I had a few little projects in my home that have been waiting to get done (replacing skin faucet, re-caulking my bathtub, changing out window blinds, and some other things) and thought that they could be DIY's. After trying to replace the faucet, I realized I'm not handy or skilled enough :D

I reached out to Roman and he replied promptly with a competitive quote. I decided to go with him right away, and he came over a few days later.

He was great! Very professional and knew exactly what to do. He covered his shoes with booty covers before entering my home, cleaned up after every single project, and was very pleasant to work with.

Although my kitchen faucet was a challenge to be removed (very rusty), Roman was creative. He tried to unscrew everything but some of the screws were impossible to remove. He asked me if I wanted to keep it, and I said no. He asked if he could saw it off.
What I envisioned to be a simple job ended up being a job I was so grateful Roman was able to help me with! I couldn't have done it without him.

The quality of his work was also very good  better than other contractors I've had in the past.

He was easy to work with and I would highly recommend him for any projects big or small!

This is my first time writing a review on Yelp. But felt that I needed to share my story and how Joel (the owner) and his technician, Fren went above and beyond the call of duty.  My 7 y/o was playing dress up with my wedding ring (unbeknownst to me) on Sunday and accidentally flushed it! Didn't tell me the truth until last night. Atlas Plumbing came this morning and used a long hose with a camera attached to look for my ring...but nothing.  Joel suggested that he would go in the manhole down the street and see if he could find it. (I think he felt bad how distraught I looked) He said the chances were very dismal. I must be doing something good...because he found it!! OMG!! Last night were tears of sadness and now my tears are of happiness!! Want to thank Atlas Plumbing & Rooter so much for finding my wedding ring! It's such a great feeling when you get OUTSTANDING service!

Gil was reliable and helper fixed the leak at home. He was cost effective and highly reliable.

We're an HOA with two 3-story buildings in the Twin Peaks area. The doors in the building are constant problems with the extreme variation of weather conditions. Not one was closing properly. Plus, we needed an electrical outlet in one of our storage rooms. Brandon and Jose showed up and solved every challenging door problem and they had enough time left to install the outlet. I couldn't be more pleased with their work, problem solving, friendly and positive attitudes. I'll definitely hire them again!!

I absolutely love this company!  I moved into my house in February. I have had only 4-5 mins of hot water. It has been a really difficult transition with the rental agency. When Joey showed up with his cousin today it was like a Christmas miracle. They knew the water heater needed to be replaced and same day had it installed. I have never been so happy to take a shower. I was in tears today to just to have a warm shower and not have to jump out and freeze. I cannot thank you both enough. Not only are these guys efficient but they are friendly and great at communicating the issues at hand. Thanks again I appreciate all the hard work done today.

Beware! Do not call this company unless you are prepared to work with fast, fair, reliable and honest professionals.  I called Pluming Care to assist with a leak in the shower of our 2nd floor bathroom. Plumbing Care showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem.  (A leaking tub spout).  Given that this is a fixture-type part, they didn't have the part with them.  They took the time to explain our options which included; 1)  Plumbing Care making a parts run to Home Depot on our behalf and make the repair,  or 2) returning tomorrow to give us time to go select the fixture ourselves, and then make the repair.  They also suggested option 2b) which was to make the repair ourselves.  They explained the process and gave me the confidence and encouragement to give it a shot.  

The kicker was that Plumbing Care did not charge me for a service call !  They explained it was covered under their Free Estimate policy.

Fast forward,,,, I went to Home Depot, purchased the parts and made the repair myself.  No more leak!  I'm not sure what this Company's angle is. An on-time service call, an honest professional diagnosis, and an unbiased outline of repair options, all at no cost?!?!?  What's your angle Plumbing Care?  At this rate, if you keep this up you will have a new plumbing customer for life!

Seriously thanks ever so much Plumbing Care, not only for your help today on my plumbing problem, but also for restoring my faith (at least in certain vocation professionals).  We are fighting with our Home Warranty company on an A/C problem.  (First American...THE WORST!!!)  Stay tuned for a separate review on that on-going saga.  Rest assured it will NOT be a 5-star review.

