I needed help with a broken toilet, sink, and drain. Justin came out, diagnosed the problem, installed the appropriate replacement parts, and gave me several great recommendations to make sure it runs well going forward. He was committed to making sure the job was done right and not making sure that every minute was billed. After I couldn't get a part I ordered a week later to fit appropriately, he came out again at no extra charge. I will be calling Kenneth for all future jobs!

Our water heater was making a lot of loud popping noises that can be heard in our home and according to my research it needed cleaning/flushing so I posted a request for a job quote on Yelp.  I received a reply from Abraham within a few minutes and scheduled an appointment the next day.  They tried to perform a cleaning and a flush but there was too much sediment built up so he gave us options to either perform a thorough cleaning or replace the water heater and the broken valve since it was over 30years old.  We went with a replacement and he was able to replace our water heater the next day.  The job was done quickly and the price was right.  Highly recommended.

These guys really do guarantee their work! Atlas did some work in our bathroom about 25 days ago.  When the bathtub started acting up again, they came out the same day and fixed it for no charge. Mark offered me some of his professional opinions and told me not to hesitate to call if I have any problems with it in the future.  (Although I will be happy if this is the last time I HAVE to call them!) Great customer service!

The two gentlemen who showed up to hang the sign (Stephen & Jake) were ON TIME, friendly, efficient and did a great job. Bonus - they were very conscientious about cleaning up after the job.

My heater finally stopped working, I called and set an appointment the next day. Joey came right on time and gave me a couple of way to fix my furnace and a quote for a new a one. Joey did not pressure me to purchase a new furnace, I appreciated his honesty and patience in answering all of my questions. I decided to purchase to new one. I called back with more questions and again Joey called back promptly. The installation was a breeze and Joey informed me if I filled out the warranty
online I would get more time, the company changed the serial numbers so I had trouble filling out the warranty, again Joey helped me and called back at least 3 times to make sure it went though. BRAVO JOEY KEEP

Excellent Work ! Plumbing Care specialist, Martin,  was very friendly,  and enthusiastic and knew his work very well. Faucet installation was very well done by him, and the price was very reasonable. He went above and beyond and provided help and suggestions with some misc plumbing issues in the house. He even installed two angle trap valves, fixed a leak in the gas connection, put on new caulking on the sink, and didn't charge for the extra work. I decided to show him a problem with the kitchen disposal pipes, to give him more business, and he suggested that I didn't have to rush to get that fixed. That was very honest of him. Very satisfied with the work.  Will definitely refer him to my friends.

I contacted this company to put in a new water heater. A few weeks after they installed it I noticed that they had left a gap with the pipe coming out of the water heater to the ceiling. Which I knew wasn't right. We had P. G. and E come out to look at it. The P.G.and E worker told us gas had been escaping into our house because of this. When I told the owner he needed to finish the job he refused. We had to have another plumber come out to finish the job. I would suggest picking any other company over this one. Left my family's health at risk, unbelievable.

I've known owner Tom Cortez and his family for over 20 years through St. Raymond's in Dublin, but when our Pressure Relief Valve (PRV) went out last week. that was not the first reason I called Savior Plumbing.

The reason I called is great service. Tom sent a crew member out the next day and not only replaced the PRV valve, but also replaced some leaking hose bibs in the laundry room.

Their man was fast, efficient, professional and did excellent work on both jobs.

I highly recommend Tom and his great team at Savior Plumbing.

Rey saved us $1,500.00. Yes, $1,500.00!

We called Rey at 5:10 PM on a Wednesday where we advised that our water heater pilot continues to burn out. He refused to provide a quote for a new water heater over the phone but instead said he would like to come take a look at 8:30 the next morning to assess the situation. He arrived at 8:30 and at first look said, You do not need a water heater you only need to clear the dust from the vent. Apparently, our laundry room has a vent that we never knew about as it is not easily visible (positioned behind a furnace pipe). The flow of air from this vent is required so that oxygen enters the room in which enables the pilot to stay lit.

Rey, reinforced the fact that our problem was no doubt the vent as he could, smell moisture in the air as the fresh air was not entering the area.

We immediately cleaned years of dust from this vent and our pilot has since remained lit. We also, notice the damp smell is gone! We tried for several years to get rid of this smell but did not have any luck.
 
Finally, we want to mention that we called three other highly rated Yelp water heater specialist. They all stated, that we needed a new water heater based on the age of the water heater and quoted between $1,300 and $1,800.00 even thought our  water heater is only 6 years old. I made Rey aware of this and he said, It's a scam that so many others will sell you a new water heater when you do not need.

In the midst of the recent Bay Area Anarctic Apocalypse, our furnace went out! The Jazz Heating team was able to come on short notice (within 24 hours) to assess and provide an estimate for a replacement furnace along with installation. Their Hero Team #2 was super efficient ,and patient and did a great job. They walked us through the work they prlerformed, along with how to operate the new thermostat. I would highly recommend this business.

I reached out to Ted while looking for a handyman to replace an old vanity, wall cabinet, and mirror in our bathroom. He was very responsive and generous with advice on where to get materials and what kind to get even before I had hired him.

Once on site, I found him to be super friendly, adaptive, and communicative. The project ended up increasing in scope (including tearing out and replacing some drywall) because of unforeseen circumstances. (It's an old house, so honestly I went in expecting a surprise or two.) Ted was great about laying out the options, being mindful of the unexpected increase in cost. Throughout the process I felt I was kept in the loop and consulted on all the decisions I wanted to be consulted on.

This was my first experience with a handyman and I'll definitely be calling Ted when I need one again.

Ignacio and his team are pros. We hired him to test our lateral line from the house to the city. They were extremely knowledgable, helped through the process, contacted EBMUD to schedule the test, were on time and efficient. Will use for any needs going forward.

I was greatly pleased with Honey Do!  Paul was pleasant, talented a did great work.

Robert fixed our clogged sink/disposal issue and was fantastic. Went above and beyond in fixing the sink, and even helped replace some of the old hardware that was corroded. He also shared some useful tips and tricks for keeping our disposal running smoothly. Great service and would definitely use these guys again.

I have used Jorge's plumbing several times, from installing sewage sump pumps, rain water sump pumps, installing backstops and correcting past plumbers' shoddy workmanship in general. He's friendly, reliable and always gets the job done right. I highly recommend his services.

I used to have great service from them, but it really depends on who comes. I love Antonio.  He is courteous and hardworking.  He immediately put booties on when he entered  my house and cleaned everything up.  HIs job was thorough, and he made sure that he completed and checked everything before he left.  The company also comes at an appointed time, not a range (like others of 3 hours) and often times early.

That said, the last few times when Antonio was not available  two others came, it was a disaster.  They were older and very rude.  And they did not finish their job. They also charged a fortune for not doing much.  I also got an estimate for a bigger job from Lunt, and their quote was about 3 times more than others.

I keep getting calls from this business despite repeatedly informing them that they have the wrong number and to stop calling/texting. I did not order service, have not had service completed and would really appreciate it if you bothered whoever this Morgan person is instead of me.
