I was given a 2 hour window for technician arrival, text message and e-mail confirming appointments, regular updates on progress. Tech was corteous and fast in changing the hardware and fixing the problem. He tested thoroughly for leaks before leaving. No mess left behind. I am a very happy customer indeed!

We found the plumbers Paul Vanoo and his assistant at Van Go Rooter to be amazing and very professional. We had an issue with our shower where there was no cold water. Turning the handle, the water would only briefly stay warm then become scalding hot. Moving the handle, we were able to get the water to a tolerable level, but at the expense of water pressure. During their initial assessment, they offered two well-informed choices. We chose to wait for a part. It wasn't an immediate fix, but we were glad we did. The staff at Van Go Rooter consistently checked in with us to see if the part had arrived. They made us feel that our situation was important to them. When the part finally came, two members of their team came to work on the plumbing problem which made the process go much faster. They were respectful of our space, insuring a neat work area. Finally, when it came down to test the water pressure and temperature; they took the time to really make sure that it was to our liking. I'd recommend utilizing Van Go Rooter for any plumbing issues. We'll definitely do so if the need arises!

We had problem with our drainage in the bathroom which caused a leak in our closet downstairs. He came to check it out and advised what needed to be done. He was able to fix it and replace any outdated parts. Thanks Ben.

It was lucky for us we called LuntMarymor to get earthquake shutoff valves for our gas meters. Antonio arrived, on time, and handled the entire business including shutting off for the installation and restarting all of our gas appliances when he was done. Service was professionaly, courteous and done at a very fair price. We will definitely call LuntMarymor again when we need plumbing service.

I had a gas leak in my kitchen, so PG&E had to shut off the gas for my entire apartment. My landlords had Carlos from Albert Nahman come on Thursday, and he stayed for about 5 minutes and sounded uncertain the entire time he was talking about what needed to be done to restore my gas. Instead of giving definitive answers, he said he needed another person to move the stackable washer/dryer to repair the leaking pipe, and wouldn't be able to come back until the following Monday. Mind you, without gas I couldn't take a hot shower, use my oven/stove to cook, or wash/dry clothes.

After complaining to the company, my landlord was able to get two new guys, Stanley and Alex to come on Saturday. The difference between their visit and the first guy (Carlos) was like night and day. They turned a bad experience with their company into an outstanding experience. I seriously cannot say enough good things about these guys. They were professional, courteous, and so knowledgeable!

I had questions about other plumbing related things, and they were able to easily help me fix my kitchen sink drip and my bathroom sink faucet spraying everywhere. Because of Stanley and Alex, I'd highly recommend this company.

I have had three occasions to use Atlas Plumbing in the last two months.  The first was a major remodeling of our master bath.  Our tub had to be taken out so that we could have a solid piece of marble installed.  I called several plumbing companies and they wanted a lot of money and didn't seem like they wanted the job.  Atlas (Damian) took out the bathtub where it sat on our patio  for two weeks while the marble was being installed and then Damian came back and put the tub back in place.  Not a scratch on the tub.
We then had a valve replaced in our guest bathroom.  Same thing Damian was on time and we were very happy with what he did.Today my husband was doing some plumbing work and it was more then he was capable of.  It had to be fixed as we couldn't turn our water back on.  We called Atlas and Damian stopped on his way home from work and took care of the problem.

Best decision ever, hiring this crew to replace a couple ancient cast iron boilers. He worked very intelligently to tie in a modern mod/con boiler with my gorgeous old radiators. Everything is working perfectly. Very happy. I made a lengthy search of boiler/radiant companies, and they were all scared to take on my project, or they were overpriced, or they didn't seem very knowledgeable or patient. Innovative scored on each of those. Highest recommendation!

Oliver from Handyman Heroes was great! We received their quote for our office through Managed by Q, when I requested for an electrician to come in due to continuing issues with our circuits and half of the things in our office kitchen not functioning. He quickly diagnosed the problem (a breaker that needed replacing) and got it fixed up. He was a total life saver for our office! Definitely would recommend him and Handyman Heroes.

Had a backed up sink and our regular guy couldn't get to us for a week. I called expecting to be able to make an appointment for the next day or possibly day after that. I was pleasantly surprised to be told that someone would be out in about an hour!

The problem was even more complicated that I had anticipated, being a clog in a kitchen sink with a garbage disposal. It turns out that the problem was further down the line past the garbage disposal.

Not a problem, when one thing didn't work out, he calmly moved to the next and soon found the problem. Had to run to the truck for a few more tools, but problem was resolved in less than an hour.

Wasn't even charged extra for the last minute appointment, the cost was very fair.

Beyond doing the work for free (I kid, I don't expect people to come out and do the job without being paid), it couldn't have been a better outcome. Highly recommended.

Dimitry came to my house to fix a severe leakage in my main water line very professionally.  I am impressed by a few things:

(1) He came exactly on time.  Knowing my situation, the phone operator said that she would mark my case urgent and would let the nearest plumber come between 11am (the call was at 10am)  and 1pm.  One hour later, Dimitry came exactly on time at the earliest I could expect (11am).

(2) The fix needed him to dig a sizable hole in my front yard to reach the leakage.  He quickly identified the location and got the job done within about an hour.  It was really hot outside.

(3) He patiently explained to me what was wrong with the water line and what he did.

(4) To my biggest surprise, after knowing that my toilet tank didn't stop water, he offered help without asking for $$$.  Again, he fixed the issue with magic.

The entire experience was very smooth and quick.  I was impressed by his (and the phone operator's) care and professionalism.

Before calling them, I actually called a few other companies.  They were either all booked or had bad attitude.  One company said that it would come in the morning but never showed up (and didn't answer my calls).  It was even trying to charge me $139 for only the investigation.

By contrast, I am very happy with Plumbing Care.  They were willing to empathize my situation and get the job done very professionally.  My experience overall is very positive.

Our kitchen faucet had been leaking for awhile. I ordered the replacement faucet, but figured out in a hurry that the install wouldn't be the straight forward project I was anticipating. The mounting nut had rusted and was frozen in place.
I contacted Savior Plumbing to help me out.  They had an available plumber and dispatched him within the hour. Their plumber, Jordan, arrived and got to work. He had to section the nut with a metal cutter to remove it, which was something I wouldn't have been able to tackle.  Once the old faucet was removed, the install of the new faucet proceeded uneventfully.
Jordan is knowledgeable and performed the repair professionally and courteously.
