The service and interaction with all Atlas employees was pleasant and efficient I didn't even need to be present. I stated the main lateral sewer needed to be replaced and I preferred trenchless. Joel showed up and performed camera viewing from roof clean out-within 48 hours he determined trenchless work was possible and I was produced a quote and I accepted (I received 6)As the project day approached, Santos the lead showed up a day prior to start to set up no parking signs- note it was a holiday and he was working! Permits in hand the job with City inspections was completed under 2 weeks, Daily cleanup by the crew was impeccable. Thanks Atlas team for making this a pleasant experience!

I've been meaning to review Rey and the team at LCP&H for a while. We had some plumbing issues at the start of the pandemic which his team quickly took care of. He did say that it would be a short-term fix because ultimately we needed a new sewer lateral. Sure enough 3 months later it was evident that we needed the new lateral, and fast. Lacayo-Colt was there that week and knocked the job out in a day and a half. The were respectful, communicative and professional during the job. They did excellent work and the pricing was very reasonable. The only tough part of the experience was waiting almost 2 months for the City of Oakland to come inspect the lateral!!! Insane for an inspection that took 10 mins. EBMUD certified it the day it was done. Rey and his team kept in constant, transparent, and quick communication about the inspection delays and got the inspector out, finally. They filled the trenches and cleaned up in less than 5 hours. They even fixed a wax ring on an old toilet at no charge and made sure everything was good to go.

Very fast response and scheduling , even late at night for service first thing in the morning. techs were fast and communicative. Hydrojetted our sewer lateral and showed us the condition with a camera and described the source of the problem (uneven lateral) and described long term solution.

So nice to have a tradesman you can trust. These guys are the best. Free estimates. Professional and honest. I'll be using Kenneth Asire for all my plumbing issues from now on.

Abraham was super quick to respond to my Yelp request and was able to come out the same morning and fix a backed up pipe. He was very knowledgeable, did a great job, gave us advice for how to avoid the problem in the future, and cleaned up the area after completing the job. These guys do great work, fairly priced and quick gets the job done. The amazing heated floors work great in the winter time and also helps keep the house warm and cozy. If you are considering getting wood floors I recommend getting the heated flooring, its a great saver with energy costs as well. Awesome people! Highly recommended.

I've known owner Tom Cortez and his family for over 20 years through St. Raymond's in Dublin, but when our Pressure Relief Valve (PRV) went out last week. that was not the first reason I called Savior Plumbing.

The reason I called is great service. Tom sent a crew member out the next day and not only replaced the PRV valve, but also replaced some leaking hose bibs in the laundry room.

Their man was fast, efficient, professional and did excellent work on both jobs.

Ted is not only a super cool dude, he is very thorough and reliable. He does his work quickly and most efficiently without skimping on quality. We hired Ted to come by and fix our janky light fixture that was placed by our homes previous owner, and all I can say is that I wish Ted was hired for that job in the very beginning!

Daniel and Ramon are great. I had kitchen sink clog happened pretty deep in my old house. And there is not a clearout. The pipe was also broken. They helped fix all the issues. Super messy issues. But they did it! Thanks

I have used Jorge's plumbing several times, from installing sewage sump pumps, rain water sump pumps, installing backstops and correcting past plumbers' shoddy workmanship in general. He's friendly, reliable and always gets the job done right. I highly recommend his services.

It is very difficult to get your calls returned. Incessant billing for service calls that results in merely adding more water pressure to the system. Does not recommend.

I did suffer a bit from sticker shock since fortunately I don't have to call plumbers often but Angel Isai Luna Cable from Albert Nahman came out and fixed at the issue quickly. He was absolutely wonderful; punctual, professional, efficient and did a great job.

Valley Plumbing gave us great fast service and made our day in our most recent work with them. Today's service call was to replace a broken kitchen faucet. They were there within 1/2 hour of our call (yep, we got lucky) and Steve, our plumber, went right to work and finished the job in an hour. I looked hard at doing the work myself, but when I came to the conclusion that I would have to remove the sink to get to the faucet, I got a bit smarter than usual and called Valley first. We have had Valley do some serious bathroom repair and remodeling work for us recently too. They have been excellent. Highly skilled and very efficient.

I have used them before and been satisfied, but I had them install a new low flow toilet which started leaking within a week.  When they came to fix it they said the box ring and failed and put in a new one.  Sounds OK.  They also said me flange was loose and if (or when) this box ring failed, the flange would have to be replaced.  Why not fix it now?  He also said that the caulking around the outside edge of the toilet would stop the leak.  Right, that means the water is going to accumulate under the toilet and it will be leaking only I won't know it.  Since they were have to fix this for free, I guess I shouldn't complain, but the guy was pretty unhelpful.  I'm going to try someone else when the flange fails.
