He installed my new faucet and reconnected the plumbing at ease. My new sink and faucet look great!

My toilet seal was broken and the toilet itself was wobbly.
Bennyson  was punctual  and quick to repair the seal and also the toilet not being stable. I am very happy with the service he provided and pricing was fair.

I am very impress!! Starting with the lady that answers the call Charlene very nice, professional and approachable. Nick came to our house and we discuss the problem with our sewer.  It needed replacement. They came at the appointment date. Joel explained the job, nick was sick at the time but he came at the later part. They always left the site clean. They talked to me if there was any issue before proceeding with the work. When it was done, the city inspector even mentioned to my husband that it was one of the best job he inspected in months. I was pleased to hear that!! Thanks to all of the workers!

My water heater went out the afternoon before my vacation started. I call two other companies and couldn't get a same day response. I called Elite. They answered the phone, got the necessary info ,gave me a quote and responded within two hours. Within 1 1/2 hours I had a new water heater and was on my way to vacation the next day.

I have used Jorge's plumbing several times, from installing sewage sump pumps, rain water sump pumps, installing backstops and correcting past plumbers' shoddy workmanship in general. He's friendly, reliable and always gets the job done right. I highly recommend his services.

My garbage disposal had recently burnt out and I have been avoiding dealing with the situation. My perception is that this kind of job would take a few days. Well, I was wrong. Oakland Rooter was recommended to me from a friend. When I called, I was able to have a technician come out and replace the disposal the same day. The appointment took under an hour. Very affordable. Also the technician so very prompt, clean and friendly.

We will never regret our decision to have Valley Plumbing remodel our 3 bathrooms. The company was so well organized and the workmanship so excellent!  In addition, the price was reasonable for this type of work.

I met with Rey to have him offer a proposal for a plumbing and HVAC job. His bid was higher than some, but my general contractor had a working relationship with him. When I reached out to him to start the job, he didn't respond to my email. I then followed up with a phone call to confirm if he was still available. When he answered, he said, I don't want to do your job. And hung up... no explanation, no further interaction. I know that contractors are busy, but I still expect some level of professionalism. Rey was downright rude and unprofessional.

If your home's water heater is broken and you want someone who will do honest and reliable work at a reasonable price, I strongly recommend them.

I hired Ted to assemble a large and complicated office desk. Ted was wonderful to work with!  He patiently worked through assembly instructions that were unclear and unhelpful, but Ted managed to assemble the desk beautifully in spite of the poor instructions.  His rates were incredibly reasonable and he was efficient, responsive, and professional. I would hire him again in the future for home or office needs.  Thank you, Ted!

He gets a point for replying quickly and showing up (although late).  
However, the requested repairs were not completed correctly.  If you pay somebody to fix something, they should own the issue including obtaining the needed parts for the repair and installation.  Telling me to go randomly shopping at Home Depot and fix it myself is not addressing customer concern.
BTW, he doesn't do electrical as his ad claims.

Called them for a dishwasher leak and house water flow issues, and Robert came out quickly and addressed the water issue immediately, explaining what he was doing and why, and then stopped the dishwasher leak and carefully diagnosed the issue as something an appliance specialist would have to address. He also noticed that my kitchen sink faucet was very loose, which I've had several plumbers look at over the years and try to fix, but they all had failed at it (since it always quickly got loose again). Robert was the only one who noticed the real issue--that the hole the faucet goes into was too big, and the harness/nut that holds the faucet from underneath was too small for it, and faucet needed to be replaced, since it was a mismatch that couldn't be fixed. He had a perfect replacement for it in his truck (with a larger harness attachment), which he installed on the spot, and I'm really pleased with it and the whole experience, responsiveness, knowledge/expertise, and general helpfulness. Highly recommend.

I had a laundry drain issue. I called and within 30 minutes Neri came and resolved the issue same day. I had nothing but good remarks. Highly recommended and competitive pricing!

The first plumber I hired to snake my clogged drain told me it was  a serious problem that couldn't be snaked.  He charged me $200 to give me that diagnosis.  Fortunately I couldn't afford to have him cut through the wall to do this major job at the time and I lived with the problem for several weeks until the drain wouldn't drain at all and it became an emergency.  Boy, did I ever get it right with this company.  Steve found the problem and snaked it successfully all in less than an hour.  No cutting through walls, no major plumbing job.  No major expense.  These guys are the bomb!

After years of good service, I regret to say I can no longer unqualifiedly recommend this company.  I feel they tried to sell me a $1500 to $6000 replacement instead of making an $80 repair as in earlier years.

My house has gas walll heater units, whose pilot lights occasionally go out, requiring a routine small part replacement.

This time, Nahman's sent a person I hadn't seen before.  He didn't replace the part that is the usual suspect, but said it was fine, and that the problem this time was that the whole unit was old, unreliable, unsafe, and needing servicing if not complete refurbishing.  He did clean the unit up a bit and got the pilot relit.  When the pilot died again a few hours later, I called Nahman's, which did rescind their charge and rescheduled a visit,, by the same person.  This time, he didn't do anything except repeat what he'd said, adding that he and Mr Nahman had checked, and parts for this unit were no longer available, hence a refurbishing couldn't be done.  I was looking at replacement of one unit for $1500, both for $3000, or perhaps I should install central heating (for maybe $6000)?  When I asked if Nahman's even did that, he said we're beginning to.

I believed him, but decided to get competing bids.  One highly recommended heating company came over, and first I asked them to look at the dead pilot light.  They replaced the small usual suspect: part, and the pilot has stayed on ever since.  I also asked them if my units were unsafe, needed any major servicing, and, if so, were there parts available.  They said the units were fine, and that they didn't need much upkeep.
