They came and saved the day twice. First to install toilets and a kitchen faucet. Second to install bathroom faucets and clear a shower drain. Both times came on short notice, purchased the parts for us, and charged us below estimates. I will go to them again for sure.

Francesco is your plumber to call. I've never encountered a contractor with as much attention-to-detail, knowledge, and professionalism. Francesco does everything by the book and communicated frequently to provide updates on our project. We had our whole house repiped and had him replace the existing water heater with a tankless one. He is a one-man crew that delivers clean, code-approved results.

After Francesco was done with the repiping, we decided to work on a bathroom remodel so we had him hold off on our final plumbing inspection (until we finished our bathroom so everything could get signed off with one visit). At one point, we had a freak accident where one of the pipe fittings had burst, and it soaked our crawlspace (luckily we caught it early). We told Francesco, and he came by the next day to fix it. We were expecting to pay him for fixing the problem, but he didn't charge us a dime! It wasn't even a problem he could've controlled; he did everything correctly (the inspector signed off on his spectacular work) but this freak accident occurred and he still took it upon himself to fix it, free of charge. That really helped us out and shows what an honest and professional guy that he is. I highly recommend him.

We got quick responses and quotes, they respected the work schedule and were fair with their pricing.

The job was performed well and they cleaned up any mess. Wore shoe covers and masks while inside the house.

Better Home Construction sent a technician to my home on Tuesday.  I had read all the great reviews and they sent someone out the same day so it was promising but when the technician arrived, he said he needed to charge me $185 just to look.  I said, Oh, I was not aware that there was a charge just to look.  I had contacted another company that said they provide free estimates...  The technician did not even let me finish my sentence.  He got extremely upset, started yelling that no one provides free estimates and stormed out of my house, and speed off extremely fast.  I was left in complete awe.  He did not even let me finish my sentence to let him know since he was there, I would pay because what was important to me was finding whether we had a leak.  He was extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend this company at all.  

The company website actually advertises ,multiple times that they provide free estimates, see below from their website but obviously it is a lie.

I would recommend another company for your needs as I did.  The other company sent someone right away on the same day, Tuesday.  Their technician was very professional and offered great service.  They actually had a higher fee to evaluate the problem but explained that the fee would be deducted from the work they would need to perform.   I would time and time again pay more for better customer service and professionalism.

I recently had a minor leak with my hot water heater, so I called Muhammad to have him come out and take a look. He came out next day since it wasn't an emergency, he assessed the problem, figured out the leak, and came up with some options. We decided to go with a new 50gal. tank, came out the next day and did they install. Muhammad was very professional, informative, and,efficient! He had answers to all my questions. This is the 2nd time I've used his company, and I strongly recommend this company for any hot water heater problems

Emil responded so fast and was able to give me good information for my water heater options. He knew what I was looking for and didn't push on more expensive and other options (like the tankless heaters). We were able to communicate via text where I gave him dimensions and model of my current tank. He was then able to call me back and gave me reasonable estimates. After I confirmed what I wanted, he was able to book me the very next day. He came with a mask on time and finished the work within the timeframe that he mentioned. Vince did an amazing job installing a kitchen faucet and a new disposer in our home. Before I talk about his install,  I wanted to say he is a  gem of a person to meet. He is very responsive and he made sure everything is alright in his work before he left. He took time installing the faucet and disposer and making sure it had no leak by running the water multiple times. His price was comparable to other companies but difference is in his workmanship. If you are looking for a plumber I would strongly recommend him.
