I just had a sewer job done by these guys - and they were awesome.  Old SF pipes - bad news)-:  After two plumbers came and looked - one was too busy and one was sketchy - these guys came out and were so professional, quick, nice and are a mostly family business.  All the guys who came for the job were cousins and clearly really cared about the business and the job they did.  I felt really comfortable having them in my home.  They figured out a more reasonable way to do the job and I have a great new sewer line.   Thanks Atlas!

We've been calling Lacayo Colt Plumbing for years now.  Rey is the most honest, dependable and skilled plumber we've found after almost 20 years of home ownership.   They've replaced outdoor and indoor water lines for us and kept the drains in our older home running smoothly.  Rey's estimates are always very reasonable and the workmanship is excellent.   Highly recommended - you won't be sorry you called Lacayo Colt for your next plumbing problem.

I picked this company based on the good reviews on Yelp.  I had a very negative experience.  They took advantage of the fact that I needed the work done quickly to give me a price that was easily three times what it should have been.  Then they did a crap job.  I later found out they were operating under a suspended license.  When I emailed them to let them know, I never heard from them again.  Tells you everything you need to know.

I called Kenneth Asire Plumbing because they had great reviews for repairing water heaters. I wanted someone to troubleshoot and repair the water heater and not just replace it. They were courteous, responsive, and got the job done. They located the part that failed and replaced it for me right away. Will call them for help again if needed.

Quick responses and came on a weekend (Sunday).  Fixed our sink faucet fairly quickly. Thanks!

Ben installed my hot water heater last summer.  He was very friendly and professional.  He responded right away, on a SUNDAY, and stayed with it until we had a new hot water heater installed and working that afternoon.  He did great work for a very reasonable price.

Yesterday, the hot water heater's t/p valve released for some reason and water flooded into the pan, etc.  I contacted Ben, nearly a year later, and he responded right away.  He came over first thing this morning, checked it all out and installed a new valve, just to be safe.  We have hot water again and my family can rest easy.  

With all of the shady characters out there in the contracting/construction world, I just wanted to share that I think I've found a real, professional tradesman who stands by his work and cares about his clients.

These guys do great work, fairly priced and quick gets the job done. The amazing heated floors work great in the winter time and also helps keep the house warm and cozy. If you are considering getting wood floors I recommend getting the heated flooring, its a great saver with energy costs as well. Awesome people! Highly recommended.

Gil was reliable and helper fixed the leak at home. He was cost effective and highly reliable.

I called them in the middle of the winter when we discovered our heating system had died in the middle of a cold snap. We had called many HVAC companies and got quotes from the companies who responded. Honrath and Stacey did not give us the lowest quote, but what won me over was there responsiveness. I called on a Thursday morning not expecting to get a response until Monday, but they called me back that day and scheduled an evaluation for the next day and had a quote to me before Monday. The other companies took much longer responding to us and giving us quotes.

I randomly called Savior Plumbing because I needed to redo the kitchen plumbing, install a new garbage disposal and replace a rusty faucet that was stuck in place. David came out and sawed off the old faucet and replaced the old rusty drain with high quality PVC plumbing that looks amazing and I know will last. Everything is running perfectly. Truly a professional.

A week later, my HOA notified me of water leaking into the unit below. I called Savior Plumbing with no hesitation. Was hoping David would come out but this time it was Adam. He was just as friendly and professional. He identified the problem and replaced a gasket that another plumbing company had replaced several months earlier. It was the wrong part! Adam identified it. Replaced it with the correct part and tested to make sure that we weren't leaking. Having a peace of mind that Adam did the right thing and fixed my issue the right way is invaluable!

Seamless diagnostic appointment that confirmed our suspicion - our furnace outlived it's useful life. Turnaround to schedule an install for a new unit was quick and our tech was kind and knowledgeable (thanks Justin!). Options for replacement were clear and pricing was reasonable. I have used Jorge's plumbing several times, from installing sewage sump pumps, rain water sump pumps, installing backstops and correcting past plumbers' shoddy workmanship in general. He's friendly, reliable and always gets the job done right. I highly recommend his services.

You won't go wrong with this company and Araceli the receptionist is great.  They are always right on top of things, professional, courteous and and you get honest information and good results in the end!

Great company / great service.  They were pleasant over the phone and got a technician out the next day (Saturday).  Otis was quick to inspect, explain, and price a replacement toilet for us, and to give us a rundown of the two potential problems that could arise in replacing our 60+ year old toilet (and a price impact) - we felt like we understood the whole process.   He also popped under the house to check the drain and shared a positive assessment of our current system - it was a nice bonus bit of info.

They scheduled replacement at our convenience and the whole thing took exactly as long as he had told us it would.  And our bathroom was left SPOTLESS.  Very happy; we'll turn to them the next time we have any plumbing issues.

I came home one evening to find water leaking in my front lawn and figured out that this was bad, especially with the drought going on.   Figuring I needed to take care of this quickly before any water nazis came knocking on my door, I called the City of Pleasanton to turn off my water.   (By the way, the Pleasanton Water Dept gets 5 stars for excellent responsiveness and assistance).

The guy from the City recommended Valley Plumbing, so I gave them a call and had them come out the next afternoon.   Within 2 hours, the guy (sorry forgot his name) dug a huge hole, found the broken pipe, fixed it, and explained why the piece broke (damn home builder).  

I was dreading how long it would take and the subsequent bill, but considering the enormity of the problem, they were able to take care of this quickly and at a reasonable cost.   I plan on replacing the plumber that I was previously using with Valley Plumbing.

I was looking  for a business to change our water heater. Looking at Olsson Plumbing about 50 % of the reviews are negative  and then there are very positive  reviews. What gives?.
