Best Toilet Installation in Oakland CA

Kenneth was fantastic.  My son, a journey man electrician, installed a vent on the utility porch of one of our apartments to vent the dryer to the outside.  However, the City and County required a plumber to certify that it was done to code.  I contacted Ken and he came out and looked at it and said that it needed an outside vent.  Ken said he could do it or if my son did the work, he would be able to certify that the work was to code.  We did this and everything was taken care of.

This man's company will have my plumbing work on this building as well as any other apartment buildings that I acquire forever.  He took care of what was an awkward and potentially costly situation in a generous way and my gratitude will not be forgotten by me or whoever in the family inherits the property.

Great service from Abraham and resolved a tough clog in the tub that we ultimately couldn't do on our own, in addition to restoring pressure to a low flow sink that another plumber didn't want to touch for fear of making it worse. Really responsive and quick to schedule, almost don't want to describe when and how quickly he responded so I don't set unrealistic expectations to future clients. Thanks Abraham!

Ben is an Amazing plumber.  He was very prompt, reasonable and professional.   He cleanout and replaced a cleanout joint in our basement that was backed up, leaking and well past its end-of-life.

Love these guys!  First time they came by and figured out I didn't need any work done and didn't charge me.  Second time they came, fixed the problem quickly and the cost within reason.  Thansk Atlas.

Gil was reliable and helper fixed the leak at home. He was cost effective and highly reliable.

We had difficulty getting them to respond to phone calls.  Once we got over that hump, we had a crew (Anthony and Joel) take care of some issues around the house.  Some were simple tasks, like cleaning and replacing the furnace filters, and some more involved issues: dry-rot removal, wood replacement and painting.  Overall it was a 4-day project.

They showed up promptly with the tools and materials required for the work and cleaned up after themselves every day.

The work was carried out thoughtfully, and with a high level of craftsmanship.  They were quicker than estimated.  Good and fast, what more could you want?

Awais helped fix a gas leak in my garage. He was extremely responsive and provided a free quote after I sent him a picture of the problem.

I'm glad he helped check the remaining connections for more leaks. The work was done quickly, even when additional leaks were found.

The price was fair and competitive, and Awais was friendly when I chatted with him. Very down to earth and happy to answer any questions I had. Would definitely call him again for any plumbing issues in the future.

So, when you need a plumber you call them and they come and fix your problem, at least a good one does. Rey does that, all at a very reasonable price. He has saved us many times on the weekends (old house) and he also did our trenchless sewer line replacement when it exploded. So, in the plumbing department he's five stars.

But what I really love about Rey so much is him. I honestly feel like he's become a friend. He's such a sweet guy, very considerate, very clean. And what a character! He was an Olympic boxer! Ask him about his enthusiasm for ACDC! Totally cool, and totally recommended.

These guys came through on time, on budget and on point! Other companies were telling me it would be 1 week or more till someone could come out and our heater was broken and it was getting cold! Thankfully I found Jazz Heating and they came out the next day. From start to finish the service and communication were stellar. Zachary our technician was so nice, so knowledgeable and so good at what he does. We couldn't have been happier. Excellent work all around now I know why this company has 5 stars all the way. Well deserved!

Paul is amazing!  He answered my call right away, I sent him photos of the work to be done, and he was here 10 minutes before the scheduled time. He worked diligently and asked me questions along the way to ensure that I was pleased with the work. Paul was done in about 2 hours and our new kitchen light fixtures look wonderful! He even hauled away the old fixtures and boxes. I will definitely be calling him in the future with a list of other honey-do work!

I have used Jorge's plumbing several times, from installing sewage sump pumps, rain water sump pumps, installing backstops and correcting past plumbers' shoddy workmanship in general. He's friendly, reliable and always gets the job done right. I highly recommend his services.

Called for a quote on a new water heater.  The woman on the line was very evasive.  Didn't want to give me a price.  Kept saying the guy would have to look at it.  Everyone else I called either quoted me a fixed price or cost of the heater plus hourly with a ballpark amount of time it would take.  Finally, after practically begging for any kind of price quote, and all but drawing a diagram of the location from the driveway to the gas line fittings, she quoted me $1,500.00 for a job that I got done for $750.

Don't even bother to call.

Took forever to get them to provide a quote after visiting my house .  Guy took a couple of photos with his phone (change out the kitchen faucet, replace small wall mounted corner bathroom sink, I had all the parts). After multiple calls the guy that came out finally called back and said $2500 bucks.  I almost dropped the phone.  I have done a lot of home renovations with and with out tradesmen and contractors and that number was so out of line.  I had another outfit do the work and they had it all done in half a day for $600 ($160/hour rate).

The only thing I can figure is they just didn't want the job as it was too small. But hey, just tell me that up front and save us both the hassle.
