used while they work.) The price was very reasonable. I got two bids but Tsering is someone I really trusted right off. The finished the entire job by 3 pm the second day. When I came back I found all the plants undamaged, a new clean out in back, and two more along the line. The yard looked better than when they started. They not only fixed my cranky gate, but apparently put in a new side lateral pipe without raising the bid. That was really going the extra mile.
Thsering and his crew are the best sub contractors I've ever hired. Additionally they got the City papers to me the next day. I give them 10 stars

Quick professional response to our backed up garage drain on a Sunday morning. Thank you! Price was reasonable for emergency work. Ben had previously installed a new water heater for us.

We knew our house had radiant heat set up, but the boiler was old and had not been working. For 3+ years we were trying to find someone who would help us confirm that the pipes in the floor are fully functional and have no leaks. Ramnar was incredible - he came to evaluate what was in the house and what was necessary. Less than a week later, he came with a temporary boiler and set it up within 2 hours to run and test the tubes. He then used a heat sensor to show that the system was working throughout the entire house and we can't wait to swap out the temporary boiler and install a permanent one. Highly recommend!

My kitchen sink backed up and wouldn't drain properly. The garbage disposal drain some water while the rest cane up the other side (dual sink). Took apart the pipes and got some gunk out but it wasn't enough.
Called Plumbing Care yesterday and they were completely booked for the next few days. Somehow they squeezed me in early this morning. Dimitry came this morning and was able to get in unclogged. Turned out the clog was pretty deep in the pipes.
Morale of the story. Don't put rice (tough for Asians) and pasta in the garbage disposal. If you already have, call Plumbing Care.

There's a reason Elite Plumbing has all 5 starts. It was a great experience from beginning to end. I asked Awais for quote on a circulating pump. He sent over links to a few options that he recommended and offered me a chance to get it myself if I could find it for cheaper. Two days later he came over, installed the pump and valve expertly in under an hour, refitted the copper plumbing for the gas line, and had some time to look over some plumbing repairs that I was thinking of doing. Rather than the usual upsell most would expect, he made his suggestions, provided some pointers, and left me to it. A couple of days later he texted to check-in to make sure everything was working as expected. Couldn't have asked for a better experience all-around.

We found Savior Plumbing through Angie's List many years ago and have called them to service our tankless hot water heater and clear our sewer line. Their technicians have been excellent every time.
This past week, their technician Colin came to clear a blockage. Not a pleasant job, but he was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He fixed the problem and also checked our sewer line relative to other properties. He was very thorough, and also cleared the gunk in a bathroom sink.
Making the appointment didn't take long, and they were able to reschedule for earlier in the week when the problem recurred unexpectedly. They initially gave a 2-hour time frame when a technician would come, then I received a call and text from Colin with an updated time of arrival. I also appreciated an email receipt.
Technicians as well as the administrative staff have been very professional.

Never have I been so impressed! After 4 plumbing companies told us that our problem could only be solved by removing the bathtub and replacing it with a shower (a remodel), Ignacio Islas from Plumbing Guys came in to provide an estimate for the remodel. He looked at the drain, then looked at me and asked me if he could try one more thing. He did and fixed the clog that 4 other companies told me wasn't fixable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company and celebrate Ignacio's creativity and willingness to do the right thing!

Daniel was awesome! He showed up 1 hour after I called at like 9pm and had a mask on and everything. He seemed very experienced and fixed our fill valve in less than half an hour. He was very reliable as I called a few times before having him come out because I wasn't sure if he needed to come ASAP or first thing the next day. Great experience!

Like S. d., they've done good work for me in the past, but it was steep. Better the devil you know, so I went with them when I had a cracked sewer lateral.
$800 later i have some footage of the pipe and an I had to ask them to resend the estimate (only the bill arrived the first time). The proposal involved re-routing half my lines cost 6.5K, which doesn't include permits and I would have to do the crawl space excavation (not insubstantial) myself.
After some research I found a trenchless solution (cured in place pipe) for a small fraction to repair only the 4' section of damaged cast iron pipe (the rest looked healthy).
To sum up: good work if money is no object. Down side, expensive and not much interest in finding the best value solution.

Our kitchen sink drain, increasingly slow to empty, took a turn for the worse. After checking the trap and trying for an easy fix, I called Nahman Plumbing for a professional solution. I was met with their usual very polite and thorough phone response, then easy scheduling of a timely service appointment, all efficiently confirmed via phone/email.
Technician Carrie responded - friendly, personable, and professional - in the familiar blue truck. While respecting the house, she quickly figured out the best path to solving the issue, explained what she was up to and the costs - then made drain cleaning as pleasurable and efficient as possible an experience.
While totally satisfied with the job, note this is a top shelf company that reinforces the old you get what you pay for - my 5th star isn't shining in context of the cost.
