During the COVID-19 pandemic I decided to tackle replacing my bathroom vanity and giving the bathroom a little facelift. Thinking I could tackle installing the new vanity on my own I quickly realized I was well out of my comfort zone and decided I should call a plumber. Found Kenneth Asire via Yelp, called and told me they could come between 11-1pm the very next day (awesome)! Next day I received a text at 11:45 saying the technician was on his way. Justin F. arrived shortly after noon, and evaluated the situation, offered what he could do and told me a price right then and there. I said great and he started right away, half way through the realized they didn't have all the parts necessary so they had to run to the plumbing supply but that didn't take more than 15 mins. They came back, got everything hooked up, let it run for a few minutes and checked for any leaks. I paid and they were on their way. Really nice guys, and when I told them I didn't want to do the more extensive recommend work they shifted and offered a new plan. All in all couldn't be happier! Thanks Justin & your buddy (couldn't catch his name) you guys are awesome!

Our garbage disposal was a quick fix actually. But I appreciate Abraham's timely response. I also like his 2 month warranty on his services.

Roman is amazing, with this outbreak going on he came through for me with a serious mask on and shoe covers. I was impressed with his work, unfortunately he couldn't fix my shower to be replaced because he said it was a 2 person job, and he was not able to fix my freezer issue either. And he was slammed with his work schedule, he was unable to put on my closet door either on the spot. He was able to fix my patio door. Thanks Roman!

Ben installed my hot water heater last summer.  He was very friendly and professional.  He responded right away, on a SUNDAY, and stayed with it until we had a new hot water heater installed and working that afternoon.  He did great work for a very reasonable price.

Yesterday, the hot water heater's t/p valve released for some reason and water flooded into the pan, etc.  I contacted Ben, nearly a year later, and he responded right away.  He came over first thing this morning, checked it all out and installed a new valve, just to be safe.  We have hot water again and my family can rest easy.  

With all of the shady characters out there in the contracting/construction world, I just wanted to share that I think I've found a real, professional tradesman who stands by his work and cares about his clients.

While I have been happy with their work in the past, I felt like they were overcharging me. Once I said no to their estimate because of the cost and they brought it waaaay down -- to about half the original. Very suspicious, but I don't pretend to understand how the plumbing business works.

But they really lose points because they set up some of their work to fail. My handyman friend opened the leaky bathroom faucet that Atlas had supposedly fixed a few weeks prior and found a very wrong and very broken down kind of gasket inside. He replaced it with the right kind (for less than a dollar) and it's been fine since. And it wasn't just a matter of accidentally picking the wrong size gasket, it was a different style and material altogether, not made for bathroom faucets at all. Sloppy work or a way to get me to call them back again? Dunno, don't care.

Gil was reliable and helper fixed the leak at home. He was cost effective and highly reliable.

Working with Handyman Heroes was a breeze, from top to bottom. Communicating with Megan was as pleasant and straightforward as I would hope. We were quickly able to schedule a site survey. My work schedule can be quite busy, so Larry made sure the survey was fast, but thorough. All the necessary details were sorted upfront, which made things much easier for both parties on day of the project. As for the work, Guillermo did an excellent job. He made sure to keep me posted as he day went on, I felt very safe in his hands. He actually finished sooner than I expected. All said and done, my neighbors were grateful that the noise was kept to a minimum and were all eager to compliment the final result. Oh, and it was priced exactly within the range I had hoped. I highly recommend them!

I was referred to Plumbing Care by a few of my neighbors in my subdivision. We had the original Takagi tankless water heater which was about 15 years old.

It was taking anywhere from 2-3 minutes to get hot water to the faucets/showers from my tankless water heater due to the way the house was built. I had Martin come out and he was able to give me a solution and assured me there will be a 60-70% improvement in my hot water delivery.

He installed a brand new Rinnai 199 tankless water heater for us including a timer. We installed the bypass valve in our kitchen sink. We now have instant hot water in our kitchen sink and get hot water throughout the rest of the house anywhere between 20 seconds- 1 minute. This is a huge improvement from before and we're so glad we did it. We kicked ourselves for not doing it sooner since we've been dealing with it for over 4 years.

Martin is very detail oriented and a perfectionist. He uses top quality products and doesn't do any shortcuts. He was very thorough in explaining everything at the end. To top it off, he's very personable and nice. He gave us great suggestions on maintenance and he even registered the warranty for us with Rinnai. This is by far the best service we've received by anyone. We will definitely be using Plumbing Care from now on.

We had a leak from our garbage disposal unit that spilled onto the floor and reached out to Elite Plumbing to come look and determine the fixed that was needed.  Awais responded within 10 minutes of the inquiry and we set-up a time to meet the next day and he arrived within the time frame agreed.  He inspected the issue and explained what the problem was and gave me my options and also provided options in case different scenarios happens.  In addition to explaining the issues, he also showed me the issue as well and walk me through the problem and how he would fix.  

He did a great job, fixed the issue within a reasonable time and was respectful.  Will definitely use Elite Plumbing again for any plumbing issues.

From the time we called, Amanda had to quote to us promptly Ayer we sent photos of the old heater, it's location and passage way. Time was set for replacement and the contractor, Jordan was an excellent worker explaining things as he worked.   An excellent experience.

Rey and his team are amazing. Super professional and kept to their quote. Even fixed a problem that was out of scope and an issue inherent to the house. Did a super job. Would recommend them to anybody and will use them for future work.

Our heater stopped working, and Jazz was able to send out a technician the same day. He was on time, and solved the problem quickly. It was a pleasure working with the company and their prices were fair.

I would definitely recommend Ted to my neighbors and friends and he will be the first to call whenever I need anything to get fixed around my home. I contacted Honey Do! Handyman Services through Yelp about doing a few small jobs at the office of the non-profit I work for. Paul was quick to respond, we discussed the project scope, quote, and scheduled the job.
Paul purchased the materials needed, arrived on time, and completed the various tasks very well. As the job was done during business hours, it was important that it stayed on schedule and wasn't too disruptive. I recommend Paul and will definitely use him again.

This is my second time using CR&P. This is also the second time that I've been able to work with Ron as my onsite technician. CR&P is highly responsive and always willing to work as fast as my schedule allows. Ron is super friendly and careful around the house. He did such a great job the first time, after I moved into a new place, so we called him again to unclog a bathroom sink. He was SO fast and kept the area clean as he worked. I'm glad to say I've found my go-to folks for plumbing needs in SF.

I have used Jorge's plumbing several times, from installing sewage sump pumps, rain water sump pumps, installing backstops and correcting past plumbers' shoddy workmanship in general. He's friendly, reliable and always gets the job done right. I highly recommend his services.

You call, you make an appointment, they show on time, they charge the going rate for solid craftsmanship.
They historically have worked on big building construction projects, but due to the weak economy now have a service department which brings all that construction experience with them. They are not who you would call for a blocked toilet emergency - that would be roto rooter or rescue rooter (who rip you off when you are most desperate). These guys are for the planned plumbing jobs. You won't be sorry. if they don't get it right the first time and they are at fault, then they do it right with no charge on the return visit.

Nick and Damien did a fantastic job repairing my toilet and replacing the shut off valve. Great office staff and follow up with scheduling. I am very happy that stellar customer service and highly skilled work is the norm for this company!

I walked in just needing a small part for a leaky faucet, but honestly I know nothing about DIY anything.  The woman at the counter was helpful and nice and didn't treat me like the dummie I felt I was.  In and out in a few minutes, and the part was exactly what I needed. I would never in 1 million years have gotten that level of expertise and help from Home Depot or even ace hardware. Ergo I was very grateful that it was not painful.