I've known owner Tom Cortez and his family for over 20 years through St. Raymond's in Dublin, but when our Pressure Relief Valve (PRV) went out last week. that was not the first reason I called Savior Plumbing.

The reason I called is great service. Tom sent a crew member out the next day and not only replaced the PRV valve, but also replaced some leaking hose bibs in the laundry room.

Their man was fast, efficient, professional and did excellent work on both jobs.

I highly recommend Tom and his great team at Savior Plumbing.

I didnt hire them or even consider it, so I can't say anything about their work. But their van almost hit us, we were exiting a freeway and they kept honking as if we were going to slow even though it was just crowded, then went around us onto the street we were going to (very dangerous in this intersection) and almost hit a kid crossing the street and had the audacity to honk at him and us, as if they weren't the ones driving recklessly and rudely.

Awesome company.  I needed to replace the ancient and inefficient furnace at my house - called to get an estimator out, and they were literally at my house a few hours later.  I liked the quote, and got them scheduled for work a few short days later.  Their efficient and courteous crew got the job done in a single day, took away all the old crap, and left me with an efficient, modern, and well-installed HVAC system.  They had to cut a few holes in the side of my house for the furnace vent and condensate line, in addition to adding a new vent - it all looks great.  Their digital systems are also great - I got my quotes and paid online, and even got text notifications when the estimator/ crew were on the way (which is very handy since I don't live at the house yet). Couldn't be happier with the service I received.

Even though I ended up not needing the help, Ted was very helpful and quick to respond. I appreciated his taking the time to respond so quickly and being so kind in the process. I will save his information for when I really need him!

I was connected with Chosen Rooter through my home warranty company.

They are good at what they do, and I have no complaints there. In fact, I've interacted with many of their employees and everyone seems very professional and clearly wants to do good work for their customers. In particular, I noticed that they know when to appropriately 'bump things up' to the boss if they encounter something they are not familiar with.

I was also very impressed with their persistence in finding a replacement part for my space heater connection, which - in the process of replacing my water heater - also had to be replaced. After the replacements, I have had no issues, and everything is working as it should. However, it did take almost 2 months for the entire fix.

My biggest issue was with the difficulty in scheduling appointments and being stood up a few times after I was told that someone would be 'stopping by shortly'. I hope they learn to keep in better contact with their customers and at least follow up if they are not planning on showing up for a scheduled appointment!

I have used Jorge's plumbing several times, from installing sewage sump pumps, rain water sump pumps, installing backstops and correcting past plumbers' shoddy workmanship in general. He's friendly, reliable and always gets the job done right. I highly recommend his services.

I asked them to give me an estimate for installing a new water heater.

They then sent me a BILL for $125 for giving me an ESTIMATE!  There had been no prior discussion of this -- it just showed up in the mail.

Furthermore, when I called to make the appointment, they were misleading.  I told them that I was replacing a water heater and another plumber had said I'd need  a lot of work on that basement space.  The LM person on the phone said that sounded crazy; of course they wouldn't have to do that.

Their guy came and said the same about the work on the space. So the person on the phone should not have said what she did -- which had convinced me that the 1st plumber was wrong and overpriced. Not so.

Needless to say, I did not hire them  and will not call them again.

Nathan came on time, kindly presented himself and explained what he was planning to do to fix the water heater. Very open and clear communications, Nathan explained the additional work and costs before continuing the work. He only continued after my approval. The problem seems to be resolved after a lot of work. Very pleased with the resolution, with Nathan's professionality, and with the clear, no surprises communications/approach.

It's never a good time to have your toilets stop working, but it's especially stressful on a Sunday evening at 7 pm when you have family visiting from out of town. I called 3 plumbing services: the first got back to me right away but their On-call tech was already booked; the second I left a message (who didn't call me back until the next day); and Mike at Valley Plumming who actually ANSWERED my call! Yea!
Mike explained up front the hourly rate  & that we would be paying double time due to the late hour on the weekend.  The technician worked quickly & efficiently to resolve the problem.  He was neat & left everything clean.
We were very pleased that everything went well & he was done in less than 2 hours.  I would recommend Valley Plumbing for emergency services.
