Prompt, courteous and efficient service but, watch out for their high quotes. I feel their service staff are incentivized to mark up double the acceptable rate, in order to split the difference.

Truly the best home technician experience I've had. He was very detailed and clean. Incredibly responsive via text and calls. He not only fixed the problems I had but he was patient with his responses and gave great preventive maintenance tips. Even shared which tools I should consider buying so I can self diagnose my issues before calling him again in the future. You can tell he wasn't just here to fix a problem. He was here to educate and save you money. Awesome dude!

Roman was great!!! Just like others on Yelp, we sent messages to get quotes for a project we needed done. With the pandemic, we waited to have it fixed. But we decided to have it done and so glad we did! We needed two faucets and two cartridges in the shower replaced. They weren't the first to respond to my messages, but when they did, they had seriously the best quote right from the beginning. No haggling at all! We did not feel like we were being nickel and dimed for the project.
Roman came right on time, wore shoe coverings and mask. Very professional. He was very kind. Answered all my questions without being condescending or rude. In the past, we were loyal customers to plumbing care inc. I don't know why we stayed with them for years. We used them like 3 or 4 times. But we never had a good experience with them, but the price was good. But so not worth it!
During the work, Roman ran into a few issues, but resolved them quickly. And again, didn't raise the price on us. Which we thought he might. That was just awesome!!!
Roman was efficient, courteous, professionsal and the price was the best. I will most definitely use them again!

Ben is an Amazing plumber.  He was very prompt, reasonable and professional.   He cleanout and replaced a cleanout joint in our basement that was backed up, leaking and well past its end-of-life.

I used Atlas twice for plumbing.  First it was just blockage in the drainge.  After clearing blockage, the plumber said that I need to redo the drainge going to the main sewer.  It would cost about 3000-5000.  I was not convinced that was needed.  So I decided to leave it the way it is.  Since then, no issues.  

Second time, the kitchen water backed up in the bathtub.  Again after clearing the blackage, Atlas guy (different from the first technician) said that I need to replace drain pipes and p-trap, etc and quoted $3500.  This time, I was convinced that was necessary and callled another plumber for a quote.  I got $1800 from another plumber!!!  

Obviously, I didn't use Atlas for this job and will never use them again!

Gil was reliable and helper fixed the leak at home. He was cost effective and highly reliable.

We worked with Vince and a few people at the back office, who did an amazing job replacing a fan/light/heater and housing in the bathroom of our apartment.

Everyone responded by text, phone, and email quickly. We got everything setup with appointments near the time of communication and Vince went out of his way to find and procure the least expensive option to replace the unit, reaching out to the manufacturer in Canada among other things.

I would highly recommend Handyman Heroes first for any work you had to get done in the Bay Area.

I called Plumbing Care yesterday. Alvictor came today. He gave me a quote and fixed the leaking pipe in about an hour. Quick and good service. Thumbs up.

They were great.  The crew took off their shoes in the house, wore masks and were very polite.  The job was done in a reasonable time.

I randomly called Savior Plumbing because I needed to redo the kitchen plumbing, install a new garbage disposal and replace a rusty faucet that was stuck in place. David came out and sawed off the old faucet and replaced the old rusty drain with high quality PVC plumbing that looks amazing and I know will last. Everything is running perfectly. Truly a professional.

A week later, my HOA notified me of water leaking into the unit below. I called Savior Plumbing with no hesitation. Was hoping David would come out but this time it was Adam. He was just as friendly and professional. He identified the problem and replaced a gasket that another plumbing company had replaced several months earlier. It was the wrong part! Adam identified it. Replaced it with the correct part and tested to make sure that we weren't leaking. Having a peace of mind that Adam did the right thing and fixed my issue the right way is invaluable!

We asked Rey to come give us a quote for air conditioning a year ago.  After pg&e finally updated our transmitter a year later, Rey and his team came and installed.  I changed my mind on where to put the unit and Rey didn't even blink... he said, we want you to be happy and had his crew move it.  He didn't make me feel bad he simply wanted me to be happy.  Then we needed one more vent and he came in the next day and put one in.  Every step of the process was smooth and lovely.  I loved his energy and couldn't recommend him any more.  He and his team are the best!

The Jazz team came out and installed A/C at my condo and it was great! Raoul, Cody and Jesus came by in the morning and worked on it for the day. I went to work and came back and everything was awesome! The A/C is up and running and they patched the wall where they put in the electricity. They were great and addressed all my concerns about the new A/C. I also shopped around for a while before choosing Jazz, and they offered my the best pricing.

Took care of a massively clogged sink quickly and effectively. The PGs arrived on short notice. Figured out the problem quickly and had all the tools and stuff at the ready to fix a pretty major issue. Super professional and friendly.

Paul just replaced my garbage disposal today in my rental unit and did an awesome job. He was flexible given that I was offsite.  What was noteworthy was that he drove out to buy a new electrical cord because he wasn't confident in using the old cord. I found out earlier that it's common for  people to reuse the old cord from the old disposal, which isn't the safest.  I like that he has standards.

We thought we had a leak in our shower. Daniel and Troy quickly assessed the problem and provided a solution in less than 15 min. Fastforward and efficient service. Thanks!

I have used Jorge's plumbing several times, from installing sewage sump pumps, rain water sump pumps, installing backstops and correcting past plumbers' shoddy workmanship in general. He's friendly, reliable and always gets the job done right. I highly recommend his services.

We have been through several commercial projects that involve many contractors and subcontractors working under tight budgets and tight timelines.  I am happy to report that the folks at Lunt Marymor far  surpassed my expectations.  Our project was tricky as it involved installing a full sprinkler system throughout an old Victorian Building in SF.  They were careful to come up with plans that meet the Building Requirements but also preserved the integrity of the building.   Their team lead by Steve was both very skilled and polite as we occupied the building while the work was being done.  

They are skilled craftsmen and above all delivered our project on time!  I am happy to recommend Lunt Marymor for any plumbing needs particurly complex ones.  Great Job !

They got me a same-day appointment for a plumbing problem (I don't want to go into the yucky details but it was bad) - the technician was supposed to come at 9:30 and he managed to arrive an hour early. Wilber spent five hours here, much of it in the freezing cold, and was very good natured about the whole thing. I'm very grateful!
